We recently required service on our camper. We can t say enough about Andy and the great job that he did with the new awning and roof repair. Andy is a great communicator and we were informed every step of the way with the repair. He ordered the necessary parts, kept us up to date on the schedule and really took great pride in his work. He is very knowledgeable and takes cost into account with his services. He even took care of knowing what the weather was going to do so it was not windy t when installing the awning fabric. I highly recommend Andy for your repair needs. Can t say enough about his professionalism and work ethic. Everything looks great.

Andy went above and beyond for us. He came to us and fixed our slide out after our system got stuck out and the pulley was detached from the wall. He not only insured we were able to get safely home but also that we wouldn t have further issues opening and closing our slide. He was a really friendly guy and very professional. 10/10 would recommend.

We contacted Sterling RV repair and Andy was on our camp sight the next day to remove our storm damaged awning. He was nice to deal with and did an excellent neat job! He will contact us once he gets a quote ready for the replacements.

Andy repaired an exterior storage compartment hatch/frame on my parents' motor coach, as well as the entire motor/track assembly on one side of my Winnebago's slideout (which turned into a bear of a repair), and he'll soon be back to replace a component within the Winnie's water heater unit.All work thus far has been done on-site at our place, so he has spared us the hassle of having to move our camper and motor coach over 100mi to the nearest dealer. He also saved us the worry of wondering whether the repairs were done correctly and to manufacturer specification. He does things correctly because he's certified and has a background in the design and mechanics of RVs. Andy is highly technical from what I've gleaned and seems to enjoy the challenge of diagnosing, as well as repairing. This guy doesn't just guess and throw parts at a problem - He first inspects closely and researches to best assess the problem and how to tackle it.And he's never afraid to say "I don't know yet, but I'll find out", which is reassuring. He gave us options in tiers of time/cost that we could choose from, as well as the likelihood (based on percentage) of a chosen option resolving the issue.What else is there to say? Equipment? Just peeking into his rig it appears that he's got everything needed for even major repairs. Super tidy and organized, too.Punctual? Of course. Usually shows within 5min of scheduled time, but he'll let you know if he's running late. Great communicator, patient, cordial. My 74yo father found him via google and the rest is history. We lucked out finding him.

We were planning a trip in April, and our travel trailer was in need of serious maintenance. I presented Andy with several projects: replacing the water pump, replacing a roof vent, servicing the air conditioner, replacing the aged gas fittings for the propane, a new kitchen faucet, and replacing a damaged stabilizer jack. There was more, but you get the picture... He did it all, and Andy did it the right way. He not only did the work I asked him to do, he went beyond that to correct issues with plumbing and caulking I was unaware of.If you want or need help with your RV, I highly recommend Sterling RV. Andy is a pro.

My slide out stopped working. I called a very respected RV repair service who had preformed work for me in the past. He looked at my repair and stated he could not repair it the RV would have to be taken into a shop. Andy came out to my place and in two visits he had the slide out working better than new. His knowledge is very extensive as he know why things work not just how they work. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is the best. I highly recommend him for any RV repair you may need.

Contacted Sterling RV about a 2 dpm leak on my bathroom faucet. Andy returned my call the same day. (This was Friday)I sent pictures and he requested measurements. He ordered the part through his supplier. We made an appointment for the Following Monday. Monday morning I received a text that his supplier did not have the correct faucet. And that he would need to locate one from another source. He was able to find one from another source.Made a new appointment to perform the work.Andy performed the work perfessionaly cleaned up and left my RV with a professional looking job.While he was there he looked at my thermostat and furnace and provided professional advice.Andy arrived at the appointment on time and was very professional. Communications were excellent and he kept me informed every step of the way as to the status of the new part.I will be using Sterling RV whenever I need a professional to perform work on my RV.

I've always been a DIY GUY but now with my health I can't even get on a ladder. He resealed our roof and worked our slides,between rainy days and we have no problems. He did a great job.He also is getting an estimate for our three slides. Our trailer is on a permanent site and we would like to let the slides open all the time. I know how I would do it, and he thinks the same way I do. And FRIENDLY, doesn't leve you thinking. You know when he is done it's done right.Service: Body & Trim

I reached out to Andrew with Sterling RV Services to assist with verification of the source of water intrusion in my travel trailer following heavy rain storms. I needed a 3rd party inspection/verification for an insurance claim. Andrew was willing to assist and put it on his schedule to investigate it quickly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with his investigation of the water leak. He explained his methodology during his investigation and made recommendations for any issues he found while performing it. He found the source after his thorough investigation and provided a well written report to document his investigation along with additional recommendations. I am very satisfied with the work Andy performed on my RV. He communicated very well before the appointment and thoroughly explained how he would repair the leak in my motorhome roof. I have already scheduled some additional repairs to be done by Andy. Call him, you will not be sorry.

Hired to do a complete RV roof replacement on my 40' park model. The expertise, craftsmanship, and attention to detail was incomparable. Andy resealed the roof of our class B. He took photos of the roof prior to starting work and used them to point out some problem areas. He explained his process, then carefully and thoroughly cleaned the roof and our solar panels. He applied quality sealants with a high solids content, photographed the final state, and explained what he had done. He then advised us on some possible areas of concern in the future.His demeanor was both professional and friendly. We were pleased with the high quality of his work, and plan to have him do additional work in future.

Had an emergency while traveling and Andy saved the day! He was extremely responsive, work was expertly completed, and the price was very fair, especially since it was a holiday weekend. We had an issue with our fridge and Andy was quick to respond even though it was late in the day and he was an hour away. He showed up, came up with a plan, and came back a few days later and fixed the issue. Great communication, easy to work with, and has even checked in on us a couple of times since then. We are staying in Canaan Valley Resort Campground and woke to find that the RV toilet wouldn t stop filling after being flushed. All water had to be shut down. We were referred to Andy and he did an outstanding job of diagnosing the issue from the phone conversation and quickly repaired it when he arrived. Really saved the weekend and trip.Andy is knowledgeable, personable and technically proficient. We highly recommend him.

First time camper. Don t know much about RVs. Bought a 30 5th Wheel. I asked for a consultation/orientation, remote from their facility, and they drove straight to my house. These guys are very thorough and highly knowledgeable. They work very efficiently and the price is very reasonable. You absolutely get your money s worth. These guys will also take your phone calls and answer any questions or concerns you have over-the-phone. Very personable and nice, easy to talk to. Would recommend these guys to anybody looking for some information or any repair needs you have.

Very professional, took time to show me problems and discuss solutions!Very honest and thorough!! Had another service company come out and misdiagnosed a problem with my generator Andy diagnosed the correct solution and saved me a lot of money not needing to replace my RV generator!If you want a Company that will stay in communication with you and follow up then you have to hire Andy for your RV service problems!!Thanks Andy for saving me money!!!, and now I have him coming back next week to fix 2 other problems that he brought to my attention!!

Andy was very thorough in his diagnosis and found and fixed the problem with my generator that a so-called Onan tech couldn t. He s a perfect gentleman. THANK YOU ANDY!!!The onan guy took the engine apart and handed it back in pieces. That outfit charged $$$ and only created a lot more problems.Service: Electrical
