Absolutely unacceptable service. The manager was doing something completely unrelated to what he should be doing. Was outside socializing while their were customers in the store needing to be helped. The other employee was absolutely clueless on how to do anything. Was very rude and not helpful at all.

Very friendly service. A kind employee was diagnosed my problem at the sharon, North Water Street location. Everything that he told me was absolutely correct. Forgot his name, but I didn't forget his kind knowledgeable service. To describe him, he had the brightest red hair. Nice gentleman. Thank you, sir fir your empeccable service.

Angel and his crew were amazing! They made sure we left happy after trying 3 times to find the right headlights at different places. They gave us the full experience.

Angel and the staff there do a great job at helping customers . They go the extra mile to make sure that I'm always satisfied and taken care of. I won't go to any other AutoZone or auto parts store for my needs. I recommend co no ing here above all other places. Will continue to do business here .

Very friendly associates , very helpful! The associate that was helping me didnt know how to fix my headlight but instead of just sending me away with the bulb in hand to do myself he found another associate that was able to help me and he fixed my light in matter of seconds. Thanks Guys!!

Anthony was a very helpful person came to my car we both watch the YouTube vid and he switch out my left blinker with no problem and before paying he made sure it was in and working!!! GREAT MAN GREAT SERVICE

Worst autozone ! Nobody seems to know or even care to know about anything, I went to autozone ask for help to identify a part and guy shrugged shoulders and said idk . Went to hermitage autozone and they helped me find part in minutes

Very nice place for car parts, the staff are always friendly and courteous and helpful, especially tori, shes always ready to help and make sure you get exactly what you need for your car. They have everything in stock, and if they don't they'll have it the next day for you. The best place in town for all your automotive needs at the best lowest price.

Nice store, but......1-10-2020 My husband goes to this Auto Zone to by a socket to work on our car. Again we walk in no one says anything. We finally found the socket and my husband notices that there was oil on the label the man that rung us out said that you can't return it if the tag that holds it in the shelf isn't on there they can't return it. Today 1-11-2020 my husband had to return to auto zone because the socket was just spinning on the bolt he walks over to the display where the sockets were puts it on the bolt and it fits. Now explain to me how the hell this happens. The guy said it's the tool guy fault. This Auto Zone is a joke. Always getting wrong parts have to come back at least twice every time. The employees are rude. I will never spend another dollar at Auto Zone again.

Mike the manager is AWESOME!!! In the freezing cold weather he did a diagnostic check so my interior dash lights could illuminate...i couldnt see to drive home in sandy lake...he found a short in my wires and took the patience and time to find and fix them...very intelligent!!! I cant give enough gratitude for ur excellence in customer service...u r the go-to man

Call the store ask for a part on Sunday, June 6, 2021 and clerk told me that he had to part showed up at 7:58 doors were locked another clerk come to the door at 8:02 says you can t let me in because it s after eight if I would ve been in there before eight then it would ve been OK but I would have been in before eight if the doors were unlocked at 7:58

Helpful Staff as usual, only downside is prices are a smidge high. Picked up Castrol GTX High Mileage oil and STP bundle. Saved a few bucks. Rewards card recommended if u shop at Autozone regularly.

I've had a thousand issues over the last year with three vehicles that I own and different opinions from everyone but every single time I went to Sharon AutoZone and talked to Dave he knew immediately what the problem was and he was able to help me every time he was right and everytime save me more than a couple hundred dollars. Thank you Dave! And thank you AutoZone!

Take your old part with you to the store so you can compare it to the new part , that way you don't make an extra trip back because you asked for lug nuts and they gave you a can of peanuts or something like that.
