My daughter bought a vehiche there and qas told the sticker was good. We tried to get it inspected and found the frame was ROTTED! 2 stations told us the rot was a few years old. We now have a vehicle that is WORTHLESS!. The inspection was a lickem stickem and my daughter no longer has a drivable vehicle. BUYER BEWARE!!

It s often said that business and friendships are a difficult mix. I beg to differ. Our family collectively has bought 4 cars through Auto Divide. Ken had been able to find what we wanted each time and negotiate fairly. Regarding service, they ve always done their best, worked a problem to find an answer and sometimes farm it out to another shop to resolve the issue. The customer interactions with Holly and Ken are familial, not clinical. Before we became business associates we were acquaintances. Now we are family.Highly recommend. A++++

Thank you for sending me a message saying I have the wrong place. I have the right place. I was up the about 3 weeks ago. No, one come out and there was no price on your cars. So yes, I was not happy. My Time and money wasted in gas. So, I do have a right to leave the review I did. I left only stars. No comment until now. Thank you

Had to rent a car, lower price than enterprise. They are very accommodating and friendly, had an issue with 1st car took it to them, gave me another without any problems. I will definitely rent from them again if I need a rental

I was very impressed with the staff and service provided for my son. You can tell they really care about their customers and as a mother of a young driver, my mind was put at ease with the safety measures that were put in place. Thank you to all! My daughter needed to rent a vehicle while hers was in for repair. Another location tried to charge my daughter over $550 for a week and told her she was getting a deal! We went to Auto Divide and she able to rent a vehicle for nearly two weeks and didn't even come close to what the other facility was going to charge us for one week. They even helped her with issues she was having with her own car. Both Ken and Holly were extremely helpful and professional.

Looked to rent a van for the weekend but no place had one available, but Auto Divide had a van for me and it was in my price range. My kids had an awesome time. Thanks for helping us out Holly. Ill definitely do it again.

Auto Divide has been very good to me. Ken and Holly have always been willing to help whenever possible. One vehicle had some issues not covered by the warranty (which covered every penny of a Impala Transmission.) Auto Divide still fixed the vehicle and generously gave me a rental. Auto Divide gives people a chance when nobody else will. The Auto Divide lease has been the perfect solution for me. They have allowed me to trade several times and were always willing to work with me. Auto Divide provided me with a vehicle to get back and forth to work and rebuild myself. I now have fair to good credit and I owe a lot of that to Auto Divide, they saw past my 400 score and put me in the vehicle I CHOSE when nobody else would. I'm in the process of looking a second vehicle and would get it from Ken and Holly in a heartbeat. I think a little appreciation and loyalty goes a long way.

If I could give zero stars I would. As a first time car buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and they took advantage of every second of it. Not only did they sell me a vehicle with a hidden history but they also failed to own up to problems with the vehicle and charged me to fix them. I had to have the horn replaced twice, the battery replaced, tire pressure sensor replaced, my engine over heated causing me to need a new head gasket and water pump. Heat needed fixed, air conditioner needed fixed. Evidence of previous wreck that wasn't in car-fax. New noises and odd smells every day. Mind you this is a 2013 car, 3 years old at the purchase time. You would think a newer car wouldn't have this many issues. Hopefully posting this review gives someone a heads up to not make the same mistake I did.P.s Mine is not the only horror story

About Two weeks ago I bought a car from Auto Divide. I was in a tight spot because my old vehicle was totaled. Not only did Ken and his team help me get into a car so I could continue working; today I was having a problem starting the vehicle, Ken immediately made his team available to assist me in getting the car back on the road, free of charge. I would recommend Auto Divide to any person who needs a vehicle.Dan

This place is trash. Ken's a lying con artist his son is just like him. all they do there is fix the cars up long enough to run for 90 days so it lasts through the warranty it literally breaks down after the warranty is is up it's happened to us with three different cars. Ken makes up his own rules so don't trust talking to anyone or trust what they say cause Ken will change it. This place deserves a law suit. They sent us out in a car and as soon as we get off the lot there was an explosion in the motor. DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE LIARS AND SCHEMERS THEY JUST ACT LIKE THEY CARE AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER REAL QUICK.

Bought a few cars from dishonest used car lots before, Auto Divide is not one of them. I viewed a complaint about cars have high milage and they are junky. He takes low down payment, no credit needed. Thats not a rip off thats a favor. Yes just like every used car place he has some lower end cars but he also has very nice cars. Something for everybody. I bought a car here a year ago not one problem.Been late a few times. Not once did they harrass me for payment, be honest with them and they treat you right. Very happy customer thanks Ken & Holly

If you need good customer service, someone to keep promises and a reliable vehicle, keep looking. This company can not stop lying or changing arrangements. Don't bother talking to anyone else but Ken (if you can get him on the phone as he won't return any calls) because anything you're told by any other employee won't be followed through with and will be changed by Ken. I truly feel bad for Holly who has everything she says changed and manipulated. Find another job Holly, this one isn't doing you any good. I would caution anyone that has considered Auto Divide as a company to do business with give it a second thought. Believe me when I say, some of the reviews on their facebook seemed like people that were butt hurt because something didn't go their way. After we purchased the first vehicle that was my thought but once they have you signed on the dotted line, it's truly all down hill from there. Do you guys even care about your reputation? It would seem not.

I need to rent larger vehicles when I do events for my business. Ken, Holly, and the rest of the team are wonderful. I am on my second rental, and their rental prices can't be best. I won't rent from anyone else.

If I could give zero stars, I would. With the exception of Holly, this place is garbage. Test drove 2 vehicles. Both had so many issues that I would have just rather seen the vehicles sold for scrap. A friend of mine was desperate for a vehicle and they robbed her of $8,000 by selling her a junk 2004 SUV that has more problems than it's worth to fix. When someone says "Auto Divide" my first word to them is "RUN!!!" Run far away in the other direction. Take yourself to the Dollar General down the street and get a Matchbox car. It's worth more than any vehicle on that lot.

I have no idea why they don't put SOLD on a vehicle that's still in their lot but has a down payment on it.10-1-2019 UPDATE: And 5 days later the vehicle in question is still on the website (white 2011 Ford Escape).

We rent a van a couple of times a year and we are always pleased with the service. It seems like they bend over backwards to make sure we are happy.

This guy is a terrible business man and person! To sell people cars that don't even run right from day one then make them fix the problems is a huge issue!! I don't know how he's not in jail but DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!

They sell nothing but lemons here they have terrible service their cars are junk and they won't repair anything they are very rude and they won't tell no one that the car is junk until you have had it for a couple months their cars are too much money for pieces of junk
