Took my Mazda CX-9 there to be repaired in November 2023, they charged my insurance company 12,000 and held the car for 2 months for a deer hit. Charged them for 5 sensors when only one was broken. In the pictures you see the sensors still intake and they were still working when I took the car there. This was a new bumper, new passenger side lights and new grill situation that was exaggerated. the new bumper wasn t set correctly to the point I wouldn t stay inside the bracket from the day I picked it up. Shawn told me to bring it back and he would place a new bracket on and pop the bumper in, 20 mins later, no new bracket, but a pushed in bumper held with glue. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Fantastic customer service! They go out of their way to make the whole process go smoothly. I was really impressed with the work the did on my car after a deer hit. Looks good as new.

Going home one night a deer ran right into my front and side of my van. When I got it back, which was earlier than expected, it looked brand new. The people there are so knowledgeable. I would not go anywhere else! Thanks to everyone who worked with me and the insurance company!!!

I recently hit a deer in my wife's baby! Driver side from front to back and hood were destroyed. W&L Collision Center knocked it out of the park and got this rare 2021 Red STI looking brand new again. The entire process was seemless and to receive the car back detailed from top to bottom in and out is what it means to take care of your customer. This place is one of a kind and will provide the best work and customer service experience you could imagine. It's stressful enough destroying your wife's dream car, I didn't need the added stress of the insurance company and Body Shop. Looking forward to warmer nights out of the dog house and back inside!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very satisfied with W&L Collision! I've been a long time customer with W&L Subaru and when I was side swiped by an ambulance, I brought it to W&L Collision to be repaired. Within 2 weeks they installed a new fender and replaced the wheels damaged in the accident. Staff were friendly and highly satisfied with the work done! Hopefully I don't need to return, but if need be, I'll be back!Service: Painting

Repair after deer collided with front driver bumper/hood. Best quality work I've ever seen and the most awesome service. Extremely considerate staff and management and great communication. My car is like new! Also guaranteed for as long as I own the car. Highly recommend.

W & L Collision in Shamokin Damn was the best body shop I have dealt with. They had excellent service. The estimate manager was friendly, informative, and offered supreme service. Extremely pleased with W&L collision. Rusty, Mike, and their technician Mike did a superb job. I don't often leave reviews but the customer service side of this experience was exceptional. In a world where businesses lack customer service W&L and their team stand far above the rest. The work was done in a timely manner and everything looks great. Great Experience! The customer service was spot-on and everything was handled professionally with a personal touch. Not only is the body work great (rear bumper), but it's guaranteed for as long as you own the car. I got our Forester back looking like new not only on the outside but on the inside too! They took to the time to vacuum and clean the interior, which I didn't expect at all--months of dog hair gone! W&L Collision Center is second to none! Very timely work and the car looks great. I got it back clean on the inside and outside. Did not smell like a body shop. Had to have an insurance claim repair; required new rear bumper and sensors for the cameras etc. The collision staff was helpful, professional, kept us updated, got us in early and had it all done and back as good as new within a week. That quality of service starts with leadership and Shaun leads well and all the staff are high quality.

This is the first time I have used this collision center for repairs and I will continue to go back to them if needed. From their professionalism to the kind and courteous staff to the beautiful new facility, they are all around the best. They kept me informed since day 1 about what was going on with my car and they not only finished early but it cost less than what they originally quoted. Shaun & his team at the collision center are awesome! We took our car there after an accident. Although there wasn t any significant damage, we had to wait a long time for the parts to come in, which was out of Shaun s control. Unfortunately our insurance wasn t willing to extend their coverage of a rental car, and it was set to run out during the week of Christmas. The collision center gave our family a loaner car to use until the parts came in and our car was fixed. We are so appreciative of their help that made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful!

Came here because it was an on your side shop for nationwide. This was my first time going to an auto body shop to get body work done and it was a great first experience. The work was super good and fast.I had my bike mounted to the roof of my car suction cups and I accidently drove into my garage. My sunroof got pulled out of my car and then my bike fell over and the metal petal dug a large scratch into my car. They fixed everything and it all looks brand new.Overall, this shop caused no problems and made my first repair super easy and convenient. They focused on even some of the small details like replacing my window visors even though I would ve been fine with the small scratch on them. Also, the detail they did at the end was super nice and a great way to get back into my car

The staff helpful and kind, I have no complaints. Nothing bad to say. I just hate to give five star if there is room to improve cause we all there always is. But this place very good and deserves 5 stars. Place very friendly and nice.
