Christopher and the dealership, made purchasing our New 2024 Palisade an extremely smooth and personable experience. Not once did I feel pressured, like I have with other dealerships and salespeople. Christopher went above and beyond by listening to my personal needs when finding a vehicle to accommodate my families needs. He went at my pace, so I didn t feel rushed or pressured. He not only listened to me, but took in what I had to say. The financial process, went extremely smooth. The million questions I had on everything, was addressed without flaw and compassion. I had my toddler with me, they also went above and beyond to make his experience enjoyable. He also made sure I was properly set up with an app for my vehicle before leaving, and made sure I was comfortable navigating it. He even addressed questions I had after the sale. Not once did I feel like I treated as just a sale or number. I wish more salespeople and businesses in general, were like them. They truly, especially Christopher, made this more than just a buying experience, but a meaningful opportunity.

I was in urgent need of a vehicle. The transmission in my Honda CRV left me stranded twice. I needed transportation to get to work. My salesman, Christopher,, took me for a test drive in a Honda Ridgeline that I found on their website. Christopher was very accommodating with my request to test drive the Ridgeline in specific areas in order for me to feel comfortable with the quality of the vehicle.

One of the most transparent and honest dealerships I ve been to. Traded my car in & within a couple of hours, I was driving off of lot with a new one. Was immediately greeted and helped by their sales consultant Christopher Capone. He was extremely helpful and walked me through everything I needed without hesitation.

Wanted to say thank you to Jon Tom of Diehl Hyundai of Sharon for helping me out in 2018 with my 2015 Ram 1500 and finding me my 2021 Ram Rebel on my trade in. He knows I like my trucks black on black and took the time to find it for me and I truly appreciate it. He s one of a kind just like Johnny Cash. Last week I purchased my new car from this dealership. As soon as I had arrived on the lot Ryan came out to greet me. He was able to find me a car that fit in my price range with all the features I was looking for. During my whole experience at Diehl Hyundai Ryan and the rest of the office staff were attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a new or pre-owned car. If you can ask for Ryan, he is a pleasure to work with and will do whatever he can to help you find the right car.

Excellent buying experience. My son and wife felt very comfortable from start to finish. Polite and professional sales staff. Dallas and Kate were fantastic throughout the whole thing. My son is extremely happy with his new 2023 Sonata. Great car with lots of bells and whistles for an excellent price. As a follow up, I also went and purchased a new Sonata. Could not be happier and the staff continue to do a great job.

Every time me and my family come to use the FREE 24/7 charger there's always someone rude coming to knock on the car ! And force us off the property when we're not bothering anyone having similar issues with the surrounding area dealerships as well in this little town.

Last night my father and I drove well over an hour to look at an SUV. Upon arrival we were greeted by Jacob. He brought up the car and upon inspection we noticed there was writing and scribbles on the headliner (in pen), rust marks on the hood, a large dent on the side, broken center console and a few other things. We went in to talk to Jacob about the issues we found who in return went directly to the manager, Anthony. Anthony loudly stated from his desk "IF THEY DONT LIKE IT, THEY DONT LIKE IT." for everyone in the dealership to hear. Then Anthony walked over to us (we were standing in the doorway) and instead of asking us if we would like to sit down and discuss the issues on the car privately, he just stood there and looked at us like either we couldn't afford the car or he didn't have time to speak to us (he was sitting at his desk playing on his phone before walking over to us). So we stood there and told him about the issues we saw with the car and instead of saying lets see what we can do, or even walking out to the car with us so we could show him what we were talking about he just said "ok" and goodbye... Our jaws were on the floor.. We have had a family owned RV dealership for over 40 years and we would NEVER treat a customer that way. So my father called the next day (today) to speak to the general manager about the situation and instead of having the actual GM of the dealership give us a call, Anthony called us back which got us about as far as talking to him last night did. We will take our business elsewhere and I will be sure to let others know how we were treated at Diehl.

The process of buying the care went smoothly!! From finding the vehicle on the website to going to the dealership and driving the car out of the lot. The salesman, Mr Widmyer was very friendly and answered all questions I had. I would recommend him and the dealership!!

We had two pretty bad experiences with the service department but I would like to give kudos where kudos are needed...I gave a 1 star review previously due to our experiences but definitely backtracked and changed it to a 5 star! After reviewing diehl they responded almost immediately. The general manager called me within 5 minutes and was EXTREMELY professional, understanding, compassionate, caring, and took care of the issue at hand with speed and excellence!!!! Shout out to the general manager Chris Lumia!!!!!!

I brought my car in for the main purpose of resolving a recall I was notified of. I've done this before for a recall at another hyundai dealer & was familiar with the process. Because my inspection was also due I decided to have both issues done together. Additionally there was a suspected belt and/or pulley concern I had & asked them to evaluate. All of this was discussed and planned by phone when scheduling the appointment. Recall, inspection, and evaluation. Upon picking up my car I was informed that the recall was not resolved because a part needed ordered, so only the inspection was completed and I would need to return for the recall resolution. This was frustrating considering this dealer is 40 minutes from my home and the recall was the only reason to travel this distance for a car repair. As I mentioned, this was discussed before coming in. I could have had the inspection done at my regular garage close to home and come in to the dealer when the part was ready or atleast waited until the part was ready to have both things done together. Previously when I needed to resolve a recall, the Hyundai dealer I visited had the recall part available before I came in & had it resolved in one visit. But this dealer said my car needed a recall inspection first. Why? I was already notified my year make and model had the issue and to take it to a dealer to be resolved. The second frustration was the suspected belt & pulley diagnosis that I asked about. They quoted me $1,500.00. This was an estimate for a $1,200 pulley and $200 belt + tax. That sounded astronomical so I went to my regular garage and proposed the same concern I had brought up to this hyundai dealer. I did not disclose to the garage what the dealer quoted or diagnosed. Once the garage diagnosed the issue themselves, they told me it was a belt and a pulley. They charged me $371 to take care of it. I couldn't believe this hyundai dealer could quote me 4 times MORE than the garage's cost. 4 times MORE!! DISGUSTING! Do what you wish with all this information. I am choosing to never return.

Signed up on the website that I was looking for a 2023 palisade (specifically the XRT trim) which the dealership did not have any of at the time, a couple weeks went by & I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from sales manager Ryan informing me that a XRT had just come in on their delivery truck that morning. I immediately called my husband & Ryan helped explain how we could get the process started. We live 2 hours away from the dealership so we put a deposit down & submitted all the documents to hold the vehicle. Ryan (sales manager) & Brandon (finance) were so helpful leading up to us picking up the car by getting the deal worked out. We were set up with Katie from Sales before we came in to pick up the car & she taught us all about our new car & was so pleasant to work with! She even followed up with me to make sure I was happy with our new purchase. Katie, Ryan & Brandon went above & beyond to help make the sales process quick & painless. We really appreciate Ryan taking a the initiative to make calls to customers looking for certain cars or we would still be searching for an XRT since they are hard to come by right now!

The sales staff here are great, but after that you will have the worst experience possible. From being treated by the rudest man at the service desk to being told they cannot fix your car. I was in an accident in a brand new car and was hit in the tire. Well, now the car won t drive straight. As soon as you let go of the steering wheel, the car goes to the left. Brought it in and was told they did and alignment and cannot find anything wrong other than that. When I told them now it s driving to the right I was told at least it s away from traffic instead of toward it . I was not signing for my vehicle until it drove straight. They sent my car back to the body shop at a different location and had them call me to come get it and tell me there is a pull but there s nothing mechanically wrong with the car. Now I m stuck driving 2022 a car that I ve only made 1 payment on that will constantly drive to the right. I wonder how many tires I m going to put on it due to uneven wear. My wheels are straight but my steering wheel isn t. Save your time and frustration and go buy a car in boardman.

I went to their website to look at the used car selection. The prices stated on their cars are all "Call for Price" which is not what every other dealer has. Why even have a website if you're not going to actually list a price. I'm moving on to the next dealer. Everyone before this had prices.

Happiest new car owner here. I finally had the opportunity to buy a car from Preston Ford Hyundai of Sharon, and even more exciting was that I got to purchase the car from my brother Ryan. I already know how great a person Ryan is, but to see him as the salesman was incredibly impressive. Knowledgeable, thorough, and passionate about what he does! The environment was a welcoming, and supportive environment. From the test drive, to finalizing the paperwork, the Preston team is top notch. Go see Ryan for your next car - I highly suggest the Tucson Sport!

Love the car, but didn't like had to take to another place to look at and was told if they look at the car and not covered by warranty I would have to pay shop for looking at it that was some bull so didn't get it looked at going to wait until spring and trade it in but not there

My husband and I just bought our first like sell-your-soul purchase here (that s not a comment on the dealerships prices, it s 2022 so the economy is just that way right now lol) we got a 2022 Hyundai Venue and anyway we obviously felt pretty insecure being a young couple just starting our futures together and our credit isn t the best, etc. Kyle O Hare was our salesman and he made us so comfortable throughout this process! He worked REALLY hard to get us in the car we wanted and it meant the world to us! We never felt judged or pressured or anything except happy throughout this process! Also, I was here last year to buy a car for my job and got a 2021 Hyundai Elantra, so two years in a row I ve brought my patronage here! I ve never had any issues with communication with the first car I bought there and I always got my service and everything handled very easily! Our salesman in 2021 was also great! I don t see myself going to anyone else!

Leased my vehicle here and never again. Repair service people are liars and deceitful. Had my vehicle towed there because loss of power well they looked at it once and I was told they would like to keep it to check it further well the whole time I noticed my app for my vehicle was showing me that the vehicle wasn t unlocked or driven at all the 3 days they had it and I called each day and they told me it was being looked at. They are Liars because I could clearly see that it wasn t moved or unlocked, So I live a hour away and had to find a ride there because they had my only car and they knew this! So I got there and low and behold there my car was sitting out way down at the end of the parking lot. Confronted them and they told me that they can t look at it every day and I told them in fact I knew the car never moved the whole time they had it except once when I was first told there was no problem. I left several messages with the service manager Amanda and she never returned my calls. Was lied to by a Tony, Donna and one other guy there. They are deceiving people and liars and I will never give them my business again!! They knew it was my only vehicle and to let me go for a week thinking it was being looked at only for it to be in the parking lot the whole time is just inexcusable!!! Take your business elsewhere if you are smart!!

This is the best dealership I have ever had the experience of working with, specifically the service department. Amanda Mild went above and beyond to recognize and support my concerns, provide detailed explanations, and provide excellent solutions to resolve my needs. Not only did she help me once when I first brought it in and got it repaired same day, they provided a loaner vehicle immediately and even emailed me back after hours when I reached out with additional concerns. The tech that worked on my vehicle was Dan and he went above and beyond to check more than what I came in for to ensure I was leaving with a vehicle in proper working condition. This is a wonderful and efficient shop to take vehicles to and I plan to use this location exclusively moving forward.

I drove over 2 hours to purchase my sonata N line here. Local dealers were ripping people off wanting market adjustments of 5k+. They waived it here so it was worth the drive.The car was cleaned, full of gas and ready to go when we got there. Finance manager was very nice and we got a 5 year loan for under 1%. The salesman helped set up the app and explained how to use many functions which was helpful since the car has a lot of technology inside it.I want to buy a Palisade in the future so I will be making the drive to purchase due to their honesty.

When I had to turn in my previous leased car, I had already been referred to this dealership by a friend of mine, and had seen how well they were taken care of. I already knew that sales person Katie Hackett , and the rest of the team would be willing and able to put my mind at ease in selecting a car that I can utilize for years to come. Any questions or concerns that I had were resolved quickly, and in a caring and empathetic manner. I thank Katie and the Hyundai dealership of Sharon, for providing excellent customer service in a time where it is seen so sparingly now.
