Very small Sheetz with a small town feel and very friendly folks behind the counter. Not a lot of choices compared to other Sheetz, and a unisex (but clean) restroom.

The lady working the register was very friendly. 10/10 customer service. Its rare to come across workers like her these days!

I was order number 479 8/26/2023 8:32:16pmI order only a hot latte the worker the silence the alarm for my order. Then finish up what they were doing forgot about my order. And proceeded continue to make everybody else's in the line who arrived and paid after I was already waiting. 10 minutes I waited for my drink.

New to the area . And finding a friendly Sheetz was important. The staff here treat me like family . Love see them every morning for coffee. Always greeted at the door with a smile and I never leave without a thank you and have a good day!! And thank you for all you people do!! Great customer service

This sheetz is amazing. The people really care about what they are doing and the people that come in the door. In more cases than I can count or list they went above and beyond to make mto items a bit customized because they care. For eats and gas and convenience the store is great. Because of the people its superb.

Paid extra for steak on my nachos that I didn't get and you didn't give me a recipet I did hear them repeatedly talking about someone taking a break maybe put that attention to your customers. I was already home before I noticed so I won't be back ever.

I only rate this 2 stars because it's a below standard average and a very old store.. Would like to see a new store built in this area. If you can't expand how about go up the road towards US 219 and build a fresher bigger store over at main and Washington Street where a Mama's Pizza and Sub place in a big building that's not really fully occupied, on a land by the T308 road or land where the Lacko Auto Sales & Services is..

This Sheetz location has to be the best one there is. I've gone to this Sheetz as long as I can remember and no other Sheetz compares. They always carry my Faygo Moon Mist soda. The service is always great as well.

My complaint here, is who is hired at this store. I applied, and would not hire me here even though I have certifications, management expierence, sales, and customer service. Instead hired someone who left with in a month.My wife applied here and she has a business management degree, sales expierence, customer service, and so on. Wouldn't hire her either.It seems like all the people they hire at this store with the exception of a few, is young, dim witted people who look like they just came from the meth clinic, and have met a few who have no personality.The AGM even requested to have me working their but no, I can't work their, or my wife for that matter because apparently it seems were over qualified to make 9.50 an hour. This store isn't fair and the only reason I go here is because of the AGM.

It's the order smaller Sheetz but the people make it worth it it's one of my morning stops every morning before work

I have been coming to sidman store for 2 years this staff has been so great to me I've gone to others and they are not as helpful or kind as this staff I will always return to them
