My wife and I purchased a 2016 EZGO TXT in 2021 and Tammy was very helpful as this was our first cart.Today, three years later my wife and I decided we wanted a new Club Car Onward lifted gas. Jeremy and I communicated back and forth via email and he was extremely helpful and very prompt in answering my emails and every question that I had. When we arrived Jeremy met us as I backed in my trailer. We talked and he helped me unload my trade-in and then helped me load and secure our new one .Thank you GolfCarts Unlimited, I will continue recommending you .

Excellent source for golf cart parts. My friend needed a 36V contactor for an old GE electric lawnmower, which is the same sort of part used on an electric golf cart. Golf Carts Unlimited had many in stock and it worked perfectly.

Wow, is how I describe my recent experience with Golf Carts Unlimited. I took my cart in because I had some problems with the rear suspension. They called and explained what they had found and gave me two options for a fix. I told them what I wanted and a few days later they called and said it was done. Even tho it was the Christmas holiday time, they got it in the shop and out quickly. When you depend on your carts for your business, this is the place to go to. From Tammy and Beth to all the guys in the shop, they go above and beyond.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a refurbished 2018 Club Car Precedent. It had a small issue which was addressed quickly and without question. Nice vehicle at a fair price that serves our campground needs well. We look forward to having Golf Carts Unlimited service our cart for many years to come

Received SUPER customer service from Beth. Would highly recommend their parts department to anyone looking for ClubCar parts! She took the time to look up the appropriate parts, gave me schematics, and emailed me with updates on my parts shipping. Would highly recomment!

I'm no golf cart mechanic but I can tinker. When my charger showed a fault code I began to look at things. What I thought was the problem Tim confirmed. I stopped yesterday and bought the receptacle fuse and installed it this morning. My cart is charging just fine. They didn't have to tell me what I thought was my issue and had me bring the cart in for service. Honest people which I appreciate.

Drove from Cleveland, Ohio to buy a golf cart. Jeremy was very helpful from our initial phone call.Spent all day trying to decide on a cart, but Jeremy didn t mind. He was very knowledgeable and patient. In the end we got what we wanted, and had it delivered to Andover, OhioI will definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to others. (V. Williams)

I was pleased to see they were set up at our campground this past Saturday because I was planning on visiting them in Slippery Rock to purchase a golf cart. After my experience with one of the sales guys, I will not be giving them my business. Was told "That's OK I'll just sell it to someone else" after I test drove one and raised some concerns I got "Yeah?!?!" This tells me they don't stand behind their product and don't care about making good customer relationships. Very disappointed, but I'll wait for someone that appreciates potential customers.Regarding the response: if you offered for your servicemen to look at it, I apologize if I missed it because that was more the response I was expecting to hear. However, I most definitely heard you say the first comment which was the first thing that turned me off and your response to my second question/concern was another snide remark. I wasn't honest with you when I said I needed to think about it because those three things I experienced had made my decision. My review, however, was honest and truthful. The manner in which you responded to this review only further validates my initial thoughts.

Excellent service. We have used Golf Carts Unlimited at our county Fair for several years and have had excellent service. I also used GCU to supply a cart at my wedding. Jeff goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care...quality carts and unbeatable service.

I asked Jeff for the golf cart that would be the best option for my family to use at a campground and the first one he showed us turned out to be the right one. We did sort through some of the rest of the stock but I really appreciate that he listened to me and understood what we needed. The vehicle looks great and runs great!

I had just recently bought an older golf cart and stopped to check on a few accessories for it. When I told them what I had I was laughed out of the office. A very rude man said that parts do not exist anymore and I'd be lucky if it was still running in a year. Don't waste your time or money with these people. They are only interested in customers spending thousands of dollars. I was only trying to support a local business but now my business will go to an online retailer.

Dealt with Josh on sales of new gas S4 cart.He is very knowledgeable of carts. He found out what application of cart worked for us and pointed us in right direction, so as not to waste our time. Place seems reputable, friendly and reasonable.

bought a golf cart a year ago from here not even 6 months the charger died and had to buy a new charger and now the computer died on it so it wouldn't even move so had that replaced (neither replacement wasn't cheap) I would not recommend buying a cart from these guys. they are smooth talkers do yourselves a favor and buy somewhere else

We purchased an EZGO golf cart and the steering box was defective from the manufacturer. We called them and they immediately picked up the cart from our campground on a Monday and delivered it back on Thursday cleaned and repaired. They were very apologetic and professional.

Golf carts don't last but a couple years. I 25 year old golf carts that are in better mechanical shape. Won't buy from here again and surely don't recommend this place.

It was okay, but I was disappointed that they no longer have bad boy buggies. They had plenty of gulf carts but other than pamphlet they didn't have but a few ATV, mostly used ones
