Great friendly service! Needed check engine light troubleshooting and parked at the gate at 4am. Nice lady came in early and let me park inside the yard. Service department took my truck in before their 730am open time and started working. I noticed how clean the yard was and the maintenance areas were immaculate. Looked very organized. I was fixed and out the door before noon. Thank you all

They checked on my window for my truck. Doug, because it wouldn't roll up once. They got the door panel off to check to see if it was the motor that was causing the issue of my truck window, not rising. Come to find out it is not the motor to my window. It is a wiring problem.I know that Lawrence will take care of it once we get To a place where I can look at it in detail

I am still glad to buy my new 2019 Volvo truck at this dealership, and I am especially glad that I called Rick Lynch, who works as a seller, he is a very honest, decent and good person, he got a low interest for me and helped me in the future, met me at Pittsburgh Airport, drove me talking about the sights and beauty of its state, and then, upon arrival at the dealership, took up paperwork for the truck. Overall, I am very happy and want to say many thanks to Rick and to everyone who participated in this. !!! super dealership. !!!

My truck lost power steering fluid while on PA turnpike. So I added fluid to get me to this dealer.They opened at 0730, I checked in, 0740 they told me to pull truck in. 0750 they ran diagnostics and found the problem. They even done 2 updates to the truck. I had to wait a day and a half for fitting to be ordered. Other than that, I was very impressed how quick my truck got into the shop. Thanks again for great customer service

Can t say enough good things about the service at this location. We arrived when they opened on Monday morning, they got us right to a bay, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. These repairs always take time, but we were out the door before 4pm. From mechanics to parts the employees were excellent.

Bob is the manger and a great individual, they work on my blue truck and fixed many things. I live in California San Diego and I bring my truck to be fixed with these guys. The work quality is phenomenal and their techs are professional.Again everyone is friendly but Bob knows the pain of an owner operator. He tries to take care of every client.Thank you,Rocky

I broke down was towed in and arrived at noon and was out by 7 pm they we're great to work with thanks for the assistance and speedy repairs to get me rolling again.

This dealer is friendly, laid back, understanding, clean and professional. They worked with me and were extremely fair. If your an owner operator even if you have to travel to get to them I would highly recommend. Their staff is also extremely tenured. Matt the mechanic that worked on my truck (great guy) 19 years at this dealer, the parts guy 24 years and even management you could tell has been there. They are a real gem and thank you.

I believe these are good guys. Everyone I see here has a friendly face including the morning head mechanic whom I think is the nicest head manager I ever dealt with.He immediately ordered my drive shaft and he already updated me 3 time which is the promising good customer service. I wish every VOLVO DEALERSHIP would like this.They look polite and professional. Although I didn't receive my bill yet, I'm expecting fear deal. I will see how much they charge me for that drive shaft as well as my end resalt.I will update that final deal later. Thanks guys.

I ve used this dealer twice over the years. They are fantastic. Really friendly, efficient service and shop staff. I would recommend legacy to anyone. No complaints at all. I appreciate their speed at getting me back on the road.

Great place. They get u in and out pretty quick. They are not open 24 hrs. But are open 7 am to 12am. U will have to get a motel if u stay overnight tho

Somerset Legacy is the Best Secret in all of Volvo Land. Every department here is filled with Quality People. They seem to be good at everything. I live in CA and have my truck serviced in PA. If you own a VNL you know there are only a few quality service centers worth your money and this one is at the top of the list.

Decent bunch of guys here. Was broke down for a week here unfortunately but they helped us make the best of it. Let us use a car to visit flight 93 crash area from 9/11 and got us a ride to a car rental in Latrobe. Thank you so much. Very appreciated.

The staff at Legacy went Way Beyond the Call of Duty to help me with my situation they were 20 times better than my employer and I would recommend them to any truck driver and any trucking company they are very professional and they are very extremely nice

The parts dept is lazy and wouldn't get off their butts to help. All I needed was a hose, their doors were locked at 5:30 when they are suppose to be open until midnight. They were too busy talking with one another (not work related) to help anyone

my boyfriend left his Volvo 630 friday night with transsmision (prob wiring or sensor prob) problem he was geting inactive codes while driving it ..cant waith for tomorrow to see how they gonna handle it ..
