First experience buying a new car where it was pleasant from start to finish. Have purchased 3 new vehicles in the past 7 years and wish I had found this dealership earlier. Initially called in over the phone and was warmly received as well as when I walked into the dealership. Jeff was the first sales person I have had who took the time to explain and inform me of car details and functions who wasn t just fumbling around discovering them for the first time. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me comparing and test driving 2 different vehicles. Wayne was also super patient knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

It was so nice to walk into a family owned dealership where you were considered a person and just not a number. Everyone that we talked to was very nice. And a special that s to Aca who was our salesman make everything go smooth & explained everything & answered any question we had. We will definitely refer people to your dealership.

Matthew Pawlowicz and the entire Troy-Alan Chevrolet team made our car buying experience very enjoyable. Matthew Pawlowicz went above and beyond to help us find the vehicle we wanted while we were in South Carolina for the winter. We have purchased many vehicles in the last 50 years and never had such a great experience. We will purchase more vehicles from Matthew and Troy-Alan Chevrolet!

My husband and I had the most amazing experience in dealing with the friendly people at Troy-Alan!! We were shopping for a GMC Canyon and found this one at their dealership. We are from Penn Township Westmoreland county. We called ahead and talked to Patty. She was able to give us all of the details of the truck over the phone. We secured our financing and went to look at it the next day. It was such an easy process and nice to deal with a smaller family owned dealership. I promised her before and after photos of our truck. One taken the day we purchased it and one now and we prepared for our first trip of the year with our new design work finished. We will go back again when we are in the market for another vehicle!!

Matt, Kevin, Wayne, and the whole team EXCEEDED our exceptionally high expectations. We've been Japanese-maker auto-owners for the last 20+ years and were wary of US-make vehicles. After researching new and CPO purchase options (of all top-rated makes) in western PA and eastern OH and test driving the Blazer we ultimately purchased, there's no doubt Chevy did this model right. We are thrilled with our new Blazer and duly impressed with the team standing behind it. A wonderful car buying experience! A family run and operated business who truly puts the customer first. They went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted in this crazy market. We really appreciated that they were not price gouging and charging over MSRP. The service is amazing too. Since purchasing we added a break controller and have gotten an oil change . They have also detailed our car. The service is top notch!

We are very lucky to have Troy-Alan in our community. They are truly an incredible team of people who genuinely care about their customers. It is like a family when you walk in - everyone greets you and is happy to see you. Their facility is always sparkling clean. Our salesperson, Matt, is responsive and quickly delivered the exact car that I was hoping for within a week. Paperwork is completely efficiently - it was a seamless experience. After going through the total loss of a relatively new vehicle and all the "work" surrounding the resolution of that with insurance etc., I needed this process to be easy. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership!

I dealt with Evan. My engine light came on in my Buick Encore. He quickly had it diagnosed and said it was nothing to worry about- that he would order the part and take care of it. He also noticed that my car was out of inspection and took care of that for a very reasonable price. And the last thing that went above and beyond and blew me away was that when I picked up my car it had been washed AND vacuumed out! Thank you for Evan's extraordinary service!

I started my search for a new pick-up truck by checking local dealerships on the internet. After spotting a truck that sparked my interest on the Troy-Alan website I called the phone # for sales. A gentleman named Matthew answered and we discussed what I was looking for. After the call Matthew went out on the lot and took digital photos of the trucks he thought I might be interested in. He sent them to me within an hour. I drove up to the dealership the next day. Matthew showed me the trucks that they had in stock and took time to point out the features that the newer trucks had. He knew the vehicles in detail and answered any and all questions that I had. Impressed by the competence that was displayed by Matthew and the equipment and options that were installed on the silver Sierra SLT I decided to take a test drive. The truck had a nice feel when driving it and Matthew explained and displayed many of the operational characteristics of the truck. Following the test drive I provided credit info and agreed to purchase the truck. Matthew was welcoming, competent and professional throughout the process. He listened carefully to what I wanted then went through the process of delivering it. I am enjoying my new truck very much and plan to have it serviced at the Troy-Alan dealership where I bought it.Thanks!

there for an oil change -- found out inspection was expired, doing inspection found all brakes were defective ( worn out) -- a little expensive, but what isn't today - but, to me, my safety and the safety of those who ride with me was more important than the price as I take care of others. All service personnel involved were very courteous and proficient in explaining what needed to be done and the price I was looking at. Will be doing ALL my business @ Troy-Alan. Thank you

Can t say enough about the great and fast service from Justin D. at the Troy-Alan dealership. My past experiences in walking into a parts and service department have preconditioned me to expect dread and to get the bank card back still smoking. Today I braced for the same and left both relieved and happy to have been treated both well and fairly. I d recommend them to anyone as they ARE, in fact, professional grade.

Mr. Richardson really was a great help. He took time out of his day to help us and answer questions as requested. He was someone I would be proud to work with again. At no point in time did he push us or make us feel required to purchase the vehicle. As a salesman he gave us the information and allowed us to make our own informed decision without pressure. I was a little frustrated with the lack of communication and the quality of service I have received from Troy-Alan Chevrolet. When I bought my Buick 2 months ago, August 2021, I told them I needed an emissions inspection sticker. I scheduled an appointment with the salesman and when I called the service shop a couple days before the appointment I found out that my name was not actually on the schedule and that they didn't have any available times left. So I had to wait 3 more weeks for another appointment to get an emissions inspection that should of been done the day I got my car.In addition, to that second appointment I also had a trailer hitch installed. When I got home and opened the trunk I noticed that the bumper was no longer flush with the back of the car. I called Troy- Alan, they were closed, so I left a message and they never even called me back. I live about an hour from Troy-Alan so I can't just stop in and have them fix it. I was able to have my family's mechanic take a look at it and he told me that they installed the bumper cover incorrectly and did not attach in the right place. So, I paid them $240 for labor that they didn't even do correctly. I will say that the trailer hitch itself looks good but it is still frustrating that it all wasn't done correctly and that I had to pay someone else to fix their mistake.Update: They did offer to cover the fee for the other mechanic, which I really appreciated.

Jeff was fantastic! He worked hard to find us a vehicle with everything we wanted. He took time to explain every detail any answer any questions we had! Wayne in finance was also great, everything was ready when we arrived! Extended warranty was offered, but no hard push add on sales!We were introduced to everyone from service to parts, the receptionist, even spoke with Troy the owner! I even brought my mom back about a week later buy herself a new car. She found car on the lot and bought it the next day even before Jeff was able to locate the vehicle we wanted! Again my mom had a great experience, said she never had so much fun buying a car! Thank you to everyone at Troy Alan for a great experience

I had a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. When I arrived, the staff was friendly. My wait time wasn t excessive and I left with a clean car!Next visit:I was scheduled for an oil change, but realized that my inspection was well passed due. The service team not only completed the oil change in a timely manner but also squeezed my inspection in so that I didn t have to return for another appointment. Awesome customer service!
