Northpointe took very good care of me. They had plenty of options to suit my needs. I was in a dire need for another vehicle and they were able to help me out. The service was very open and transparent. I dealt with Angel and she was fantastic. Answered all my questions I had and was very respectful. She took the time to explain things properly and didn't try to rush me into anything. Once I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle, she was very quick in getting everything in order with no hassle or nonsense. She took great care to make sure I knew how the vehicle controls worked and ensured that I was aware of certain features the vehicle had that I did not realize. It was an outstanding experience overall.Thank you Angel and Northpointe!

Hands down the best service I ve gotten! I got a new duck for my jeep when I arrive. Both gentlemen were amazing! Taylor gave me a ride to work and made me laugh the whole way!!!!

Dealing with North Pointe Automotive and my special saleswoman Angel Warner was the greatest experience I've ever had in buying a car. And I've dealt with many dealerships through my years.Always a smile and a"I'm here for you,Kevin"!. I had the best experience when buying my Jeep last Saturday. Angel was helpful and made us feel so comfortable. We were able to work out the perfect deal for us and I feel absolutely so great about that!

Once again Jim Harry stepped up to plate to make the deal. We had an issue with FCA and Jim personally took the time to get the issue corrected. I would recommend you stop out and see Jim if your in the market to buy a vehicle. Always a pleasure to do business with Northpointe.

Thank you to the amazing staff. Joe has been extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all of my questions no matter how silly some may have seemed. I showed up at 9 am on a Monday to possibly trade in a jeep compass for a gladiator. We were on the lot for less than 2 minutes. Angel came right out to great us with very friendly hello and a smile. She asked me what I was wanting to look at/test drive. During the test drive Angel was very helpful and informative about the truck. Afterwards we discussed price for my trade in. I informed her that I was also looking around at other dealerships. She nicely wrote down the trade in and the price of the truck . Let's just say I'll only buy a Jeep product from north point because I was treated like a person not a number on a piece of paper. The owner Mr.Corrwin was very helpful during the sale as well . This is my 4th jeep purchased from here and I'm extremely pleased with everyone of them. Just peace of mind buying from here.

I recently purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox from Northpoint Automotive that I couldn't be happier with. We were lucky enough to have Nolan as our salesman, he was very kind and went above and beyond the average salesman. He worked to make sure I was purchasing a vehicle I loved at a price that worked for my budget. I would recommend Northpoint to anyone interested in a new vehicle, and I would highly recommend asking for Nolan to assist you!

Matt listened to what we were looking for, from what we really wanted and what we would accept and found a great Jeep for us that fit into our budget. He was also realistic and down to earth. Very easy to talk to. I appreciated that he made us feel comfortable discussing our finances and options in that regard. Not to mention, WE LOVE OUR new Jeep.

My boyfriend and I both bought our cars from Northpointe from Matt. Matt was super easy to work with and an amazing help! Any questions I had he was very quick at responding to my calls or texts! Great guy to work with! Found a great car and a great deal. Definitely recommend car shopping at Northpointe! Ask for Matt!

Matt was so helpful and kind when we came in to look at leasing a renegade, he went over all of our options and found what worked best for us. We ended up leaving with a brand new renegade. We ended up buying and received many rebates and their deal they were running at the time. It was the best experience we ve ever had buying a vehicle! Every one there was so nice !!100% recommend! I just had my first experience with Northpointe this past weekend, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Jay Seidle was my sales guy and he was so nice and helpful. He came right out, got us taken care of, and I was out the door in an hour and a half, keys in hand. He kept me completely informed and explained every step in great detail. It was an overall great experience. I have already recommended Northpointe to friends and family, and I will continue to do so.

I purchased my second vehicle at North Point tonight. It is always the best experience going there ! Matt the salesman is the best he is very knowledgeable and accommodating and just an all-around sweetheart ! I will keep going back to North Point for all of my future automobile needs rather it be purchasing or maintenance or repairs it is definitely the best place to go! After looking for my first car for almost a year, I finally found an amazing car thanks to Nolan Smith. Throughout the whole experience he was extremely nice and very accommodating. If you are looking for a reasonably priced vehicle and incredible, friendly service, I would HIGHLY recommend Northpointe Automotive and Nolan!

Great service and staff! Everyone was so friendly, knowledgable, and willing to get me the best deal. Angel was such a bright spot in my day. Expressing our satisfaction with our sales person, Nolan Smith, does not come close to the true experience we had with him and the team at Northpointe. After 9 months of searching for the vehicle we needed for our family, we were able to not only get what we wanted but we have so many extra options on it we didn't expect. Nolan, was extremely patient and not once did he try to talk us into anything that would not fit our needs, he really cared that we got everything we wanted in a vehicle. His patience and demeanor meant everything to us. He was knowledgeable, honest and helpful, through our process. We can not say enough about, Nolan as our sales person. We appreciate all the follow up after our purchase was complete, just to make sure we are satisfied and doing well. Buying my first vehicle was a frightening thought! However, my experience with Al at Northpointe Auto exceeded my expectations. It was such a wonderful experience! I will highly recommend Northpointe to all my friends and family. The best part of the dealership is it s location to my work. Al personally offered to come and pick up my vehicle at work to bring it into the shop when needed! Al and Northpointe Auto were truly a blessing!

I cannot rant or rave enough about my experience with Northpointe Automotive. Jody Swaim is hands down the best car salesman in the industry. He was super easy to get along with and WAS NOT a pushy salesperson just trying to sell you something for the heck of it. He listened to what I wanted and showed me what he had on the lot that fit that criteria. He helped us negotiate a deal and gave me his honest opinion when I asked him. Also, shout-out to Brian for drafting the paperwork and making the signing interesting!!! This dealership will be getting my future business and I also will recommend them to ANYONE looking for a vehicle. They were wonderful. THANK-YOU SO MUCH!!!! I really hope their vehicle maintenance/service department is as wonderful as the sales department. TBD!!! :-)

Angel was the absolute best !!! She was very helpful and funny and made you feel comfortable. Everyone there was very nice and would strike up a conversation with you and make you feel at ease. It was a good experience and would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle.
