Stay far away from this dealer! What a bunch of clowns. A sales member told me he would call me back twice before the end of the day 2 different days to get me final prices and never did. After 3 days I finally called to talk to the manager who then called me back and gave me his sales talk to then turn down a cash offer deal on a High Country 2500. He wanted me to only finance through him so they are not doing cash offers on the vehicles. This dealership should get 0 stars in my book. Stay away!!!

Noah from Vito Rinaldi Chevrolet is the Best sale person that I ever had the pleasure to deal with.He is so nice,friendly and knowledgeable !Not pushy at all, treated us like FAMILY, he makes sure that the car is the right one for your needs. Explains everything in detail & Joe in financing is just as nice & helpful. I have been to alot of dealerships and this place is by far the Best !

Recently purchased a vehicle there. The sales part was fine through Bob and Tony. It's the service afterwards. Had a piece fall off from the front windshield which was recently replaced the day after we purchased it. Took it back and they took pictures of it and they said we'd take care of it. It's been over 2 weeks now and still haven't heard anything. Numerous phones call were made all saying we'll look into it. Some don't even call back.Keep getting the same old answer. Update. Talked to Bill the parts guy on Friday. Parts were ordered on Friday and arrived and installed on Monday. What did that take.

If you run into the owner while you are there you will see that he does not appreciate your business. He doesn t realize that every customer matters and if customers stop walking in the place he will be shutting it down. His thoughts are that he is better than the clients he serves. It s a shame because his head mechanic is one of the most talented in the area. I honestly will never step into the place again. He is definitely not a successful businessman- hes just running a business what his father built into the ground.

Have purchased several vehicles from here over the last several years. Recently ordered a part for a vehicle and could not return it. Part was never used. I asked Mr. Rinaldi if I could please return it being all the vehicles I purchased there and my family purchased also. He said no. I said ok then I will not buy anymore from here he said I don't want your business! Very professional Mr. Rinaldi!I have had other issues in the past also with them not paying off trade in in a timely fashion. It has taken an impact on my credit report because payments are showing late when I no longer own the car.

Absolutely do NOT! We have had nothing but problems with this dealer since we purchased our Dodge Ram from them. Rust issues were never taken care of. It has been breaking left and right. We paid significantly more than its worth and have already put an additional 3k in it atleast. Not including the rear that just went. Such a joke. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Our family have been buying all our vehicles here for generations. We really rely on the service center to keep our cars going and I often joke that Gary is my husband's best friend

Terrible service. Our vehicle was towed there (per our insurance company). Took them 4 days to tell us it was a starter. (We told them that was the issue). They told us they ordered it. It would be there next day. Next day they called. Said it was being worked on and should be done. Never called. When my husband called to check they were gone for the weekend. Called after the weekend. They now say the starter was delayed in shipping and it would be there that afternoon and done the next day. The amount of stories I ve heard. We can t get a rental bc it was not the place we bought it from Been without a vehicle for over a week, 10 different stores. Very frustrated.

The owner is a total douche....He berates people because they buy a vehicle elsewhere and not from him, even when you went to his dealership first and he would not give the same deal or better that another dealership is offering....He will even follow you to a store and keep berating you....Then he will call you a scum bag and drive off when you don't respond to his insults....I would not spend 10 cents at any of his dealerships

If you gotta wait while repairs are done, you might want to go to pottsville. Much nicer lounge ate to wait in. You can even get popcorn or ice cream...
