Very friendly and very helpful! Their service guys are the absolute best I've ever dealt with.... hands down. No matter what issue I had with my vehicle they took action to resolve it asap! I just recently had an issue with my truck not starting. They drove over an hour to come pick it up took it to their shop, fixed it and brought it back in the same day!!!I've dealt with franchise dealers and service in the past and never had a good experience. I would go to these guys any day over them!!!(I would also advise purchasing the extended warranty they offer! No matter how good the vehicle is, there is always something that can go wrong, and none had paid for itself already) I will definitely be getting my next vehicle from them!Thank you to everybody at Bud's Auto Sales!!

Car Buying ExperienceThis is the way to buy a car! No hassling back and forth over price. Through research, I know all the cars are very fairly priced at least $1000 to $2000 under Kelley Blue Book price and are non-negotiable. A wide selection of hundreds of quality clean cars. When test driving, they hand you the keys and you're on your own. It gives the buyer a chance to really look the car over without a salesperson breathing down their necks and giving a sales pitch during the test drive. I had a concern with the rear tires on the car I eventually purchased. When I returned the next day to pick up my car, I found that Ralph replaced them with new tires without me even asking him to do so. NICE! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I even had 2 pampered office mascot dogs come to say hi, and anyone who loves dogs is okay in my book. Go to BUDS!

I purchased my vehicle from Buds Auto Sales and I was marvelled with the experience. Tom my sales person was very reliable together with Tim and the owner of the family dealership. I read previous reviews and I must confess it was exactly different. I found the best price online for the best value in terms of mileage. I don't know these people since I drove from Maryland and the service I received was jaw dropping. I had an issue after I purchased the car which is typical from a pro type model and one email one phone call was all it took to resolve the issue. I am currently enjoy my car knowing I received a great price for the best value in terms of mileage, They are very honest family dealership and I would be business with them again, this 2014 cts drives like a dream

We found the perfect vehicle, great price and read a lot of very bad reviews online. We almost didn't come and even look due to the bad reviews we read. Luckily we overlooked them and to our surprise they were very friendly and informative! We just bought the vehicle we came for. Great down to earth people, very friendly and not pushy at all.

My family and I have been customers for many years and have had wonderful experiences each time we have purchased vehicles at Buds. Recently, the last vehicle we purchased had some extensive mechanical issues that we found to be an issue of that specific make/model/year of our car. Unfortunately there was only a service bulletin that our ViN did not qualify for and not a Recall. After many of phone calls and denied help from GM- buds came to the rescue! Working with Wally (the service manager) was such a pleasure. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I. He took it upon himself to contact the maker of our vehicle to try to get us assistance, was available at all times, explained everything in great detail, and genuinely showed that he cared. It is hard to find dealerships who have customers best interests especially two years after a purchase of a used vehicle. He fixed our vehicle for an amazing price and we couldn't be more grateful for having him to help us throughout the process. Thank you, Wally! I will continue to purchase vehicles from Buds as well as the rest of my family not only because of their unbeatable prices but mostly because of their loyalty to the customers and excellent customer service. Thanks again to all at Buds. You will be sure to see us for more purchases in the future.-Jake and Megan Beiler

My husband and I went to Bud's to look for our new (used) car. I was overly impressed with the service we had received. Tom helped us find the car that fit our needs and budget. Tom treated us as friends rather than strangers and was honest with us during the process. Paul completed the financing and got us an unbelievable deal! Paul was very knowledgeable and was able to get the coverage we wanted along with a monthly payment that fit our budget. I will also add the car was $2000 under Kelley Blue Book! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car! I would highly recommend Bud's Auto Sales to anyone!

Buying a vehicle from Bud's Auto in Beaverdale PA was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. No pressure, no hassle whatsoever. I called to ensure that the car I wanted to see was still available at this location since it is about 1 1/2 hours away from my home, and when I arrived they had it parked out front and ready for a test drive. Tom handed me the keys and I was free to drive the car and check it out on my own (which I liked). The SD card for the navigation system was missing from the car and they quickly located one from another Ford/Lincoln vehicle and installed it so I wouldn't have to wait for one to be mailed to me. My asking price for my trade was agreed upon and the remaining paperwork was quickly & efficiently completed and I was walking out the door w/keys in hand in under one hour. After getting the car home and putting things in order I noticed that the mirror on the driver side sun-visor was broken. I called the dealership and was directed to Wally in service who very kindly took my information, ordered a new visor and even said that he would make arrangements for my visor to be replaced at their Shelocta location which is much closer to my home. I am very happy with both my purchase and the service after the sale that I have received from Bud's Auto Sales.

We started our car search at other "highly recommended" sales places in the surrounding area... We wasted our time and did not receive anywhere near the attention, care, and service that Bud's gave us. As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home, comfortable, and educated about the vehicles from their staff. Tom Krcha gave us one on one attention and provided appropriate information to help us with our search. He helped us compare the available vehicles to find the perfect car for us. We are very pleased with our time spent with Bud's, now recommend them to everyone, and will definitely go to them in the future when we are in need of our next vehicle. Don't waste your time with other auto dealers... go straight to the best of the best.

Tom's a great guy that was quick to get back to me and straight to the point. I was slightly disappointed that we could not negotiate price whatsoever (Let's face it.. you always feel like a winner when you can move a price down $500-$1000). Great price and very easy to interact with. The financial representative that I dealt with was a pleasure as well.Overall a great experience. I'll recommend this location to my friends and family.

When I arrived and told them what vehicle I was interested in they just handed me the keys and pointed over to their lot and said go ahead take it for a test drive. Did not walk me over to the vehicle to show it to me, the test drive was ok but the breaks were bad, the carpets had white moister mold. When I told the sales man about the issues he started to talk to me like I was a child. Then when I wanted my walk out the door price it jumped 4000 dollars. I left

Great. In and out. Easy as pie. Rock bottom pricing. Still under factory warranty without the dealer markup!! We all gotta make a living. 2 grand in my pocket is just as well off as 2 grand in the dealers pocket for less of a truck with higher miles. Great experience.

LIARS! We were very specific with what we were looking for. Living 2 hours away, a majority of the sell took place over the phone. The salesman was good to work with and went over his strict no haggling policy efficiently. Upon arrival, we were EXTREMELY disappointed with the salesman's idea of good quality. The "minor rust, lightly touched up" was an entirely different color spray paint. The tires with "slight wear" probably wouldn't have gotten us home. The overall condition of the truck was sad, gutless, and an entire waste of our time. That's without mentioning the overbearing cigarette odor, rotting doors, and grinding brakes. Unless you are in the market for a "priced to sell" vehicle well over blue book value, I would avoid this place like the plague. We didn't expect mint condition, we expected honesty.

Got a good deal with trade and purchase. It was service after the sale that impressed me. Had the truck 2 days and battery was dead, made a house call and took care of it. Been dealing with Buds for over 30 years, I'll be back again.

I purchased a SUV that was priced BETTER than the others I considered (all were the same year/model/options and all had millage of approx.18,000). NoT only was the price better, I also received more for my trade. In addition, the SUV was much cleaner and in better condition that than the others I looked at. All associates were very friendly and personable. Our sales associate (Ralph Jones), was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time with us, to make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. All things considered, and in comparison to my recent experiences with the other dealers I visited......MY PURCHASE AT BUD'S AUTO SALES WAS THE MOST PLEASURABLE CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. THANK-YOU TO ALL ASSOCIATES AT BUD'S!!!! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN, BUT NEXT TIME WE WON'T BOTHER VISITING ANY OTHER DEALERS......NO POINT DOING THAT.

This place sells junk. Do not buy their warranties from Zurich shield either because they do not fix anything and won't refund your money. The vehicle I bought was for sure in an accident and you can tell was painted. The heavy set bald guy I spoke with tried tried to tell me there was no way it was painted because the hood was never removed? I was floored by this. Plus to top it off, I didn't notice it smelled like an ashtray until I had to use the heat for the first time. They are way over priced and you should really shop around. I'll never buy from them again!!!! I don't even want to give them a star but it makes you do something to continue. They ran my credit over the phone and took my info and got everything set up before I even got to the lot that day. They had picked out what car the bank was financing me too. BIG MISTAKE!!

I went to Bud's to look at a specific vehicle, arriving early in the day to make sure I didn't miss out on it. When I told salesman Ralph Jones what I came to see he asked if I had bothered to call first to make sure they even still had it. Apparently they don't like walk in customers who are ready to spend money. He also rudely informed me that they don't update their website everyday as if that was somehow my fault. I went elsewhere to buy my new SUV. Don't waste your time with these guys.

I left an email after closing time and Tom Krcha called me back the next day. We discussed the specific car I was interested in and I told him I would make the 3 1/2 hour drive to the dealership the next day. When I arrived, I received a cordial greeting and found my car had been prepped and ready for a test drive, just as Tom promised. I took the car for a drive and discovered a minor mechanical problem. He had the car taken to the shop right away and we had a lunch-time pizza party in the office while I waited. Everybody in the place was very friendly and helpful to me. Even the other customers was a fun lot to exchange tales with! I asked him for his lowest price; he asked me what I would be willing to pay; I gave him what I thought was a reasonable offer; he thought about it for a short time, and then he said we had a deal. I must admit I was a little nervous on the drive up, but after being at Bud's Auto for just a little while, I felt completely at ease. The purchase of my used car from Tom Krcha at Bud's Auto Sales was fast, easy, and a very gratifying experience. Thank you, Tom, for treating me like a friend.

I drove over an hour on the hope they would have the Equinox I saw. They are going with the no haggle philosophy many dealers are going to. The price was right, there was one item that needed replaced and they took care of it.One of the challenges is the trade in values of your car seem low, which goes back to the bottom line pricing.I love the vehicle, and I was glad to retire two of mine to get it. Got an awesome finance rate also...

Disgusting excuse for a car business. To start off they do not come out to greet you or help in any way, you have to go to them. I ended up purchasing a Dodge Avenger from them two weeks ago and have had problems ever since. The check engine light has been on twice and the parking brake light has been on periodically while driving during these two weeks. I've had it out there for service once each week. The first time wasn't that bad, they came and picked it up from my work place and fixed it that day. They left a car however they didn't have any plates on it not did they leave the keys. The parts guy, Gary, promised me that my car would be back by the time I left work at 3, that was a lie. I ended up getting a ride to go pick it up and once I got there they proceeded to tell me that they were just about to call. They didn't call me beforehand to tell me it wouldn't be done so I could make proper arrangements. Faster forward a week. Same issue about the engine light being on. They came out and got it and left a different one. Again, they left no keys for me to return it to them. Also, I was promised it would be back by 3 by Gary, another lie. So when I got up to the dealership they proceeded to get an attitude with me because I didn't wait for them to bring my car back amd they had to go back to get their car. Thats not my problem because I'm not supposed to stay at work all night when I'm promised it back by a certain time. I had wanted to ask questions about why my light kept coming on and I was told that I had to go to a Dodge dealership, however it's still under warranty so I won't be doing that. He then proceeded to answer a phone call during this conversation and blow off the rest of my questions. Complete disrespect for a customer. They do not care at all about customer service, all their looking for is money. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay far, far away.

This was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had. They were even able to get me a finance rate BETTER than my own credit union. I'm very happy with all aspects of the transaction from start to finish.

As far as prices go they are rarely beat. Nice low to no pressure sales which is always nice. Our family has bought several vehicles from Bud's and never been let down.

Overall, not a bad place by any stretch of the imagination. Tom Krcha was helpful and polite, easygoing enough to not set off any red flags in my mind. Eric Smith was also very good at explaining everything in detail and had the God given patience to answer what probably were, to him, very banal and simplistic questions. Only minor issue I had was they pointed out of a window with the blinds partially drawn and said "GMC, Rogue, Jeep."I found the vehicles well enough even though the instructions were rather vague, and they are all in pretty good condition, though I went with the Nissan Rogue after testing them out. I appreciated the dealership's patience, because when I got there it was around 5:30 and we got out a little bit after 7:30.A nice place with good employees. Don't let my 4 star rating fool you. Just because something wasn't absolutely perfect doesn't mean that you shouldn't give them business. Nobody's perfect and nobody can expect absolutely wundabar service, especially since it's subjective. I had just gotten off shift and was very tired, so that made it a bit more difficult. If I was bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, then who knows? I might've been a bit more slick on the uptake. They're informative, willing to be upfront if you ask and don't try to shyster you. That, and they're good for some small talk while you do it, which is always a plus. That, and they're a whole lot more understanding and polite than a lot of bigger dealerships. They don't treat you like a baby that's too incompetent to breathe air regularly. So I give them a hearty thumbs-up.

This was the 2nd vehicle I purchased at Bud's Auto, you will not find a more friendlier staff to help you find a car that best fits your price range. Bud will do whatever he can to make your visit a win for you and your family and Steve was a great salesperson who did everything to get us the car wanted at a price we could afford.

I bought a car from buds last month for my daughter and was told the dealer service charge of $389 was required by the state which is a lie. the state says they can't charge more than $389. after a couple weeks I was looking at my daughters car I notice the tires needed changed. this car has a certified sticker on it from buds saying it was inspected so then why does it need tires already

CAUTION! This place sells damaged cars at high prices. They hide behind Carfax for everything. Also they don't negotiate at all. I went to look at a car that was average in price, the car had been in a collision, and they refused to acknowledge it. None of the body panels lined up, and there was fresh paint on the fender, but nowhere else.

Some cars had dead batteries, some were absolutely filthy, many reeked of cigarettes. If your cars smell like cigarettes, and you have tried and true methods you can recommend to remove the smell, why wouldn't you just do that?Customer service sucks at both locations. They just throw the keys to you, tell you to locate the car, and don't give a damn if you are there or not. Aren't interested at all in answering questions.
