My mom is 92 years old and was really upset when she had a accident. I had a excellent experience with H&H before myself. After we drop the car off they tore it down the next day and found additional damage and called us right away and ordered the additional parts. There was one critical part that was needed that was on backorder and they did everything they could get this part. We were very impressed they called us and kept us informed and when we picked it up it was super clean and the bodywork and a paint work was fantastic. We live an hour away from H&H and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything. Dan and his staff was fantastic. Rene the receptionist is super nice also.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I am so very happy with the repair of my BMW 328. My vehicle is only 1 out of 5 in the USA with the Diesel engine and the included luxury package. H&H repaired it quickly and efficiently and kept me updated with the process. I am very pleased with how well they repaired the major cosmetic damages to the front end. They also had it transported to BWM to get the headlight programmed to the car without any help needed from myself. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out for me, when I was thinking only the outside would be done; Which makes this single mother a very very grateful person as the kids had made a mess of the back seat. They worked very hard to save my vehicle even though it was a very close call estimate wise- So much so I had cleared all my items from the car crying because I swore it would be done for.Thank you so much to H&H for saving my car. I can t even tell it was ever damaged.

Great service deserved a 5 star. But I went through insurance since I was rear ended. Pretty sure they milked it for every cent and then took them 3 weeks to do a 2-3 day job. Don't recommend an "insurance" paid job. But the work was great. It looks great. But 3 weeks for a rear hatch? Let's not bs, they were absorbing that insurance money.

The best body shop I've ever been to Chip and Chris we're outstanding. Deb at the desk was sweet as pie and the gentleman that actually did the work did a wonderful job , however I didn't get his name. Chip went above all standards to make sure my vehicle was right I can't thank him enough. I will definitely be letting anyone that I know that need repairs to come to H and H Collision . The Best Ever. Thank you again Chip and Chris you are the best !!!!!

This place was great to work with for getting my truck repaired. It was the passenger bedside panel, light, and bumper. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because to this day I am STILL finding white dots of paint on my windows, tail light, bumper, and nerf bar. Secondly one thing I cant stand that I know HAS to be against their rules is when I was sitting in their waiting room I saw a guy smoking while in the garage where the vehicles are being repaired.

Got my collision repair done here everything was fine but I keep having a sensor go off like my fuel lines are not connecting properly and now the engine sounds rough on start up but the rest of job was good.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my sweet Mustang down after I hit an animal in the road. Seth and Brandon did an AMAZING JOB. Thanks for helping me out H&H. Definitely will not think twice about working with you guys in the future.

No communication, and feels like a sheisty place. They ordered my part but do not know when it will be here...really?! When I order something I can track it. So, did they order it or what? I will not willingly go back to this place for service.

Truck is 4 weeks old when I hit a deer and nothing is lined up right and still didn't get some of the parts in and seat belts are still locked can't even use them ridiculous

Excellent job in popping out a dent on wife's car. Buffed out the scuff mark's and washed the car. Looking at car you cant see where the dent was
