Last year I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid EX (in the beautiful Vesta Blue color and the navy/gray interior) and need to tell you about my experience. My husband had done tons of research and we decided it was the vehicle for us. He contacted Austin at Sunbury Kia and a wonderful experience began. My husband is disabled and could not attend anything at the dealer, but had several conversations via phone with Austin. He asked him to take care of me like I was one of his family. Austin got the assignment! We were coming off a lease and Austin took care of everything in that regard for us. He was able to order the vehicle and we didn t have to wait long for delivery. He did an outstanding job on the money part as well as taking care of everything needed for the purchase. I, in no way, want to slight any of the salespeople at Sunbury Kia, but, Austin was AMAZING! I cannot speak more highly of him and our buying experience. I love my vehicle and absolutely could not be more pleased with the sales process and Austin! Please have no reservations about this dealership and Austin. He s that good!

My experience here was absolutely fantastic. Kyle was absolutely wonderful. He was knowledgeable and was not pushy in any way. He answered any question i had through text and kept me informed on everything, very convenient! It was so nice. The process of buying our vehicle was so quick and smooth as well. From the salesman to the finance department it was wonderful. I have been and will continue to tell people about my experience!

Honestly, you can not get better customer service, honesty, no pressure sales anywhere! Austin made us fell like family thru the entire process! Even the sales paperwork signing was an enjoyable experience! This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased here and will be back again!

Trust me, I am a tough critic!No shenanigans!!!!Must buy from here!I couldn t have asked for a better experience from top to bottom. I am from more than two hours away, and when I called to discuss the Kia carnival EX vehicle that we knew we wanted. They were more than accommodating to make it work. In fact, I said that I was calling multiple dealerships to get the best price and they knocked off $1500 off the MSRP where others are charging over the MSRP. Kyle, our salesman was top notch throughout the entire process, and constantly stayed in contact with us via text messaging almost instantly. I could not say enough about this dealership, it s management and its sales team.

I respect this car dealership! Twice I was in need of getting a car and not sure if I could get the financing and make it affordable. Both times, I walked away with both and a very reliable fuel efficient car. They always treated me with respect and kindness. The Kia has come such a long way! I love, love, love my forte!!! I can easily get 41 mpg. Back up camera, lane assistance, it's classy looking and affordable. To get the 41mpg I do have to be easy on the gas pedal because this little car will get up and go along with that great gas milage. If you're looking for a car, I highly suggest Sunbury Kia!

The girl I had is horrible. She said she would call me when cars came in. Nope she hasn't called me. I called her she won't answer her call or text messages. Her name was Ashley. So dont get her. I went elsewhere

I appreciated the no pressure from the sales team, Mike O is a good salesman and will help you find the car you need. Overall excellent experience at this dealership. I like my new 2022 KIA GT-linejust bought a 2nd car from this dealership, again these guys do not pressure you and treat the customer very well. I like that the salesmen are friendly and will have a conversation with you even if you are dealing with another salesman. I have been to other dealerships and the sales people that you are not working with are not all that friendly.

Recently purchased a used Kia Optima from Sunbury Motors Kia. Dealt mainly with their sales consultant Austin. He and the maintenance staff went above and beyond to ensure our used car purchase was smooth and that we were happy with it even after purchase. How do you rate a sales experience that felt more like having lunch with a good friend, than buying a car? From initial order to delivery of our vehicle, Austin Martin and the crew at Sunbury Motors Kia made our experience absolutely incredible. We can't thank them enough for such a stellar job!

I came to this dealership to trade in my 2020 Dodge Charger. It had some body damage and I was offered $14,000 for trade in value. The manager would not budge on the trade in value unless I took it to a body shop tp have a damage estimate. The damage estimate came back $7,000 and change. The car had a KBB trade in value of $28,000 in good condition. After I contacted the manager back to see if we could match the trade in to the estimate he told me that his body shop would actually have to do the estimate because he thought the estimate would come in higher. I took my car to a licensed body shop for the damage estimate. I ended up only getting $14,500 for trade in on the car. Do not recommend.

First let's start with if I can do more than 5 stars I would. So I am from Buffalo and I was flying in to sunbury to pickup my new purchase from Austin. Austin went above and beyond and had a driver pick me up an hour away from the dealership(I don't need another vehicle but I'd buy one just to get that service again). Austin and the team at the dealership made sure I was in and out due to 4.5 hour drive back and they did great. I would 1000 % recommend looking at a vehicle at their dealership because they will go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. Appreciate you guys alot and thanks again. Also Ken the driver is a great person as well

Austin made the purchase process a pleasure. Super friendly and no pressure. His communication during the time I had to wait for the vehicle to arrive was great. Felt like I was talking with a good friend and not a "car salesman" :)

Can't say enough good things about the staff & the entire car buying experience here. We fully intended to repeat buy at our local dealership 15 minutes from home; however no inventory, so we went to "just look" at Sunbury an hour away. Honestly, their customer service & no pressure approach was so impressive, we decided to purchase a car. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Kudos to Ernie, Austin, & Alphonso. Each was a master class in professionalism.

This was my first time purchase of a Kia. I am very pleased with my Kia Sportage, and the customer service is without a doubt a 10! My salesman, Austin, went over and above to make sure we were well satisfied. I would definitely recommend this Kia dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

I am a bit of a car nut and in 55 years have bought more cars than I can remember. But this time was different. For the first time I actually enjoyed the process. Austin is not your typical car salesman. He s just a really nice guy looking out for his customers. I felt like I was treated respectfully and fairly. Jeff handled all the paperwork quickly and explained everything clearly. I travelled 1,100 miles to buy a car here - a hard to find model - and would do it again. I trusted them and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought my car and dealt with Mike and Alfonso and they were absolutely amazing! Made our experience so stress free. When my husband is ready for a new car we will definitely return! Make the trip it s so worth it never have dealt with such kind outstanding people at a dealership!

To this day, the best experience we had purchasing a car. Unfortunately, we have moved away from the area, but if we could, we would buy from Austin and SMC for all of our future car purchases. Austin is honest and does everything he can to get you into the car you want and at the price point you want as well.

This is what car buying should be like and all others should take note. My first time buying a car the process was overwhelming. I spoke with a number of dealerships both in the area and outside. A last minutes search turned up a vehicle at this location. Start to finish the process was smooth, information and very to the point. If I had to do it all over again, I would just start here and call it a day. Very friendly staff, welcoming and no run around. Wyman was the best and I would go back to him anytime.

This was the best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership. Austin Martin is not your ordinary salesman. Very patient and helpful. They gave a great price on a CPO Kia. For what I got, it was well under KBB. I would recommend you go here first. You won t want to go anywhere else after!

Excellant salesman, Ernie, sold us a very nice used Kia sorento. Practically brand new! He was so nice and really listened to our needs. He took the time to really go over features of the vehicle when we first looked at it. He also did again when we came back to test drive and before we drove it off the lot for good. There are things we wouldn't have noticed or known if he hadnt taken the time to do that. He was not pushy which was a huge plus. He also was excellant at communicating via text with my husband in answering questions we had. He got back to us quickly. He was great. I highly recommend him and Kia!

The sales team at this dealership is fantastic. Everyone in the process of buying our car (2015 sorento ex)was very friendly, personable and NOT pushy. They were very straightforward with pricing, and didnt try to bs me or put me in a car by pushing a monthly payment price (and then not tell you its low price is financing at 72 months). and focused on the total purchase price. Highly recommended! Ask for Ernie!
