Very Good experience. They came out and towed m car. They even towed it up the street to a different repair shop. When that repair shop said they could not do it, Pry took the car back without and hesitation. They worked on my car and completed the work ahead of schedule.Good people there. Very Friendly service.Worked with me the whole ten yards, and finished work on the car ahead of schedule.. I do recommend their service.

Called them for a tow on my car. They sent out Bob. Bob is the best!! Bob called me for directions to where I was and was there exactly when he said he would be. Not only that, but he helped me plug the tire rather than towing the car. He was friendly and helpful during the whole time. If I ever need a tow service I will definitely call Pry's again, and I'll ask if Bob is close by.

We got a nail in our tire. Pry's was called and arrived in 15 minutes!! Bob (maybe George, ...sorry Bob or George!) arrived and repaired our tire in the rain and we were on the road within 15 mins. Great service!

Great friendly help. Shelby ordered my tires on Monday and the guys installed them on Wednesday as I asked. Two hours and 2 new tires on the RV and we were back on the road. Call them if you need tires, mechanical help or a tow. They will take care of you!

I have a receipt for over $1,200 for the work I paid to have done. My daughter, who attends SRU, took her car there, and we are about 5 hours away, so it was tough to make sure the work was done. The receipt is for a 6 cylinder Mazda Tribute, new PCM and reprograming of keys, 6 new coil packs, 6 new spark plugs, 3 coil electrical connectors. Coil packs and plugs were recommended to be changed since the PCM was being replaced.She recently returned home from college, and I was able to take a look under the hood. Here is what I found:-The engine cover was gone (had to buy a junk yard cover for $50), They never got back to me after I called to ask where it was- Out of the three coil packs that are visible, only one was replaced the other two were coils I put in 20k miles ago (in photo, the new one is in the center), $65 each was charged, plus labor- The 3 easily accessible spark plugs I can get to without removing the top manifold- all three were the same plugs I put in about 20k miles ago (see photo),- The throttle cable was never snapped back into its bracket (kind of important).A coil connector was replaced, not sure about the other two I was charged for. The suv has less than 400 miles on it since their work. As you can see in the photo, that is not a new plug. The three I pulled were my older plugs, slight surface rust, definitely not new. I doubt if any of the plugs were changed since the easiest ones to get to were not.I decided not to pull the upper manifold to look at the other 3 cylinder coils and plugs until I need a reason to. So, I can t comment on those items yet. I pulled the wire covering and tape off of the coil wires in the photo to check the wire condition, since the engine has been running rough. They did have them taped up properly.If you do find yourself having work done there, I would recommend not driving away until you have checked to see if the parts you were charged for were actually replaced. Why would I tear apart all their work to check it? When your kid is 5 hours away, she needs her car fixed properly in a shop you can trust. Next time I will trailer it home and have it fixed properly.How does someone lose an engine cover?Take your car somewhere else.

Matt helped me through the whole process of getting my car fixed. He found parts that were easy on my pockets and my car looked good when it was all fixed up. Matt was great at communicating and let me know when and what I should expect. I really appreciated the transparency and communication as I am a college kid who doesn t know much about vehicles. I would definitely take my car here again.

Extremely honest and trustworthy! They went above and beyond to help guide us through the nightmare of dealing with insurance company after our car was totaled in an accident. They had nothing to gain, just simply good people watching out for their customers. We don t live close by, but if we did, we wouldn t hesitate to use any of their services! I took my aunts van to get the inspected. I love the staff and its family owned.Being a women i thought they may try and deceive me. Just the opposite. Need new wipers and I left very happy. They were the most pleasant female staff.If u ever need a inspectoon or anything ur car might need. Put ur google map and head on over. I also bought donuts!! Lol.U all stay safe now my friends.

It was my first time using this company to tow my vehicle and I heard of this towing business word-of-mouth.! Initially I was terrified that I would have to pay an arm and leg for towing but the price was reasonable. Still pricy for a college student but cheaper than most. They were super nice people over the phone and the truck driver was quick and efficient. All-in-all, super friendly, understanding, quick service and reasonably priced for local towing. I can't remember the truck drivers name but he helped me with my Mitsubishi and wanted to thank him as well as the others who work for Prys Towing.!Service: Car towing

Pry's is the best. I've been taking my car here for several years and can't think of a single complaint. I've had a whole range of services from them and their prices are fair. The mechanics are honest about what I need, and I've never felt talked into additional services or charges. The only bad thing is I am moving away and can't take them with me. Your car is in great hands with them.

Pry's services our business and personal vehicles. We are very happy with their service. They service and repair at fair prices, and are unlike a dealership that tries to find anything they can to bill out. They do what you have requested, and recommend services that may need addressed soon. They also do an overall service check upon request and make necessary recommendations, make a phone call, even doing the service or repair at once.Services: Tire change, Brake service & repair

Ok so here's a long story . I'm a master tech for kia . Live in New York my daughter goes to school in slippery Rock. Her car broke down ,since it was not feasible to drive 6 hours away and not knowing what to bring we decided to go there. Prices were very reasonable. Got us in the next day ( it was a sat afternoon) . They fixed the problem right away the first time . Kuddos to them . They didn't see a new York plate and charge charge . HONEST . My husband had a tire blow out on Interstate 79. He has medical circumstances that he would not be able to change it. I called them and explained and they were there in less than an hour. I have had my cars repaired here for years. They go the extra mile and help out with a smile. Honesty and trust are critical in the automotive service industry. While I have left dealership service facilities with questions and doubts (and paid more for it), Matt and his group have earned my trust. They have never let me down. Fair pricing too.

The woman on the phone was nice but the guy that showed up was horrible. First my battery was just fine, only needed help being pulled out of a parking space. He did something under the hood while asking us (my female bestie) if we had boyfriends. I took it as in, our boyfriend's should be out here dealing with this not him. Anyways, after doing whatever he did under the hood by battery instantly dies. He couldn't figure out what was wrong and because my girly and I were so uncomfortable, he told us he was leaving to deal with a different call. And that he'd be back. We called the lady at that place and told her that we no longer needed his help but thank you. She was once again super nice. I didn't mention the fact that this guy probably broke my car even more. Then my Dad finally showed up and fixed the car right up and we drove home. So, if you want an uncomfortable situation with a "car mechanic" that doesn't know how to do his job this this is the place. (Oh, he drove by several time after and honked at us each time.) If you really need your car fixed, call my Dad. Lol

The mechanics are honest and fixed my vehicle very fast. The inspection went quickly too. They are decently priced for labor and you can bring your own parts if you wish. I use them all the time and recommend them to anyone who needs and honest and maybe even just a different mechanic.

Very friendly and helpful. The actual tow driver worked very hard to get our car on his truck and was still very kind to us. The staff at the tow yard were wonderful when we went to clean out the car and when I called them for an insurance release.

I had new tires put on the front with road hazard coverage at Wal-Mart on December 28, 2021, and I took it to be inspected at Pry's on January 7, 2022; within about two months, the tires were bald. I took it back to Pry's to make sure there wasn't an underlying issue that caused my tires to go bald, they looked it over and didn't charge me; they even wrote me a paper saying there was no mechanical reason for the tires to go bald and reprinted the work they had done on the front end. If it hadn't been for Pry's, they probably wouldn't have honored the warranty.

I had a positive experience with my tow driver. He arrived quickly, in a very bad snowstorm. He got me out of a ditch, and towed me home. He was very personable, friendly and nice. Very good price too. I will use this business again if needed!
