Where do I start? I overheated on the highway and limped my trailblazer to this Advanced Auto.Both Reed and his counterpart were incredibly friendly and helpful! Reed was familiar with my vehicle and was able to assist in a diagnosis.They had the parts I needed, I fixed the situation with Reeds assistance and continued on to Iowa with no issues.Thanks guys for everything.

I went to this location as an emergency. I had been at dinner, an hour from home, only to discover that my headlight was out. Not wanting to drive an hour home with only one headlight, I quickly found the closest auto part store. It was twenty minutes until close when I entered the store. Joyce was the person that helped me figure out which headlight (high or low beam) I needed and the type (kind specific for my car). I asked her if it was at all possible for them to help me put it in, as I knew I wouldn t be able to do it myself. Joyce called her manager, Kelly, over, and without hesitation, Kelly went outside and helped me. She got on her hands and knees to help me replace this headlight (because my car s headlight access is really weird). She didn t make me feel like a burden and didn t ask for anything in return. Changing headlights isn t something they are required to do, but Joyce and Kelly still helped me out. It turned out that my original bulb just needed screwed in tighter!!! (Still kept the one I bought for later, though). Because of them, I was able to get home safely with a fixed headlight. WONDERFUL people. WONDERFUL store. Thank you so much, ladies!!!

We stopped by because our radiator had a crack going across the top. The gentleman working Sunday afternoon really helped us out. He read each component to make sure it would work with our vehicle and situation. We had 4 more hours to drive to get home and we made it !!!

I love Advanced Auto Part over AutoZone any day. They have this deal online that allows a customer to get regular updates on discounts and sales. And they have a program most of the time the DIY mechanic can order parts online and get a decent % discount and free pick up at store of your selection or home delivery. The Associates of the stores are friendly & extremely helpful. I will be doing much future business here!

Very poor knowledgeable and service. I knew my car had electronic power steering and explained this to two clerks. I asked if they could help me determine which fuse I needed. One of them came out to my car with me looked at the fuse map and said; "I don't see anything about power steering" he then suggested I take my car to a particular shop. I drove up the road to AutoZone where after a few web searches we found that it was labeled as 'EPS'. I will not go to this Advanced Auto Parts again.

Staff was somewhat helpful. Prices are cheaper than the dealerships usually. I always call several places to compare prices.
