The customer service was great, everyone was personable to my needs and situation. The body work I had done on my truck was well worth the wait. I had my bumper dented, and some siding scraped and rusted out. Looked better than when I got my truck off the lot brand new. My wife hit a turkey, and the front bumper and driver quarter panel were toast. They fixed my van so that it looks brand new. Great work! I picked up the bugs on the way home...

These folks did Excellent work fixing my classic VW rear fender dent. The estimator was efficient and friendly and the facility was clean and easily accessable, right on RT 15. After their work, the dent was completely gone and the paint match was super! All staff were efficient and on point. Their communication with my insurance company was flawless and the whole process was super easy for me. The reception lady was not the most friendly, but made up for that with her knowledge and expediency. I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend!

Usually don't make comments but this one is deserved... I'll explain I had all my auto body work done there for probably 15 yrs or better as needed but last experience will be my last.... 1. took lot longer than I was told n felt it should over 2 months, 2. hood doesn't line up like it should n paint doesn't quite match which it's older car that's all stuff I can live with, 3. my first trip out with it intake air pipe separated from turbo which put excessive crankcase pressure n ruined my valve cover. So I reached out to them basically just let them know what happened in case it was new employee to make sure that mistake doesn't happen again, well talked Justin he said no reason you should have to pay that bring receipt we'll make it right so I did he said thx can I mail it to you I said sure I'm thinking that's very nice wasn't even asking for money back, well that was late May. So end of July still nothing so I reached out n wondering if it was just a lie n justin said no we had office staff quit n it's been nuts he said we'll see you get it well it's now mid October and still nothing and I'm fine with not receiving any money. My problem is with the lying I don't like being lied to and will never deal with anyone who lies to me ever so I'm finished with them I don't care how good your work is I want honesty.... Like I said I don't do reviews very often but I feel this one was warranted so if they promise you something that you want to make sure you get, get it in writing..I'm not sure I could ever trust them again... Hopefully I never need a body shop again that would be great

I had a great experience with Swartz. They scheduled my work promptly and they provided consistent and timely customer service throughout. They even brought the car in to replace a headlight in the interim so I could use the car if necessary. The body work they did on the car was excellent and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. It's like a brand new car. I would highly recommend them. Wish we had been more informed on progress of our vehicle repair. Very friendly staff and very helpful when we did call to check on the vehicles status. Some issues weren't their fault as they were waiting for parts from the manufacturer but being kept up to date after the original date of completion would have been helpful.

These guys have gone above and beyond in attempt to revive my Cadillac from the dead! Monthly work trips to nyc had left it dinged, dented, and scratched beyond hope boy was I wrong. From phenomenal skill, to top notch customer service, I couldn t be more happy! Swartz Collision is The Best!!! My key fob was lost in my car for over 3 months. (my car is very clean) Myself and several friends scoured my car looking for it. I had it detailed and they couldn't find. I called the Toyota and the Honda dealerships to see if they could help. I was more than willing to pay for their time; but they emphasized that they didn't think they could help, which I understood; but they were condescending and dismissive. They made me feel like I was ditzy and the key was just hidden under some trash or something. My car detailer recommended Joe/Swartz Collision. Everyone there was extremely kind, professional and respectful. After 2 attempts and removing the seats, they found the key hidden in the back of the car, in a place that would have been impossible for me to get to by myself. They saved me hundreds of dollars in a new key fob! We have also used their services for collision repair and that was fantastic also! :)

Sent my car here to be repaired after a major collision. After it was done it was still making noise when I would turn.We took it to our regular mechanic who said it was the Rear drive unit, still messed up from the collision.They replaced the DRIVE SHAFT instead and did nothing about the RDU, i will have to pay 2000 dollars out of poket to get it replaced after taking my car to them twiceServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Not only did they crack the windshield on my fianc�s Alfa Romeo they hired a company by the name of 3d auto glass to fix it and they completely did the worst job in history. They were supposed to fix this windshield since August of last year and of course we cannot get in contact with the scam artist that runs 3D auto glass while the owner of Swartz sworn to have this problem fixed. STAY AWAY!!!

After a run-in with a deer, I requested an independent quote based on the material damage to my vehicle. They refused to provide a quote and noted that they only work off of insurance company quotes and that the final price would be equal to the said quote or higher. While I have heard nothing but positive things about them from our neighbors, I was disappointed that they refused to provide an independent estimate based on the damage to our vehicle.

I came in unannounced while traveling through PA when my wiper sprayer stopped working completely, making in almost impossible to see. The shop was very loaded with vehicles that were already awaiting service, yet Swartz assisted me immediately.I was taken in within 15 minutes, problem corrected and back on the road is less than 30 and was not even charged a dime for correcting another collision shop's improper repairs on my vehicle.It is no wonder that Swartz has such an incredible reputation with quality work and fairness with the locals. They extended their assistance above and beyond for a traveler just passing trough because they care about people not just profits.Thank You

Have not gotten our car back. It's covered under warranty due to the fact drunk driver hit us. Every little thing that they found wrong about $2,100 at the insurance company said it would be about $5,500 with everything wrong. We picked her up Wednesday as long as they don't find anything else wrong. Got to be thankful that they're very thorough.

Sept. 11th I dropped my car off for repair. While I was waiting for a rental car, another customer called. His truck was being repaired but it was needed to move his 5th wheel camper that was about to be flooded in Jersey Shore. The truck was not ready. So the good folks at Swartz's spent the next 15 minutes frantically making tons of phone calls to get someone who could help. They did and their customers camper was not damaged. Heroes. By the way, they did an excellent job on our vehicle too!

Way over priced. There was a scratch of paint missing from the leading edge of the rear bumper, (hardly noticeable) and they said they need to paint the entire bumper with clear coat. Rather than buffering near the scratch and feathering at most 2 feet outwards they said they need to remove the bumper and paint it all. They then said that they can't feather it in. I also went to the cars dealership along with an auto parts store and they all said that, no way it should be alittle under $700 for such a minor dent. They even said look elsewhere. They gave me a couple of places so we will see. They are located near the PCT school in Williamsport. Don't waste your time here. The manager is a complete liar. The normal price, I was given estimates, is 300 to $400. Not shy of $700

I've had two repairs here: one minor and one major. Both were done perfectly, and the cars looked like new. Highly recommended, if you care about the quality of the finished product.

That woman (and this is not the word I really want to use) needs a serious attitude adjustment. They use to be the premier shop in the area. Not anymore. 2 of the last 3 jobs they did for me, I had to take back to be redone. I will not go back!!!!!

We had our vehicle in for inspection. For the vehicle to pass it was quite expensive. However, they charged us for replacing a faulty break light that was actually not fixed and is still not working properly.
