Rob from Selinsgrove location was great to work with. He wasn't pushy or anything like one of the sales persons that was there before that we dealt with. He made the process easy and got us on our way with a different vehicle.

The sales people are good. It s the service department that is the reason I am giving them a 2 star. Let me tell you a story! I got my car July 2023 and within 2 weeks it needed to go into the shop for a transmission issue. They band aided the issue and within a month it was back in. It has been in 4 times for the same issue and I was told by the service department it didn t act up for them at all and they won t replace anything involving the issue unless it did. I offered to send a video of what it does but they did not want to see the video. The last time it was in the shop was for over 6 weeks! Now it is in the collision department because we had an accident due to the malfunction of the car! I cannot get a loaner because they say they don t promise loaners even though it is their fault that my car is wrecked! And then told they have specific cars for loaners but all the loaners I have had in the past (there have been plenty) are on their website for sale! I would also likeTo state that I pay all my payments on time and I am good customer!

My experience at the Brenner car credit in selinsgrove was 10/10. The car was exactly what I needed with my income and better yet a price I can afford. I have battled for years with cars an car dealerships and all the hassle it comes with. For the first time in my life I can say I m not stressing about a car, it s nice to know people still care, I was going to hang the phone up but I asked one question and today I drove off with MY car. Rob walk is by far the best sales manager I've ever met!!...he and brenners have worked with me through some very unseen hard times in order to keep my car...I've never seen a manager or car company ever go to the lengths they have in order to keep me driving...I can't thank them enough for there help!!!!

I was just about to buy a car from Brenner. Everyone is very nice, I must say that. And it s not their decision on pricing. That being said, a used car (2011 Malibu), which is listed for about $8,000 [now] across 5 reputable car-pricing websites; was $17,999 at Brenner. Also, I asked prior if $1,000 down would be ok when I told them I had my $1,000 down, they kind of went silent, like that was way too little. Also, the monthly payment on a car that should be about $8,000 would be $500. Pure insanity.

I stopped and asked about 2013 Chevy spark, asking $17,500 yes I said $17,500. I had to call after leaving to verify they gave me the right price. You can buy a new 2022 Chevy spark $13,500 base mode, top of the line for $15,500....buyers beware of the deals people offer you.

I was to able to get a car in 3 days that's including the first appointment and then actually going to pick it up. The vehicles are all in great condition and the people are super friendly. They were willing to help me out in any way and I left happy. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a starter vehicle or to anyone who wants to increase there credit.

Got a vehicle through Brennars and have regretted it ever since. I'm stuck with it now but I wish I would have listened to all the people that warned me about them. They make things very stressful and have no consideration for their customers or their lives. Getting approved was easy so I give it one star but everything since that has been an annoying nightmare. If your desperate, you'll get a vehicle but if you have other options? I strongly suggest looking in to them before going here. They just want to make a quick buck off of you. If you do go to them, make sure you check over every single detail of their cars because they really do not care once you drive off that lot.

Very friendly staff! Abby and Rob made you feel comfortable and are great! I had tried other places first and Brenner s gave me the best interest rate and length of the loan. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs help building credit.

Well do I have a story to tell. My wife purchased a van from the selinsgrove dealership. Within a week it was in the shop. We are currently at 3 times now with the car being sent back to the shop. Abby was a great help however but the other gentleman in that office needs a new job. He spoke over my wife and I constantly, we could barely speak a full sentence. Called my wife a liar over a faulty window and switch and bashed other local dealers in the area. The sad part is we didn t complain about the armrest damage which one of the mechanics covered with electrical tape. If it weren t for Abby s great customer service I d give this place a boatload of negative stars. I would definitely not recommend this place. If your in need of a car, this is not the place. Please do your research and find other dealers in the area. PS Also we paid three times the market value. If that doesn t tell you somethings fishy then nothing will. I ll be back with a more comprehensive review.

I must say is excellent very knowledgeable about the vehicles she was pleasant and welcoming this has been my best experience buying a car if you go with Brenner go with Amy Q. Because she is the front line of the company

Going to Brenner's was a very good decision. I feel that it was an easy process and enjoyable as staff was great and I am very happy with my new car. Everything went well and I would highly recommend checking them out if you need a good car and might not have the best credit as was my case. Thanks so much Brenner's Car Credit!

They are always kind. This is my second vehicle, unfortunately my first got totaled. But they worked with me through the whole thing, and I was and am super appreciative of them being understanding. Their vehicles are inspected and they are forthcoming about the vehicles. They even inform you if it has recalls or not.

Great customer service. Help rebuild your credit. Nice vehicles. We really like how they work with us. We had a wheel bearing go out on our car and with warranty being out they set us up on a payment plan to get vehicle fixed. What a great company

Brenner car credit is exactly the place you want to go if you want great service and a great car to go with it. This car place helped my family and I get back on the road with in 48 hours of applying. No hassle with registration car came fully inspected. The most important thing for my family and I is that the car had decent mileage for the age of the car and it is affordable. This place is your second or third chance at getting back on the road to a more manageable life style.

Just purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from this place and have to say, this is my first time buying a car and I'm very satisfied with my business with them. Jackie and all the ladies in the Selinsgrove store were my go to people for handling the paperwork and everything. Everyone there is friendly,pleasant and willing to help, would highly recommend, I guarantee you'll leave satisfied.

Abby was my person that helped me thru everything and she was the sweetest person ever. She deserves a raise!!! However, the office smelled really funky. Cigarettes and maybe sweat?!?! The lady behind the counter also was talking on the phone the whole time and she was talking so so loud I couldn t hear anything that we were discussing...otherwise I had a great experience and I would say a good cleaning and more professionalism it would be the best!!!
