Had a bad experience with Laskey's furniture a couple of years ago. The problem occurred in February of of 2020, right at the precipice of COVID. The furniture he sold me was very nice looking, but it defective. I reached out to Laskey's multiple times, but they never responded until I took them to court. Judge Songer awarded me damages, but He suggested that we talk. Steve was sending someone out to observe the problem. exasperated with Laskey's and I decided that I had had enough. I decided to cut my my losses and move on. Rose, the sells personell was very nice to me while I was buying their product , but in court, she was unprofessional and rude. I could not believe her ruthless and ominous behavior. She was like the wicked witch of the West, full of deadly venom. In essence, I will never shop at Laskey's ever again because he's a crook and a Demon. I am certain that his father and mother are turning over in their graves. In the Sixties, their father was kind and helpful to people, but if Steve were on fire, I'd walk over him.

My husband and I enjoyed being given the space to look at the furniture without being bombarded with sales pitches or constantly followed. Jeffrey, who we worked with during our visit, was amazing! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner as well, Mr. Laskey, who was friendly and even indulged us on learning the ropes of Pennsylvania! I appreciated that they gave us realistic wait times for furniture, whether that was going to be as early as a week or over two months. That honesty is what keeps me as a customer and helped my husband and I come to a decision. I would highly recommend Mr. Laskey s business and Jeffrey if you are looking for furniture, they are professional, friendly, and honest. It is a priority of mine to support local business and this establishment will continue to be our business of choice when it comes to furniture.Also, our furniture was delivered in a week just as they scheduled, with no hassle. I didn t get the name of the man who was moving in our furniture that we spoke with, but he was friendly and smart, and our furniture looks great!

Purchased a well made American made sofa. Good price, polite staff, very fast delivery. Delivery men were excellent. Professional and experienced. Pleased with my purchase. Comfortable, good construction, and reversible cushions which extend the life of your purchase. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again or tell my friends to go there.

Don't waste your money purchasing the fabric protection plan. I was never given the service agreement so I has to call Laskeys to find out how to go about filing a claim. I was told to call the protection company to see if they would be able to help because Laskeys doesn't keep track of the service agreement numbers sold to their customers. They keep their customers invoices which show if a protection plan was purchased but apparently they're too lazy to write the service agreement number on their customers papwwork or to staple a copy of the agreement number to their documents. Which is poor customer service on their part. Laskeys I suggest either writing those service agreement numbers down prior to delivery or making a copy of the service agreement to attach to the documents you save for each customer. The girl that took my phone call today was extremely rude and unhelpful. My inlaws just spent $1,400 at your store based on my recommendation. I will never recommend your store again! Next time I'll be shopping at Stewart's or Vernon's.

---Been here since I was a kid. Still have friendly service with people wanting to help you find what you are looking for.---COVID 19 has hit this industry too for shipments. They have to order almost everything, plus the in store stock is slim.

Owner is absolutely the BEST in customer service you could wish for. He'll spend as much time as you need to assist you in finding what you're looking for. He has many decades of expierience which will definitely help you find what you want. He carries many quality lines and has access to many others not seen in his rather small showroom. Prices are the lowest you'll find anywhere.

Horrible place would never buy from them again. Bought a new mattress and box springs and bed frame. The mattress kept sinking on our 3rd mattress they came out and said they put the bed together wrong. So than they put it together again. The mattress had been slept on and was ruined by the time they fixed the problem. I had called and B***** had said just flip it, it will be fine. It never was fine, we pitched the mattress. Horrible place to deal with. My boyfriend now has back issues due to this. It would have been nice for them to offer a credit or give us the money back seeing how much we were put through.Carol Darby

We were offered help but didn't feel like we were being smothered in a sales pitch. We have shopped every furniture store in the Mahoning Valley and shopping here we saw a larger variety at Laskeys than other stores. We were very satisfied with our shopping experience.

Pretty big store friendly employees willing to help and not too much sales pressure to deal with. Some pieces in this store are more reasonable than others but overall its a good place to go if you need furniture

I love this store! Most of my home furniture is from Laskeys store. I am always treated kindly and like a person. They go above and beyond just furniture! I'm truly thankful.

Not very big and they only sell the cheaper stuff there. They have nice stuff for someone on a limited budget, but nothing that will last a very long time.
