Once I got there for my rental car I was in and out even when I dropped it off same way there quick and courteous. I got my refund back for the deposit within two days. Everything was five star in my opinion.

I was on a road trip when my vehicle had an issue and I had to limp to the Ford dealer. While waiting to hear how long it would take to get parts and repair, I checked and found this Enterprise office would be the closest. I had not used Enterprise much before, so I signed up online. The next morning when I found my vehicle couldn't be fixed for 3 days, I reserved a car at this Enterprise office - quick and easy. The pickup took 3 minutes or so and I ended up with a Nissan Altima at a great price - it was in wonderful condition, very fuel efficient, and did a great job getting me to Detroit and back, even through some heavy rain. Return was equally fast, it took me more time to delete my phone details from the car bluetooth system than it did to check the car back in! Very good office, and it represents Enterprise well.

This staff was amazing. They were so patient and kind. I was upset and overwhelmed and they helped me through all it. They answered all of my questions and were so welcoming in the office. I m so grateful for this to be the group of people I worked with after an accident.

Vic, and Tom are always awesome! They are extremely professional and customer service oriented. I will always come here to rent a car!!!!! Thank you for all you guys do!!! Brayden was awesome at helping me get back home too.

The staff is amazing and they always give me a really nice car. Plus, they partner with my employer, Progressive Insurance and our customers get a 10-20% discount at Enterprise. The staff are all amazing and the cars are clean as a whistle. I highly recommend them for all of your car rental needs.

The worker that greeted me was beyond helpful and altho I opted for the smaller vehicle he offered me an SUV for a good price. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out with my vehicle in no time. Same goes upon my return. The gentleman that greeted me was knowledgeable and had me out of there with my full deposit returned in no time. Thanks again would definitely recommend and they ll be seeing me again

I rented this car to travel to NYC for a concert. Picked it up on Saturday and returned it on Sunday. Cost was approximately $110. The car was in good condition and pretty clean. Great service as I recieved a free upgrade and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick and easy. I'm sure I will use them again in the future.

Unhappy customer, first car oil light came on they wanted us to continue driving it when the oil was very low on the dip stick, second car out of rotation or bad tire.

The gentleman who delivered my rental to me at the body shop was wonderful. He was very friendly, asked me questions to make sure I understood the process, and was dressed nice. The rental on the other hand was absolutely filthy. It was a 2023 Nissan Rogue and I don't believe it could have been cleaned since they entered it into the fleet. I didn't get a choice on the vehicle but the one I got smelled like someone's 93 year old grandma who has been smoking Virginia Slims since her teens. There were cigarette ashes in the cupholders. I didn't even realize they allowed smoking in any rentals anymore. We had to go buy air refresheners to withstand the smell.

Only positive was the pick up service and the driver that came to pick me up was very pleasant. But they don t answer the phone and aren t very knowledgeable about their own services. I was misinformed about fees and when I called to question the credit card charge I was told I would receive a call back in an hour, but no return call, nothing resolved. Warning read the fine print and don t trust what they re telling you.

I got a pretty much brand new car and had no problems, I didn't like the hard sell to buy their insurance coverage when I have my own and also, when I returned the car I had no way to get my own as it was hopelessly parked in. I had to get a ride to work and leave my car in The enterprise lot overnight. They need a bigger lot so their is room for all their cars and customer vehicles. In the photo below my vehicle is the black ford ranger. So they also Gita quarter tank of gas from me and I washed and vacuumed the car when I dropped it off.

The process to pickup the vehicle and get on our way was outstanding. We enjoyed our 2,200 mile trip to Florida and back. Turning the vehicle back in went very smoothly. Thanks Enterprise!

The employees there at the Shamokin Dam/ Selinsgrove are always a pleasure to work with when renting a vehicle. Very informative, respectful and efficient when explaining the details of everything. I always rent from this property when I take my long family trips and they have always been great. Fantastic work!

I got my rental car yesterday after my car stopped running right and it was super quick and easy. The car was clean, the workers were friendly and the car I got seems 100% nicer than the car I saw on the website. I saw another review from someone saying that they were not able to get a car with their debit card and that made me a little nervous because that is all I had with me but they took it with no problems. 10/10 Enterprise, thank you so much for your outstanding service and great prices. My son absolutely loves the car and told me that I need to buy it but as much as I love it too, I do hope to have my car back soon.

Always get reliable service and reliable cars from Enterprise as well as clean and if there's ever a minor issue with the car there has never been any issue with me returning it and getting a different one

I totaled my vehicle and needed a car to drive until my insurance paid me. Enterprise picked me up at my house so I didn't have to get a ride to them. When my wife and I finally found a car we liked (in another state) enterprise let us take the vehicle one way to the dealership, and they picked up the car from there. It was a convenient and pleasurable experience.

I had a really good experience renting a car from this place I met a very kind gentleman named Will he was super helpful with all the paperwork and explaining everything to me I absolutely was very pleased with the vehicle I got to rent for almost 3 weeks I rented from Enterprise in selinsgrove if I ever need a rental car again I will definitely be returning.

The front and back interior windows were smudged and dirty, which made visibility difficult at night. There was a smell of smoking in the car from previous drivers.I was quoted a weekly price, but when I returned the car, they mistakenly charged me $200 above the quoted price. They agreed to refund the money, which took about 4 days.For a $3.80 toll, they charged $14.85 in processing fees.

For the past 7 weeks, I have rented the same vehicle from this specific Enterprise location. This was due to the fact that our Business Vehicle was "dead on its wheels". We had to wait until we were able to get a new vehicle.I CANNOT stress enough how helpful the Manager and the Staff at this location were to myself and my Family. They were always on time to accomodate our needs and any questions we had (which there many conversations - thanks for your patience and understanding, Thomas!).The vehicle itself was Clean, in Top Shape and ran wonderful for us! I highly recommend this Local Business!!

Very good experience, we did have a car issue, made a quick call and within 1/2 hour we had a different vehicle and were back on the road. Very proactive to get the issue resolved.

Special thanks to Tom and all the Enterprise staff. This will be my go to, for car rentals in the future. The car was fantastic , just what I needed and more. Unexpected circumstances made it so that I had to cut my trip short. I was super impressed with the level of understanding, and fast response from the Enterprise team, on all levels. Hopefully I will be able to get the same car when I'm ready to resume the second half of my trip! Heartfelt thanks again to Tom and all staff for making this a very comforting and pleasurable experience, amid not so pleasant circumstances. I will be back!

Everyone at Enterprise is Fantastic! They are so nice. They will do whatever they can to help you! Tom is my favorite though! I've dealt with him for the past 3 years! Hes always put me in Fabulous cars! Hes polite thoughtful an understanding! But the whole team is great! Thanks everyone for making renting a car so easy for me!

The car was nice. 2019 Hyundai Sonata. Great gas mileage. The condition of the car was another story. I spent 3 hours cleaning the car inside and out when I got home with it. The windows were just absolutely crusty. I spent an hour just on the windows alone! I could barely see through them! The car itself was just filthy on the outside. I was and detailed it myself. Soap scum, old sticker residue, bugs pasted to the grill, etc.... I just couldn't see arriving at an appointment (I'm in sales) only to have my client judge me by a filthy car! Whoever cleans the cars at the Selinsgrove PA location needs t take a bit more pride in how the cars look. The one I was given was just plain dirty!
