This was my first time here, as I m just passing through and my truck got really dirty. I usually wash my own vehicles, but with snowy weather and salt I had to get it clean. They did a great job, both washing and wiping it off. It did not fully get the undercarriage on my truck, but it s better than it was. I appreciate the employees and the car wash for making it better than it was.

We love the job that they did on our car today before we headed to my husband's father's funeral. The team did an amazing job what a precious bunch of young people.

I visited because I had a coupon for a free car wash. But I got way more than a basic wash! I was surprised to learn that an attendant sprays a prewash over the vehicle and hand scrubs any spots. My truck has some places that never get clean in an automatic car wash, but they were clean after this one! I'll be back!

The automatic car wash doesn't clean properly at all... edit: Let me update on 8/15... They did not hesitate to make it right with the wash, not cleaning properly. They reached out to offer a refund or a new wash. I opted for the new wash, which I greatly appreciate them for reaching out and offering the options. Will be trying again later this week. Quick response time as well

I went through car wash and when I exited car I seen the attached scratches all over the hood of my car. Kleen Mist refused to take responsibility saying that they see no possible way that their car wash could have possibly created scratches. Beware before entering. Will be pursuing further.

I get the monthly subscription. Unlimited washes! And they towel dry the vehicle for you.

The service is amazing and they take very good care cleaning you car. At the end of the wash the people that dry your car do very well and don't miss a spot and make sure your car is spotless.

Always go here for the touch-less car wash when traveling through the area. One of the best automated washes I have been through.

Absolutely love this car wash.. can you love a car wash? When we got a new car we thought let's start off on a better foot of keeping it clean.. so we got a membership and then a few months later we added our other vehicle to the membership. They just are so great, I love that they hand dry at the end. I do wish they would bring back the inside vehicle vacuuming. Thanks for keeping our cars clean, kleen mist!

I try to get my truck washed once a week at Klein Mist Car Wash. Most days the lines are minimal if any at all, which makes your time there very short. Really enjoy the personal prewash prior to going through the car wash and the hand drying at the end. Am considering an upgrade to the mid-grade subscription for $30/month. Well worth it when you consider your personal time if you were to wash your car at home.

Very nice and clean area, and your car gets very clean, and I always get the full wash to see the rainbow of colors when I go through! :-),love it!

We stopped Friday after dinner and went to the Express Kleen Mist because that's where our ticket is from to get the $6 wash since I bought my vehicle from Aubrey Alexanders. The gentleman in front of me was also trying to use his ticket. After waiting behind him for a few minutes we noticed he was having trouble getting it to work and after some frustration, he just drove away. I pulled up. The cheapest car wash they have is $8. My ticket is for $6 so I figured I'd be paying the other $2. No big deal. I followed the instructions on the screen. Nothing would work for it to take my ticket. So after about 3 minutes I decided to go full bore and just pay for the $13 for the full wash, etc. Well......I won't ever go there again. Aubrey Alexander - if you have to pay for those tickets STOP. Besides the surface dust on the truck is all it took off. When we pulled out my bf said "Did it even wash anything"? We stopped at our next destination and you could still see all the dirt and everything that was on my truck prior to the wash. I can't imagine what the $8 wash gets ya! What a total waste of money!

First time there. Ordering is by screen. Some of the choices need to be less flowery. The cross selling on the screen was good concept especially for offering its monthly service. The wash was good and the value is on par with others in the area. There are two people hand drying at the end which gets rid of machine errors as I have gotten from other places. It would be a good idea to offer the tip at the screen as who carries cash.

I used the self vacuum all the way to the right. The card reader was not working. My dollar bills kept getting stuck. The only coins accepted are quarters. The vacuum itself was ok but I think it could have had stronger power. The vacuums a block south are free but they were closed today. I spent a little over $4 for 10 minutes of vacuum. The digital display on the vacuum is EXTREMELY hard to read and the instructions are not clear.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I got the top of the line car wash to get rid of winter salts from my Kia. I was surprised that I had to pay extra to have it vacuumed and to have armour all applied to the interior. The car wash was decent but the "vacuuming and armour all service" I paid extra for was pathetic. The armour all was streaked all over the dash and that was it, nothing anywhere else. The vacuuming was as good as a 6 year old would do. Except for the slapped on oily mess, it didn't appear the interior was touched. No pride was evident in the "extra" service I paid for.I recently moved here and am used to using a car wash service back home as I am disabled. When the team was through, my car looked brand new. Everything was armour all protected, floor mats cleaned, windows streak free, floor carpet and seats including the backs were thoroughly vacuumed. My car was spotless and well worth the $25 charge.I'm beyond disappointed that there seems to be nothing to match the Southern Classic Car Wash back home. Kleen Mist Car Wash is definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

This was my first experience using an automatic car wash. Awesome, the staff were friendly and did a great job. I will definitely be back! I only wish I lived closer (an hour away) but it was worth the drive!

Reasonably priced for excellent service. Drive thru wash with many upgrade options. They will hand towel dry your vehicle and shine the tires. You can also have a team clean the inside (you have to remove your own trash) including seats, floors, console and inside the windows and doors. These folks move fast.

It did a pretty good job on the car.the only issue I have is it's a little more complicated than going to a standard car wash in choosing out of like four or five options total. Gives you a menu and not too much of an explanation what each item is where does. but I have to say it's the old style ones where it spins with fabric to clean your car. Unlike these power washer type car washes that don't seem to clean it as well.
