My oil change overdue 3k i need to change my oil do some pm service shop looks empty but after reading reviews I just don't wanna go there... but I still give u guys 5 stars.

Needed coolant in my reefer because I didn t have a ladder, went to the boss shop and they got me in immediately. I ve never been to a shop that got me in so quick at a truck stop, definitely would have work done here again. $75 for labor for a half hour. Maybe a little steep however for the fast service it wasn t a problem for me! Thanks guys!

They helped me over the phone with $0 costFrom my experience i gotta say they did something that few mechanics do now daysThey showed human kindness just telling me what to do over the phone, and advised if the problem stays there to call them back for help

Rude staff i have ever seen. These guys don t have manners and they don t know how to talk with customers. Man behind counter Harry he has no idea how to talk politely. I don t recommend to go there.

They have professional guys replacing tires but the lady in the front desk vickie devore is so rude when you are ask something about truck services like oil change and that kind a servicesDefinitely I would recommend this place they will get you truck or trailer tires but you are aware about.miss Vickie Devore Badcostumer treatment at front desk..!Mr Joel oblack general manager should known about

Vickie is the rudest lady i have ever saw she wrote 225 for the tire size so i just repeated myself that its 22.5 mam and that when she give me attitude that she is working from 12 years and she know what she is doing I can t tell her what to do she reacted like i swore at her or i said something personal to her. She didn t stop here when she needed me sign she could have asked it normally but i was on phone sending the invoice to company that time she said it in attitude like hey when you got off the phone sign it here . I mean she have anger issues and she don t have manners and old guy in charge he thinks he boss whatever he s gonna say its gonna be disrespectful and he doesn t know how to talk politely so I highly recommend not to go this truck repair shop.

Most hateful people I have ever encountered. They should let all them go and and put somebody in there that cares about the driver . And Vickie the person at the desk note I said person far from lady is one of the rudest people in the world hope she gets help.. would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Went to this location for a PM Service and got hearsay from unknown shop employee of my next of kin-family current activity and a missing pen stylist. I did not need the hearsay !! Only wanted repair service and personal property to remain. Now, I have send a review cause they will not answer phone. And PM expiration sticker was a hassle for them to put in after service.

Joe and the rest of the crew are stand-up guys. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Been coming to this shop well before it was branded Bosselman and the same quality and integrity are still apparent today.

Worst shop ever. Went in to get an air bag replaced and a tire and rim replaced. They drained the air tank but didn't close the valve after doing the job, that let's me know they didn't even check for air leaks. After they installed my tire I left and later while doing my pre trip I found that there was only 30lbs of air in my tire and the valve cap was still on.One more thing, believe everything you read about Vicky she's the worst. 3rd day with new tire and it keeps losing air. Smh

Worst service ever. Asked to change a tire at 19.5 on my trailer and the guy said he can t do that alone, he needs at least 2 people. If you guys have flat tires don t try to change at this place at late time.

Brought my 2019 Peterbuilt here for coolant leak around clamps, charged $133 for labor, and left all the built up coolant around the engine and parts there. Didn't even wipe it off. He took 5 minutes to complete the fix. Least he could have done was wipe the residue off. The technician was Joe.

The tech was horrible. Maybe he doesn't like road calls, I don't know. I messed up 2 rims and tires. He replaced them and left. He didn't bother to have me air up the system and check for leaks. He knocked on my door and said "I am done, i am leaving." I woke up the next morning with a flat. That was the start of another bad day. I will never use this shop again. Also, the tech's name was Harry.

Very unprofessional! After having a bad working fax machine, waiting about 3 hours at their door and trying to get the fax through that has been sent several times to their shop,FINALLY I was allowed to get into the shop.The mechanic received a visit from two of his friends and for another 45 minutes he was joking and laughing around my truck doing NOTHING.After about 4 hours I've got my tire changed. Operation that usually takes 20-30 minutes (worst case scenario).AVOID as much as possible this shop!

This reviews are terrible. Thanks GOD I didn't have to deal with Vickie, Joe, or any rude mechanics. HOWEVER I took my chances and went in to have some work done and had a GOOD experience.Clarissa at the register was had an AWESOME attitude very polite, helpfull and sweet lady.Mechanics: Khoeuth and John worked together on my truck as a team (I was the only truck there) very professional both of them it would be hard for me to believe that they would be rude to anyone unless the client is being a jerk. IN & OUT in an hour. Good Job guys keep up the good work.

Do not come in without authorization in hand. Vicki will allow other trucks to cut in front of you otherwise. Only if you are paying cash she will let you sign in first. She is very rude and snippy. She even snapped at me over the phone about coming in to sign in before they could do anything. At least the Boss Shop in Benton Harbor MI is very nice and don t need to wait for the company authorization to get you started.

Had a bad battery. They chaned iy and I was going down the road in less than 30 minutes.And a big part of it was waiting for the company to approve it.

Worst place ever to do business at. Told the guy I need a patch for $55 and they want to sell me a tire for $300. After I told them NO, they charge me $42 for taking the tire off and would not put no air in the tire because he said it was gonna blow out, after they had my truck for an hour and the air leaked out the tire (he could of gave me some air, even if it was 60 psi). They gave me my tire back flat when the tire came in with air. They are some low down savage azz money scamming azz people. No good at all. Not to mention how rude the mechanic with the glasses on was.... #sorryThis location was at:122 Fitz Henry Rd, Smithton, PA 15479

Waited for 2 two hours before they closed and then they came to me and said their leaving for the bar, when I had a 10 minute air leak fix. Earlier in the day I had the air leaked fixed by them and it messed up again n I went back.

Unprofessional manager Vickie, lesly.and guy manager , worst ever place to get you truck and trailer fixed!!! Very rude, they treat you so bad , plus they charge your very extreme high price !!! You will get a double or Triple price bill, that you or your company have to pay! Please fellow drivers don't get yourself riped off like I did, save some money and nerves by avoiding this place!!! They charged me $715 for a simple trailer air bag and mudflap fix, TA or Petro do this repair for $300-500 maximum. Big fleets and small fleet stay away from this shop, I can't tell anything about other boss shops over states, but this spot is definitely not good. ! Hope this review will save some money and nerves to fellow drivers !They are very rude, and have bad manners , boss shop owner or CEO , I would suggest you to replace your workers in this location, before you loose customers!!!

I had to have a steer tire replaced. They had what I needed and we're very professional from initial phone call to rolling out of the service bay when work was done.Thanks for the Great service !Believe me, if it was substandard, I would have said so!Thanks for a job well done !

Driver pulled in with a shredded up tire, pulled in to get his spare put on; these guys pulled his wheel off afterwards telling him that they can't put on his spare and he has to buy one of their tires for $275. when he said he needs his spare to go on they refused, and put his wheel back on. charged him $45 and didn't do anything to help fix the situation with the truck! He went down to another truck stop a few miles down the road and they put on the spare with no questions asked.DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

the mechanics have a very poor attitude. they yell at you and curse you out. it's like you work for them. you can tell they are miserable and hate their job.very poor service as well. The mechanic name is Harry
