I love these guys. Old Jim and young Jim are both fantastic guys and do what they can to support the community! They have the best prices around and always give the best deals. And they stand by their work. They will continue to have my business and support!

Jimmy west used to have the most fair prices around this area but this is sadly not the case anymore. They are charging me over $230 (for JUST labor) to do 4 tires mount and balance, and brakes on all 4 wheels. I could have this job completed in around 2.5 hours (over $100/hr labor) so I asked them what their labor rate is and surprise their answer was it depends on the job . Extremely unprofessional and extremely overpriced anymore.

If you live in Fayette County, this is for sure the place to go, reasonable prices and great work, only thing is the lugnut tightness.

Jimmy West is the best place to go around here for tires and exhaust work. Very reasonably priced and awesome friendly staff. Today I went in because my tire was going flat. Excellent auto shop! Seems they specialize in tires, alignment and exhausts. They are definitely off the beaten path, but totally worth the trip. Same day service always seems to be available. Nice selection of tires in stock. Great prices. Customer service is unbeatable compared to many other auto shops I've dealt with. Very nice family run business. Highly recommend. They do take cards, but bring cash if you can as it really helps them out with processing fees.

Young Jimmy has a great smile, he is professional and honest. I purchased 4 tires and had a 4 wheel alignment, honest with price and the time it would take. Helped me out to my car. My caution light for tire pressure was on, he had me come back out and he check it. Also explained to me what to do the next time. Was very patient with me. Thank you very much young Jimmy West

Needed 4 trailer tires. Called and talked to Jim West Sr and he quoted me a very good price as always. When you visit their shop you are always greeted with a smile. Service is always top notch and you will always be treated wonderfully. Jim Sr, Jim Jr, and Tim are all great guys. Been doing business with them for around 30years...

I ve been taking my cars here since I was able to drive because you always get treated incredibly well & you never get overcharged. They do great work and treat you like family. Needed 2 tires and wasn t sure about an alignment. They put on two tires and did an oil change within 45 minutes. They honestly informed me that I didn t need my vehicle aligned. Most places would have attempted to squeeze every penny from me. Great work, extremely kind and honest. I highly recommend them.

Awesome owners. I've been going here probably 20+ years now and I've never had a bad experience with them. Jimmy is always fair with his prices and ALWAYS makes sure his garage does the best quality of work.

Love going to Jimmy's. Very nice and friendly service. We buy a lot of tires there. Great prices and promptly service. Getting hard to find small family owned businesses anymore and they are exactly that. The least quality tire there is prob better that the best at Walmart. Cheap and great alignments. Cant beat Jimmy and lil Jimmy on prices and service when it comes to tires. They even have a ton of used decent tires.

Almost unbelievable service but it is real. I had two points in my exhaust fixed, one requiring welding and another needing total replacement. What they charged me I'd expect to pay six times as much anywhere else. I will not go anywhere else with my vehicles from now on.

I have gone to them prior to get tires and had no complaints. I recently got a new car and called to see about getting some prices to see what I was looking at. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and was not helpful at all. Seriously made me decide to go elsewhere.Service: TiresService: Tires
