I showed up at or about 5:20 p.m. with a strong vibration in my front end when I used my brakes. Knowing they close at 7:00 p.m. I figured they were going to schedule me for an appointment for the next day. The assistant manager Mike Brunetto was awesome. He took it for a test drive came back and asked me to jump in and explained it needed front rotors. He sent one of the other associates to go pick the new rotors up and was back shortly. And within 40 minutes my car was complete. Overall super satisfied. Great job Mike! He represents Mr tire and Auto service centers, and should be a leading example for your corporation.

About an hour and a half into a 5-hour trip, I started to have major problems with my brakes. I am so glad Mr. Tire was the closest garage! Mike snd John were fabulous! I know zero about cars and most of the time feel very intimidated as soon as I even step into a garage. John and Mike thoroughly checked out my car, offered advice without being pushy, and even informed me of other issues going on with my car that I was not aware of. I cannot thank them enough! Highly recommend!

Friendly guys, however... I went in for an inspection, alignment and oil change with a 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Alignment was $129, higher than I have ever paid, but it got done. For the Inspection, I had just purchased the vehicle in NH, and it had a new inspection, and passed everything except, I had to physically remove my factory located fog lamps to pass inspection because they had amber lenses. There is no requirement for fog light colors. The only requirements I could find were location requirements, more for aftermarket, and that they had to have lenses as a general lighting guideline. I understand being thorough, but for someone to have to modify their vehicle to pass a PA state inspection when there is no requirement is a bit of a stretch. These were not off road locations, or intensity fogs. Now I have to re -install them.They did well on the alignment. The entire service took almost 3 hours. 30 minutes was for the alignment. The Valvoline 0-20 full synthetic was $17 a quart. I will go back to doing my own oil changes.For the long service time, I do realize they are short handed, and had multiple vehicles. I was the only one waiting, the truck sat for a long time with the alignment reflectors mounted, but no service being performed. I used to do alignments manually without computer aid, and max time WITH adjustment if it did not need parts was 45 minutes.

I was overly impressed with the professionalism and well knowledge team at Mr. Tire Auto Service Center on the Golden Strip Selinsgrove Pa.They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner I could understand while getting directly to the point.John, the Manager, double checked our vehicle to ensure all was 100% road worthy!!!Thank you very much for the outstanding service, Mr. McHugh

Just tried to charge me over $100 for a fog light bulb just for the bulb price. I m glad I said absolutely not and left and went elsewhere. I just bought the bulb itself from advance auto for $30 and had another local tire service change the bulb for $10. Won t go back.

We have went to this location 3 different times to get our car inspected. 1 of the times I will admit was our fault for not having or correct registration paper. But then we were told another time they cant do anything because there were packed even though we made an appointment and showed up early by 30 minutes so say around 430 just to get told that they are over loaded with work witch was an oil change and a tire replacement and were close at 6 so he had to keep track of his closing work. I feel that my appointment that was made should have been honored and not told we can't do anything to help you. It seems that we were a inconvenience to the employees then anything

John Mellot and mike are awesome! i never expected this type of excellence at a little shop like this. these guys have been servicing all 5 of my vehicles for 2 years. i try to avoid going to the dealer or anywhere else for that matter. these guys have knowledge and most importantly anything i had fixed with them i never have to bring it back for the same problem. they ve done tires, oil changes, power steering pump, tune up, o2 sensors, inspection and batteries for my vehicles. always fast and flexible with pick up and drop off. keep it up guys

No appointment necessary is misleading and not honored. My oil change took 2.5 hrs on Sunday. First week of November.Mid November followed a thermostat installation that cost 400$ on an 02 civic.Service had issues but they were assistive.End of November scheduled a 1pm inspection.They allowed another customer ahead of me claiming I didn't check in when there wasn't enough employees as manager was only one authorized to do inspections but then no one was at the counter to check in.Knowing you have an appt coming in one would think you would pay attention to your counter. I unfortunately left after 51min and a short disagreement with manager.Customer service and physical service lacks unfortunately at least on sundays.I would not recommend going here for services with any type of schedule besides there at will service techniquesVery disappointed.Clean facilities and small lit.Enjoy and share your experience!

Would not recommend this place. Not only did they charge me $115 for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to up sell me, and tell me i need new brake pads and my whole brake system flushed. They quotes me almost $600 for things i did not ask them about. Also the man at the desk was beyond rude. Yelling at multiple different customers.

These guys are top notch. Totally honest and trustworthy. On Saturday my husband took his vehicle to another place that told him he needed something without removing the tired. On Sunday he came to these guys at my request.. what do you know he didn't need that part. Even wrote down the specs for his vehicle. Thank you guys for being honest!!

I had a flat tire and Mr. Tire is open one hour later than every other tire center thank goodness for that! My husband was able to get there one hour before close and they quickly took care of my flat. They were so kind about squeezing me in the next day, so I went back to get my car fitted with the rest of the set of tires and was in-and-out fairly quickly. The guy who answered the phone and changed my tires was so super nice, he s the manager on site, and was knowledgeable about which tires he had in stock. The team made sure my tires were put on quickly, without sacrificing safety. Don t get me wrong, Mr Tire is BUSY make an appt if you can! Based on this experience, I ll be making all my tire purchases here moving forward. The team is friendly, helpful, and efficient. And there s a Dunkin next door if you need to stretch your legs while you wait. What more could you ask for that is, besides not having tire issues?

Mr Mike and Big John were very personable help me with speedy service got my car right into the bay I felt very comfortable and trusted them to do the work and they fixed my issue within 20 minutes hands-down the best tire shop in the Susquehanna Valley area.

AWESOME JOB HELPING ME FIX MY FLAT TIRE!Customer service was excellent, quick and courteous. I tried to inflate my tire on my own today after ignoring the "Low air tire light" in my car for a couple weeks. The Sheetz in Lewisburg & Weis in Selinsgrove gas station air pump kept reading Error due to the tire's valve stem. Fix-a-Flat foam did not do any justice. I put the spare on and drove my car from Weis in Selinsgrove to Mr. Tire. When I got to Mr. Tire, they fixed my flat tire right away, brought the car straight into the bay after I checked in, the service took LESS THAN 1 hour after removing my spar, putting my original tire back on, and inflating the messed up valve stem. After my flat tire was fixed, they drove my car to the door and said there was NO CHARGE for today. I was very pleased with today's experience at Mr. Tire!

The folks here took such good care of us. They pointed out how I was swindled by my dealership, gave me complete and detailed information, and even stayed late to fix my car so I could get on the road for a trip the next morning. So glad to have a mechanic who knows what they're doing so close to home. Will be coming back here in perpetuity.

Mr.Tire saved our trip from Canada. We had 2 tires fail and we stopped into Mr.Tire about 1/2 hour before closing. Not only did they have the correct size tires in stock, but they stayed a few minutes late to make sure we got back on the road safely. The install was quick and done professionally. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for saving us!

The guy at the desk( no name tag) around 1pm yesterday 10/6 had a bad attitude. Snapping at my stepdad and acting like he was stupid. If you're gonna be nasty to customers than get a job working from home. I don't put up with that disrespect. Jack Williams took care of us, and their crew was on there AGame. They couldn't have been more friendly.

These guys have always been helpful. Two times now I ve gone in with really minor issues and they have squeezed me in. Never had any problems with the work that they ve done.

The place is poorly managed. Went in to have 2 tires balanced after calling to ensure there was time before closing. The manager complained about his employees who had no urgency about them and equipment that would not hold charge. The job was done after nearly an hour and a half, but the out of balance condition was no better...if not worse...when I left. Waste of time stopping in.

The employees were professional and extremely helpful. They offered options. They were informative and kind and did not pressure me to spend additional money for services not needed. I d definitely return to Mr Tire in the future.

My father-in-law had a blowout and the other tire was just as bad. I followed him here late in the afternoon so he could buy 4 new tires, and even though it would have kept him past closing, the manager took care of him, did the work and had a great attitude about it. Great customer service here.

They were amazing! We were stranded on the highway to go back to VA and they sent a guy out to try and help us. Unfortunately, we didn't have the wheel lock key, but we got it towed and they were quick and honest about the work needed. I would for sure bring my car back here if we lived in the area. Best around.

Was a customer at JW but they were out of inspection stickers. Went to Mr. Tire. Well done. Easy. Helped me apply for the Drive Card and completed my rebate forms. They have a new "returning" customer in the future.
