I love the stuff on the website but the shipping costs to pick up at the store are ridiculous. You aren't delivering it to my house. I end up going somewhere else even though I now have a TS near me.

I want to give a special shout out to Elaine, Dave, and Brittany. All three demonstrated world class customer service.I had a flat tire on my trailer traveling back to Maryland. The store was literally closing and they help me find what I needed.They helped me get everything to the car and even offered to stay with me while I changed the tire. I was literally blown away by their kindness and their customer service. Thank you so much all of you!

I was at a tractor supply out in Michigan in June and I bought some Freddy's is a root beer and when I came back to Pennsylvania to home I went over to see if they had it there and they did so now I've been a customer there for just a little over a month and a half and the people that work there are very nice friendly and they'll help you find anything you're looking for

I would offer up 4 stars if you didn't have to crawl over stuff in the first 30 ft inside the store. Its an obstacle corse. Help is not great but there are shining stars if you visit often you will learn them. Store manager is decent too. Generally inventory is good and prices are in normal range for brick and morter.

When I first called Friday they said they did not have the item I wanted in stock and said it would need to be ordered in or shipped to my home. I called back a little while later after confirming we did actually buy the item from them last time, and that they did have them in stock last time, and they actually had two of them in the back stockroom that they were unaware of. So we picked them up this morning and our projects are forging ahead.

They certainly have a very large selection of products. For this, I'd give them 4 or 5 stars. But typical of big box stores, there's very few staff and of them little to none could give you use or advice about many of their products like what feed to use when. Only one person in my years of going here has actual experience with being on a farm or raising farm animals that could give me real world advise about the products they carry.

They have all the common items found in a tractor supply store, such farming supplies, tools, screws,bolts, and power tool , plus the live animals and feeds. Some things u just cant find anywhere else. Service was good. Only complaint is higher prices comparing to other stores of similarities!

Helpful people, they have what I need. They also allow dogs (well behaved and leashed) to join, which makes it easy to stop by when I have the pup in the car.

I usually dont write bad reviews nor have I ever had a problem when I go in to this Tractor Supply but the girl at the register today, Sunday April 22, 2018 @ around 5:15ish was OK (personality wise) until I ask if she could bag my 2- 4lb bags of Retriever dog treats (on sale 2 for $9) and a 10 ct. bag of hooves, just to make it easier to carry, then she seemed to get a little rude as she grabbed a bigger bag out from in under the counter and seemed to slam them into the bag as if it I was inconveniencing her even though this is what she gets paid to do (she's a cashier) or as if the price of each bag she uses gets deducted from her pay. I'm sorry but on top of what I mentioned I also had another bag of stuff I purchased and I wasn't parked right outside their door cause I had been shopping at other stores in that plaza but that shouldn't even matter, maybe be a little nicer and ask if I'd like those items bagged or not. Its called being nice to your customers!!!

Store has many interesting items for sale. Picked up a screwdriver with three Clips I've never seen before. Got a brace for my steps that I needed I could wander around in that store for hours.

They had a Shepard's hook that was just a little over half the price of the local hardware store. They have a wide variety of items that you don't need to be a farmer to use.

Staff was very helpful and invested in getting our projects going. I will be trying to go here instead of other hardware stores in the future.

I went to Tractor Supply to purchase a grill and unfortunately the one I ordered and pre-paid for, was damaged. Dakota, Tim, and Elisa found an equitable solution to ensure my needs were met, for the same price, and will keep me coming back to TSC for years to come.

I wanted to take a moment to tell of my most recent experience. I recently purchased a lawn mower for my Dad for Father's Day and had to do the majority of the transaction over the phone.. I had the pleasure of working w/ Makayla (hope I spelled that correctly). (side note: I have been in Sales and Customer Service for 20+ years) I must say I could have bought this mower at 3-4 other retailers but from the first phone conversation(it took 3-4 calls to put transaction together) Makayla was an absolute pleasure, she was not only pleasant, she was informative and intellegent and went waaay beyond the call of duty to answer all my questions, check "instock" inventory, and to put the last 1 aside till the next day till I could arrange transportation.. btw this was the day b4 I needed it.. The Shamokin Dam, Pa. location should be honored and consider it a priveledge to have such a Respectful and Well Spoken Employee!!! 10+ Stars. (btw.. Thanks for making the joint treats for my dogs. They eat the treats with a German shepherd on the front and bag is pinkish and white. When they started eating them I noticed a change in them immediately and they get around really well now. Don't stop selling them, this is all I ever buy @ TSC. I go in and grab them and leave .

This place is the last place I will enter again. This place has awful service. I stood there and waited and waited in line. They did not call anyone else to the register and the girl checking out seemed so unconcerned and not caring. After saying I was on a time schedule they still did nothing so I just left my stuff sit because I had to leave after waiting here so long. Do not recommend.

I do some gardening and I know the tools I'm looking for but I don't know what they're called. Since I feel backwards I can walk in there and find what I need with no problem their stock is fantastic.

Employees are always helpful. Anything I've needed from there I've found at a very reasonable price. The dog food is excellent quality.

Excellent, great help and the associate even carried my purchase to the car. Recent back surgery prevented me from doing so. I like shopping at TSC.

Shamokin dam store: i live closer to the Elizabethville store but I like this store better. Friendly , helpful employees. Always find what I need and more .

It was pretty great but the bathroom was kinda gross and they were out of soap. So the store made sense and the prices were what I expected but the nasty bathroom kinda put me off a little

I love this store. I always go to this store if I need anything for my farm animals. The halo is very helpful and friendly.
