Since I'm a student, I was seeking for a place to store my belongings throughout the summer. The service my school provided was very expensive, so I decided to look online to see what else was available. I found storage sense, did some research, and decided to buy a unit. I couldn't be happier with my choice because it was both affordable and secure, and signing up was incredibly simple. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, but especially to students who need to store things for a break.

We are happy with the our storage unit. We feel safe when we go to it and leave from it. The service is always friendly. The staff answers questions and other concerns we may have, and always are happy to assist in any way they are able. I will recommend this facility to my family and friends who ask. The price is reasonable and it makes it easier than trying to work around them.

The staff is super friendly, and there are several sizes of units to fit just about anyone's needs. The facility is easy to enter 24/7, it's easy to get to the units (even the indoor units!), the entire property is clean and well-lit, and they even provide a nice sized handcart to help you move things from your vehicle to the indoor units. Highly recommended!

When there was not a unit available in the location I requested the representative quickly found me a unit in a facility nearby. The purchase was seamless and the service was courteous.

The owners and employees at this office are incredibly friendly and on top of their service. Their units are clean and they have a wide variety of sizes. They are always available if there are any problems. They are secure locations with locked gates. They have donated units to help store toys for needy families for Christmas time as well. Never had any problems contacting anyone and their rates are unbeatable.

I will never never never go to any other place than ideal self storage. Dirt cheap price.do a great job of maintaining all of the storage center locations. They are very clean. . I drive by ideal self storage all locations and they look like gold. They are cleaned and grass is mowed and not grown up. Also other storage centers have stone drive ways this offers black top drive ways.

I just have to say that I did do a survey before this and it wasn t a good one. But there was misunderstanding on my part. After talking to the manager I can say I am having a great experience with them. My daughter was with them and she told me about them. I am very pleased with everything.

I absolutely had thee worst experience with this place. I called to reserve a storage space and was told that a contract would be emailed to me. After packing my daughters dorm room and moving all of her items to my vehicle I checked my email. There was no contract there. I left them a vm and received a call back. I was told there was nothing the woman can do to help. I tried calling other places and and she kept answering the phone and stated they own several location then started laughing. I told her it was unprofessional how she handled the situation..her response was who waits until the day their child moves out to reserve storage. That has nothing to do with your lack of sending me the email or taking the email address down incorrectly. If your company is open today then I can reserve today as I did. You have no idea what someone's situation is and why they are reserving on the day of. YOU made a mistake and then JUDGED THE CUSTOMER for it! Insensitive, incompetent, and completely unprofessional!!

Originally Penns LLC, but also known as Ideal Realty. They don t communicate well. They break into your house and go about things all wrong so they get and spend your money unwisely. They are not nice people. Head somewhere else!

I looked all around the Lewisburg area and am so happy to find Ideal storage. The facility is well lit, secure, and the office is filled with caring staff. I know I made the best choice in choosing Ideal. Thank you Nina!!!

First time finding my unit was confusing. Other than that, facility is taken care of, clean, secure, provides carts. Staff are pleasant, treat you like they want, and appreciate, your patronage.
