I recently had my Husqvarna 350 rebuilt here. They do great work with no pushy sales and explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this dealership.

I can t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. Very customer service oriented. They always have gone above and beyond for me. I have bought 2 CFMoto motorcycles from them so far. Just a great dealership!

Great shop all around Dustin did an amazing job from start to finish was very knowledgeable and had great communication skills updating me on my bike. I highly recommend going here for your next new bike and all your maintenance needs!

I just went in to look this time but plan to buy something soon. The staff and owner are always friendly and not after the quick sale. Even after I said I didn't want to waste their time since I was not buying now, the one gentleman took time to explain things to me so I could consider my options. They did not once push for the sale or push me out the door. 5+ stars for this crew.

Very easy to do business with for a remote purchase. Every one I talked to was extremely helpful, and would respond quickly if I had questions on when the atv's I wanted would be coming in. Better price than average as well

Staff is friendly however, my biggest issue is that I called ahead 4 times to inquire about a product.. was told all 4 times that they had it upon arrival, they realized they unfortunately did not. Needless to say it s been frustrating. Driving 25 minutes each way, wasting me and my husband, the customers time. Other than encountering the same issue, I would have no problem shopping with them. But fyi to all future customers make sure you absolutely go over in detail the exact product your looking for if you decide to call ahead.

Went here with a friend to check out a bike.. and get this.. they actually want to sell them and help you. That's incredible now a days. I've been to too many dealers and got sad service. Staff and sales ride and are knowledgeable.

Mark runs a great business.He has helped me with clear concise information from start to finish and has never disappointed in his prompt communication.Mark personally delivered a bike over an hour to my house when they were unable to follow through at the shop. That type of commitment is hard to find these days.

Me and a buddy Just recently purchased 2 gas gas motorcycles, both marks were easy to deal with and gave us both tremendous deals, very hard to pass up. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about good things about Mark and his team. I had a issue with my brand new machine I bought from them and they handled very professionally!! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another toy from Tri-State. I forgot to mention I live 3 hours away. I'll make the drive to do business with them!

Mark in sales and Mark in finance were great. Quick easy purchase. Really nice to work with. Bike is fantastic. Cool dealership with hard to find brands like Reiju and Sherco. Highly recommend

Really good dealership...I purchased a used Gas Gas and took it to Dustin to set up . His suggestions and knowledge were really helpful in transforming the bike to suit me. Marla and Mark were very helpful as well. It's definitelyworth the trip to visit these folks.

Hands down probably some of the best service I ve ever experienced. I wouldn t go anywhere else s for my bike work or parts. Dustin printed me out pages from the service manual to help me with the install of some new parts I ordered.Also Dustin and Bryan are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to what parts or products to run depending on your style of riding . Bryan has professional Motocross racing experience and now is heavy into woods riding . Dustin and Bryan are both excellent mechanics that get the work done right .

I recently took in my 2002 Honda TRX450FE for service. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Work was performed in just a few days and delivered on time as promised. The charges for work completed were VERY reasonable. Many thanks to Mark & Marla for running a great shop. ~ David T.

Just purchased a 2018 Gas Gas XC300 from here and wow. Absolutely a great experience. Really friendly, down to earth, family owned business. They treated me well, the process was smooth, I got an excellent deal, and they KNOW the enduro world. I drove almost 2 hours to them and I When it's time for a new bike, I, know where I'll be going! Thanks again Mark and Marla!!

They were very honest and helpful in determining the repairs needed on an old John Deere AMT "Gator". Not quite their area of expertise, since an AMT is more farm equipment rather than bike, quad, or sport ute, but we were given all the help possible. Even trying to cross-reference with their own parts line.Great staff, will go out of the way to help. Clean new store. Lots of products. I recommend them.

Not happy with this place of business. Marine son made his first big purchase here, he got his own financing, had owned bike for 2 weeks and cannot have the bike any longer due to his Military commitment taking him elsewhere, we asked the dealer to help sell it **They will for an additional fee** now because he bought this bike there 2 other young men bought bikes stands fuel oil changes boots helmets riding gear,,,,,, This business does not support or help local youth esp MilitaryThumbs down to greedy people,,,, karma comes back around!!!!

This small shop is about customer service and everyone I had the experience to talk with was patient and helpful and just walking in on a Saturday changed my sons tire with a few minute wait We ended up spending money on accessories while there. They will get my business when I get my Husky!

Tri-State Power sports is one of the best dealerships in the area if I'm being honest. The sales and service staff are down to earth and knowledgeable. They didn't inflate their destination and build fees like most other dealerships in the area. If you are looking for Gasgas, Husky, GPX, or CFMoto, honestly this is the best dealership in Pittsburgh.

Try to get information or setup an appointment. Called for two days with promises of call backs... crickets. It is now clear to me,, why Tri-State Powersports have models in stock when other shops do not. They don't want to sell them.

Great prices and work, same prices as online and you don t need appointments for tire installs, recommend by a close friends who rides and will never go another bike shop

I haven't been here but my son's birthday is on the 17th of this month in 2 more days he's turning 15 and all he really wants for his birthday is a dirt bike literally that's all he asked for so me as his mom his uncle and Aunt are all pitching in to try to get him on since that is all he is asking your morning for his birthday we are trying to make it possible for him so with that being said we are trying to lookfor a pretty well cheap one color blue if possible was wondering if anyone could help me with some information we would greatly appreciate it if so or even give me some information on some other sites to look at even used ones that someone is selling the last day will stand as 150 if I have to spend a little more I will but trying to keep my budget at 150please get to me at [email protected] please let me know it is regarding a dirt bike thank you very much like I said it is greatly appreciated if somebody could please help me out with some information or some sites

Absolutely terrible paid them 1200 and got my son's dirtbike back in pieces and was told that I needed a new crank and little did they know it was a brand new crank that had absolutely no run time on it before they got their hands on it pretty much a worthless to me and ripped me off
