I ve used Aurand s services twice in the last six months, and I ve been very happy with their service. Coming out to a rural area in a snowstorm to change my flat tire, earlier than anticipated, made a bad situation more tolerable. Awesome just awesome customer service.Our car broke down while on a getaway weekend and Brad was so helpful and understanding and informed us about the places that we needed to call so we can get help with our car and be able to enjoy the rest of our weekend. My 89 yr old grandmothers car broke down at Lowe's. She was very upset and scared because she doesnt live around the area. She was close to tears. The driver arrived in a short period of time. He was very patient with her and explained what he was going to be doing. He also knew exactly where she wanted her car towed, which put her at ease. People today are quick to call and complain or take to social media when they are dissatisfied. Being a manager myself for many years I know this first-hand. I was told his name is Thomas. And I just wanted to put this out there and say, JOB WELL DONE! He went above and beyond. And you dont see that very often these days... So, GREAT JOB and THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH! I would very much recommend!

AAA sent these guys for my wife's Subaru. Thomas arrived before his original ETA, and once he got there was quick, efficient, and professional. I'm a dispatcher for AAA Central Penn, so it was odd being on this end of things, but Thomas made the process easy and painless. Thanks!
