Went in for an alignment on my car because the rear tires were wearing badly. At first they said they didn't want to align it because it was a BMW I then had to look up my own specifications on the settings that I wanted my alignment set to I provided them they did the alignment told me after it was done that they weren't going to warranty the work and then send me on my way. I got into the car and the steering wheel was off Center. I called them back to have them remedy the problem they had me come back in redid the alignment made me pay again and the steering wheel still wasn't fixed. On the phone with corporate currently trying to get the refund for the second alignment which was completely unnecessary because all I wanted was my steering wheel straightened that was straight when I went in the first time. They refused and are fighting me every step of the way. I took it to an independent alignment shop up the road they had me in and out in 15 minutes for a fraction of the price the steering wheel is Arrow straight and the alignment is perfect. This place is a complete joke stay away if you have any respect for your vehicle whatsoever overpriced and they didn't do the job right complete joke we'll never go back.

I have pictures as proof. Went in for inspection, they told me it needed a control arm and tie rod, totalling around $1100 including labor. I wont comment on the labor charge, as those who are mechanics deserve good pay. However, the 2 parts themselves were priced by the mechanic at $265 a piece(not including labor). A simple search shows that this is 2-3x the normal price. This is not only a poor business habit, but predatory. Please find more honest employees and practices.

Great service so far! I had to get a diagnostic the first time and then a battery replacement (under the passenger seat) on the second visit.

I took my vehicle there to have brakes check.. The service men.. Cut off prices of Metal that the lug nut went on and then Told me I needed a new lug nut to put on.. So how is that safe

Came here for a Vin check.The extremely old and apparently blind old man can't read a Vin plate when in direct sunlight. Needed a flash light and still couldn't read the Vin.Proceed to write my Vin on his paper on my paint. I kept calm.He came back a second time and still couldn't read the Vin.They sent another employee out. Read it clear the first time. No issues. Their own employee commented on his fellow employees' lack of professionalism/ knowledge and inability to write clearly.After the 4th time of this extremely old man coming out to recheck the Vin.I had had enough.They then proceeded to tell me that he had to do a weight check. Which was not something I asked for and was something I had just paid for at a registered scale.He proceeded to tell me my vechikes weight was well over 1000 lbs from what it says on the door and on the ticket I just paid for. Then, he tried to argue that my truck must not have a full tank of gas. Which it did.I told him he's clearly blind and incompetent and a guy from the back to tried to come out and defend his extended incompetent and unprofessional employee.Perhaps I need to take pictures of the damage done to my paint from this employee and file suit.

Help my daughter after her car broke down the night before on the PA turn pike. They called, explained what they found through diagnostics, and did to repair. Really couldn't be more impressed. All on a Saturday morning, 8 am, she was on the road by 9:30. Great service and communications.

I was on a trip from south east Virginia over the Thanksgiving holiday. We realized when leaving to head back home that we had a flat tire. This is the first day of deer season on PA, so almost nothing was open. The Midas store was very busy and could not fit me in to repair the tire, but the girl working the desk called around to other places to try and help me out. Nobody was open, so she managed to get my tire fixed and allow me to head home. I NEVER get that kind of service where I live. I don't know her name, but she made my day and I truly appreciated the great customer service. I hope the owner gives her a nice raise this year.Service: Tires

Honest, kind, and skilled.I was on a road trip to Ohio from Jersey, and my engine light came on. I went to 3 places and called a 4th, and was told that no one could help me, because everyone was booked.The folks at Midas very kindly agreed to shoehorn me in on a packed day, to look at my car. They were very knowledgeable, and not judgmental when it was clear that I had made a dumb mistake in not maintaining my car. They diagnosed and fixed the problem right away, and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff. Refreshingly honest, really kind, and overall a great experience.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE. Every single time I come for a tire patch they deny me service. They say it s a liability and I have to get two brand new tires instead. I ll leave and go to another place and they patch me right away. This has been every time and I have been there a good 3 times due to the proximity of my job. Definitely do not recommend this MIDAS unless your trying to get scammed.

The staff is so friendly and instead of just telling me what needs done to my car, they actually show me. They even take time to explain to me the whats and whys. I've been going there for about a year now and they've earned a loyal customer thanks to their great service.

Excellent service. My son's car broke down in Somerset on his drive in from Pittsburg to York, so he did not have many options on where to take the vehicle. It was an older Subaru, they could have suggested fixing this and that and running up a large bill, we really did not have many options. In the end Wayne at Midas provided his best advice for how to handle the situation for under $50.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

We had an emergency on the highway. We made it to Midas, who not only fixed it right away, but the manager Erica only charged us $5! Amazing kindness and I highly recommend them.

I actually didn't have any service done here. I had a flat tire and came here, but they didn't have any time that day to take a look. They sent me down the street to another business. It was a great help.

En route from VA to MI, our car broke down on the PA Turnpike. Erica, the owner of Midas, turned our very stressful situation around. On a Saturday morning, with an already booked schedule, she got our car in the shop, and had us back on the road by 10 am! She even sent her father over to the hotel to pick me up! I can not thank her, her mechanics, and her father, enough! I wish these great, compassionate, business owners had a shop closer to my home!

I was run off the road in the blizzard of Jonas and towed here. There must be an angel looking out for me or something because this place didn't want to take advantage of me. When I feared the part I ordered from the nearby autozone didnt come in and I mentioned I might have to take the car to a dealer, they asked if they could just look. It was the belt and torn by snow. The part did come in and they put it on in no time. They could have tried to sell me a new alternator or anything.The people were very nice. The mechanics are fair. A fair mechanic is rare today. I lucked out finding them.

This is my go to place for car repairs. They always tell me what needs done, what may need done in the future, and what doesn't need done. They don't fuss with needless work because they are too busy too worry about it, and they always put the concerns of the customer first.
