I was traveling with my kids up from MD to NY and my minivan was having issues on the highway in PA. I found this dealership and service center and called to see if they could help diagnose the check engine issues.They checked the diagnostics and found warranty issues.They were extremely helpful / courteous / and supportive of my daughters posting up in the show room while we waited.Lastly - they drove me to the enterprise dealership 30min away which was the best thing ever!Big shout out to Rinaldi and their sales / service team.

Rich and the team at rinaldi did awesome work for me . Helped me get into this 2016 ram . Rich is a no bs guy . He helped my wife 2 years ago and now has helped me . Everything done same day . If you need a truck or jeep or even a car go see rich . He is by far one of the best people to ever deal with ! So thank you for the awesome experience!

My experience at this dealership taught me many things. I purchased in the summer time, right out of the show room, I laugh to this day that when signing the paper work I mentioned how hot it got in the building and I was blamed for buying the car and letting all the A/C out!! I am also owed all weather mats from the sale of the vehicle but here we are 8+months later not one text, email, or call to even blame it on the supply chain, as everyone does today. Loved the vehicle but no where near fond of any experience.

Spoke to one of their sales staff, said they had a car in transit available but wanted to work out when it would arrive before I reserved it. They never called back and stopped replying to emails. Very unprofessional.

Very nice staff. Knowledgeable about their products. Willing to work with all credit scores. I did take a test drive in a newer Wrangler and enjoyed it very much. I didn't buy anything today. In the future I'm sure I'll be back to make a deal.

My son needed a car quick and wanted a Jeep. Bought a 2004 Jeep there in July of 2016. Thought because they were Jeep dealership the Jeeps they sell used would be in great condition. Paid more than I wanted to because they tacked on some $500 extra insurance cost to the Jeep. Well it is not even 2 years and it has cost over $2,000 or repairs on this Jeep. Can't get rid of it cause we owe too much still on it. Still needs the driver window fixed (even though they said they fixed it) and the crazy engine light that is on even though it has been repaired. The engine light wasn't on the day I took the car for a drive. It was on the day I came to pick it up and since they already got their money for it, they weren't too interested in looking into it. Oh and if you don't drive it for a few days, the battery gets drained somehow (summer or winter) So the car I wanted to buy for $5,000 has cost over $8,000 at this point. Watch all the fees they add on during purchase. Some "optional" fee they made me pay $550. I would never go here again and I tell everyone I know what a bad deal I got.

Very unprofessional behavior. Called, texted, creeped on Facebook, to sign off on a title AFTER a trade in ( illegal) .went the next day, Wednesday, December 8. ..associate told me to " go fly a kite" , this aint his first RODEO. Threatened me with lawyers. This way the weirdest experience I've had. They now have a truck they cant sell... because they didn't do the right thing

Had truck in for free lifetime inspection in July. It failed due to needing new exhaust. Was quoted 600.00. Did not drive for months. Got my brother, a mechanic, to fix for half the price. Took back for "free inspection" and now they tell me it needs rear brakes and rotors. Nothing is free. And Rinaldi company are crooks.

stay clear of these people, once you are a customer you become a second class citizen. customer satisfaction means nothing. i made a mistake and bought the wrong vehicle for my family and me, and after i was told to come in to "explore my options" i wasnt even given the respect to sit down and discuss my dissatisfaction for the truck i bought, i was just told trade it in after a year or two and was sent on my way.

Brought my 2009 caravan in for a recall fix. There was no problems prior just the recall. I get the van back and had issues that they said they will not fix unless I paid for them to be fixed. I believe they caused the issues as they messed with electrical and it was electrical problems when I got the vehicle back from them

Between Jeep and Chevy their lots are always cleaned up and organized. The sales consultants make you feel at home and know their business very well. The owners treat you like family and they're amazing themselves.

Lot looked run down. Person that approached didn't really seem to care about us,. Cars didn't look in good condition or maintained well. For example, the car we looked at was "just through the shop" but the inspection was five months lapsed....be aware if you're looking here.

Customer service at Rinaldi s is the absolute worst. Brought our 2016 ram back twice to have the power window repaired and there is still a loud rattle in the drivers door. The mechanic s attitude was yea they do that
