Absolutely outstanding shop, I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. Even if I were to move out of the area, I'd go out of my way to bring my car here. Honest folks, fair prices, and outstanding work. Doesn't get much better.

Sent customers car for alignment after we replaced the entire front end consisting of shocks struts ball joints control arms ect. Car was in and out and alignment was done correctly.

Took my car here for an overheating problem. It sat for 3 days until they touched it. Charged me $100 and said "there was air in the lines". It was then I knew he was lying and didn't even touch my car. I already bled the system myself and it didn't fix it, that's why I took it to them. Needless to say, the car overheated on the way home. 3 days without my car and $100 later. Complete waste of time and money.A few weeks before this I paid them $1600 to get my vehicle up to inspection. The car never drove right after that. I noticed my e- brake only pulled half as far as it used to, they claim it was OK and there was nothing wrong with it. This is also when my overheating problem started. Until this day, this car sits unused. It was driveable before it went to Riverside, hell it was my daily driver., $1600 and a week later, now it's a dust collector. There seems to be no honest mechanics around anymore.Avoid this place at all costs if possible.

These guys are the type of shop that give little independent shops a bad name. Took a vehicle in for them to perform a service at a scheduled time well in advanced, and when the vehicle was promised and I came to pick it up they hadn t even touched it. They quickly scrambled to bring the vehicle in the shop, and a few moments later it came out again untouched claiming they couldn t do anything because the vehicle was too rusty although the underside is clean enough to eat off of. They proceeded to still charge to look at it after claiming they can t do anything and acted like toddlers when confronted about it. I understand time is money, but when you knowingly can t preform a service in advance and still proceed to charge the customer and waste their time, that s poor business and plain ignorance. Go elsewhere, many other independent shops have their act together and are more than grateful for your business. Took the vehicle elsewhere and nothing was mentioned about rust, the service was preformed as requested, and everything went flawlessly.

I've been dealing with another service center for 30 years and progressively was unsatisfied. Denny at Riverside Service Center in Slatington was highly recommended to me. And WOW what a great decision I made by switching. I thought my 2006 PT Cruiser was old and worn out, but much to my surprise after service at Riverside it runs like new! I highly recommend anyone looking for an honest and reputable repair center take your vehicle to Riverside!

Dishonest shop owner, my vehicle cost me over $350, for a part that was never needed and didn't fix the problem after he recommended replacing that part, he wouldn't even talk , as if his silence was his way out refunding me for work never done! Had it a friend look at my problem and it was 2 minutes of letting some air out of the system, how the hell do you run a shop when you cannot diagnose a simple problem!!

GET A SECOND OPINION!!!Lied to me because I am a woman, thinking they could worry me and get me to pull out my wallet...Got a second opinion and come to find out I didn't need anything on my car serviced.Thanks to the second opinion I saved almost $600
