The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I picked up my car, it was washed and cleaned on the inside. There was tree sap on the top of my car that had been there for a long time. Multiple washes had not removed it. All of the tree sap was gone! Not only did you guys fix my car, but you went above and beyond and returned it cleaner than when I left it there. Thank you!

I unfortunately had a deer jump out and run into the front driver corner of my vehicle.It's the season for it, so every local repair shop was backed up for weeks and some weren't even willing to take an appointment for an estimate. Tri-City Collision PBNAB was able to schedule my vehicle for an estimate very quickly, then ordered all necessary parts and get me into the shop promptly. Their customer service is wonderful! Holly walked me through the process of filing my insurance claim and continually provided updates on the progress of my vehicles repairs. They had everything repaired and painted and ready to go much sooner than originally anticipated. Their work is impeccable and my vehicle looks brand new! I am beyond happy with their service, and they also provide lifetime warranty on all parts they repaired and replaced on my vehicle.

Very happy with my experience. Fixed my car first, then my wife's. Tanner went above & beyond to get us a fair price, understand our insurance situation, and go over all repair details. The secretary Holly was also very kind and helpful. They even cleaned up some other random scuff areas & vacuumed the inside. Both of our cars look good as new. Thanks again Tri-City team!

Worst place that I ever have been. Completely destroyed my daughter's car. Lied to State farm. Would not recommend anyone to ever go there.

Accidents suck. Tri City Collision fixed my car and were extremely kind throughout the whole process. They helped me get my car in working order again within my budget. I cannot say enough about their customer service. If you need help after an accident, Tri City Collision is the place to go.

After my neighbor accidentally backed into my car I took it to Tricity because of their great reputation. I was not disappointed. The front office girls were so nice & my car is perfect. Horrible experience. Very dishonest company altogether. Their employees are lazy, uneducated, and filthy. They left my car extremely dusty and dirty inside, pinched off my antenna when they did not put my rear windshield on the proper way, and painted my bumper incorrectly. I was told 3 weeks ago that they had multiple errors with the paint and that the employees were not letting the paint dry properly so they would fix it for me. I took it in and now I m being told that it was not their paint so they refuse to correct it. Horrible customer service all the way around. Not our problem is what I was told. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

This place was wonderful.First of all, it s so nice inside...if you were to be stuck there waiting for your car or something, you would be just fine. Tv, coffee, super comfortable setting.Everyone working there is so welcoming and kind. They loaned me a car to drive which saved me some cash and a trip to Enterprise, and as a mother of two, that couldn t have been more helpful.I could go on and on. Oh, and my car was ready a week earlier than they initially predicted!!

Vehicle has been there almost a month UNTOUCHED! They need to disassemble my Jeep and see what additional work needs done, so State Farm can either have it fixed or total it out

Took my Traverse to Tri City about a month ago to have the tailgate and bumper repaired after being back into on a driveway. This is the 4th or 5th time I have had to use their services over the past 10 years.Once again they did an outstanding job on the repair.They offered me a rental to be sure I was not inconvenienced.The other service they provided was a completely detailed vehicle when I went to pick it up. It was detailed better then when I purchased the used car 2 years ago. Great job Bob and Chris and staff.

I took my son's car to be fixed and was treated very professionally. I had immediate service, no waiting. I scheduled a time to fix the car and everything was done in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with Tri-City and actually am calling them again today as someone conveniently hit my son's car and left no note. I know they will take care of everything again and most importantly I trust them! :) ~Katrina Sed

My first accident in 47 years. Hit a deer but didn't know where to go to get the car fixed. Picked it up today and couldn't be happier with the job. Hope I never have another accident but if I do I will be back.

I will start by saying that I am very particular about my vehicle, and notice the smallest of errors. I dropped my car off at TriCity and they had it done in no time at all. They answered all my questions and calls in the friendliest manner, and I received my car back in prestine condition.I highly recommend to anyone for auto body work!

Got my bumper and fender fixed there after i got backed into and it looks the same as it did when i took it in. I still have a gap between the bumper and fender. They charged insurance for a clip bracket and a paint job when all they did was buff out a spot on my bumper and bent the same broken clips up which is why the gap is still there and for the new paint job they took a paint stick to the chipped out spots. I wouldn't recommend them for the easiest jobs. They'll just charge you for work they don't do!Service: Body & Trim

Absolute worst experience ever. I went in on Tuesday to get a quote, they ordered the parts, they have the parts in stock now but can not fix my car for a few weeks! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to be carless for 3-4 weeks. A simple two hour job turns into a 3-4 week waiting game. Sadly this is a State Farm certified repair facility. I will be notifying State Farm of your people's incompetence.

Very good work that exceeded my expectations. A tree fell as I was driving destroying my sunroof, roof, and windshield. Everything was put back in its place including car starter antenna. Highly recommend.
