On Wednesday, September 13th, my boyfriend, our two pugs, all our luggage and I were in my 2018 Ford Escape on our way from Baltimore to Rochester, NY for my niece's wedding. At approximately two hours into the drive, I received a transmission failure warning on my dash (the vehicles transmission was rebuilt under warranty in March 2023), and we immediately got off the highway and the vehicle died on a side road. Fortunately, Selinsgrove Ford was less than one mile away. I had AAA tow us to the dealership, and immediately we were greeted by the kindest, most welcoming team. Long story short, my Ford Escape required a major transmission overhaul, and the nearest car rental shop was out of vehicles until Friday. At this point, I did not have many options. I decided to trade in my Ford Escape. I loved my Escape (that was my third one)! However, I had my eye on the Ford Edge. It all worked out perfectly. I was able to trade in my Escape and was so excited to learn that I was able to get into the 2023 Ford Edge at 0% for 60 months. I absolutely LOVE my new Ford Edge. Thank you to the amazing team at Selinsgrove Ford they were there for us! They are the kindest, most genuine staff I am so grateful for them. You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend Selinsgrove Ford.

Visited the Quick Lane last Saturday the 11th and expected to be there over an hour (like I had with subaru service) I was impressed when I was done within 30 min. Great and professional team!

Do not fall for places like this who try to scam customers through the mail. They try to fool customers into thinking they won the lottery. When you arrive they will bait and switch you.If they are willing to use tactics like this then I cannot imagine the type of sales people you would have to deal with.Do not waste your time here and please leave more feedback so they learn to change their antiquated style of sales.Edit: Re-adding the old images removed as well as the new fake scheme they have going. It's like clockwork and of course I just keep winning! AMAZING! Terrible tactics.

The dealer is over 2 hours from our home. But they were very accommodating. We have developed an issue with the car so we will see how they handle that. Also, when we picked up the car we got about 10- 15 miles away and the tire pressure light came on. We had to find a station with an air pump and correct the tire pressures. The people were friendly and helpful.

I received an email that our 2016 Explorer had Equity and wondered about trading in and up! I called and Spoke with KATIE, she was amazing and very Thorough. She went over with me a few cars on the lot and sent me some links to look over the specs. I stopped in with my 2 year old and we looked over a few Certified Pre-Owned Explorers and we looked at a 2022 Ford Explorer Timberline !! What a fantastic experience and we absolutely LOVE our brand new Timberline! I give Katie Brouse and highly recommend if you are interested and looking for a new or certified pre-owned car, she is the sales person for you.

It was easy to make an appointment online through the website. I picked what day and time I wanted to have my vehicle serviced and had it there the time I picked and they took it in almost immediately. They did the service within an hour give or take 10 minutes and I was on my way home. They have great professional service and the communication was outstanding. Thank you Quick lane and thank you Logan for everything you do.

I decided to order a new truck after my old one rusted out. Katie was very helpful during the ordering process. When my new truck finally arrived, Katie was able to get everything organized over the phone. All I had to do was go over and sign the paperwork when I picked up my new truck. Everyone was polite and professional throughout the entire process.

We haven't been in the area long, but a friend recommended Selinsgrove Ford if we were ever in the market for a truck. There certainly were dealers that had more inventory on the lot for the model we were considering, but decided to drive by anyway. We found exactly what we wanted; but we got so much more. First, we had the time we needed to explore the vehicle, drive it, then consider if it was right for us and our budget. The next day, we still had questions, got them answered, received a fair trade offer, and the financial officer put together the exact deal we described. And yet, while a fair and easy transaction is usually enough to bring a sense of satisfaction to any buyer, the experience also matters. The folks at Selinsgrove Ford are simply lovely people. They treated us with complete dignity and respect throughout our afternoon there. I can recommend them without hesitation. We walked in as interested buyers, but walked out as happy and loyal customers.

They re fantastic! Selinsgrove Ford has proven to be trust worthy and very knowledgeable. The only thing they could do is pick up my vehicle and return it when completed. They know what they re doing and they don t rip you off.

Took a car there for diagnostics. When Selinsgrove ford called, they told me that a solenoid needed replaced. I told them to replace it, not knowing what part they were referring to. When I received the bill It was marked as they replaced the canister purge valve, which is totally different. I have replaced the canister purge valve in the past and it is a 10 minute job. They also spliced a new plug that plugs into the canister purge valve. A 20 minute job. They ended up charging 2 1/2 hours, labor for the price of $250. The parts were $164.97 plus tax. The total bill was $439.25 for a 30 minute job.

Today was the first time I used Selinsgrove Ford's service department for my Jeep. They picked my car up from work, did what was needed, and dropped it back at work. I paid my invoice over the phone. I didn't even have to step foot on their lot. Thank you! I am a happy new customer!

Logan from the quick lane department is friendly and is straight foward with answers. He does not try to upsell anything just to make a few extra bucks for the company. They try their best to get you in and out as quick as possible. I would definitely recommend.

Katie Brouse was the salesperson for our purchase of a 2019 Ford Escape that we were interested in for our son who will be attending college out of state. She listened to our needs and provided us with information about the car that she knew we would be interested in, warranty, safety features, handling in weather, etc. She did not try to "sell" the car but rather was concerned with finding answers to all our questions as well as providig insight from her parents' experiences owning an Escape. She allowed us to test drive the vehicle in different road situations to get a real feel for the vehicle's performance on hills, exceleration, etc. We can not be happier with the vehicle!!! Our son said we, "Couldn't have found a better car to meet his needs!The whole dealership experience was a pleasure and I personally will be contacting Katie when I am ready to upgrade my 2017F-150! Definitely 5 STARS!!!!

Todd Benner the owner of the business is a personable guy who is involved in what seems like every sale or trade. Giving you a sense of confidence on the value of the deal or purchase you make. I traded in on a used as is vehicle purchase. The vehicle had an unforeseen but not uncommon major issue after some miscommunication with the service department my sales person Katie made sure to get all communication on track and Todd Made an offer to split the repair cost with me. And I don't think there are many dealerships around that, A. The owner is readily available to make the kind of customer care decisions that cost the business money but choose to do so out of fairness over bottom Line revenue and retaining and strengthening customer bond and trust. B. The initial trade in and purchase deal was transparent with no gimmicks or need to haggle and no wondering or remorse when driving away. In fact I traded in a vehicle of higher value than the one I bought. So I rolled away in a nice vehicle, ( even with the repair that came soon after) that was 20% lower than similar models at other local dealerships and I had a check from selinsgrove ford for the difference in trade vs purchase Price. And it was sizeable. Recommend this dealership , absolutely. Use them again when looking, for sure. Plus there is a bonus. They have a puppy( maybe dog by the time you shop there) named copper who is adorable. And loves to be petted..

Katie Brouse made my experience so easy and simple. She contacted me about a vehicle on her lot that she thought I may be interested in and we were able to complete the sale all over the phone and it didn t take long at all. All I had to do was go into the store and sign all the paperwork and turn in my vehicle in and I was ready to drive away in my new vehicle!!

I don't recommend this place since they never call you to repair your car, in February I went for an estimate, which was authorized by my insurance and I returned to the workshop to tell them that my car was authorized for repair, they told me that they would call me when the pieces were in the workshop, until today's sun June 9, 2023 they have not called me. I had to go to another shop to fix my car which was fixed in less than a week. Terrible service.

I couldn t be more happy with my experience at Selinsgrove Ford. I purchased a truck from Phil Walter (Fast Phil) and was amazed by the process. There was no pressure whatsoever from the team. Skip did a great job appraising my trade in and Kelly made the financial side very easy to understand. I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle to stop in at Selinsgrove Ford and ask for Phil.
