Normally a RAM guy, bought a tundra because I ve always wanted one. Went to Scranton Toyota for recalls, the entire process is pretty flawless. The waiting area is big and very comfortable to sit. They also offer a voucher for their inside deli kiosk. Which is pretty nice. The service reps are pretty good, communicate well and answer all the questions. They also don t pressure you into getting services you don t want.

I was looking for a particular model and color Toyota and was having a hard time locating one by chance got to speaking with Doug and one was coming in.Doug made a fair honest deal. Everything went exactly as he said. Doug is a amazing sales person non typical car sales person based from my previous car purchases from other dealerships.The entire buying experience was rather enjoyable and everyone was frendly. Justin with financing was extremely professional and respectful of my time and he did his job very openly and well explained.I highly recommend Toyota of Scranton the dealership is large and comfortable but mainly the people are great!.

I ve had extensive work done on my 17 year old car. Despite being a dealership they do not ever pressure me into just buying a new car. Every time I need a major repair they help me walk through the cost effectiveness of repairing an older car vs buying new. They re generous with their loaner/rental car policies and have a cafe where you can have a coffee and a snack on the house while you wait.

Bought a used Tacoma here. They weren t overly pushy, very accommodating, and we got a pretty decent deal. There s a newer salesman, G, who was awesome. Ask for him. Tell him Adam sent you, and he s still waiting for the Pro Grill. He ll know who you mean.

My service was done timely and was slightly less than my original estimate. That's always good news. The other good news was my experience with my Service Advisor. When I first met with Kacie Grieco I was informed that she had checked to insure all the parts necessary to do the scheduled repairs were inhouse. That's comforting. The repairs were done in the time allotted. On a previous service visit there were several recommended repairs.Several of these that weren't completed were added to my receipt to remind me of them. A nice touch.

The service department here is courteous and efficient. I have had exceptional visits with both Chris and AJ. They answer questions and review future suggested services. The waiting area is pleasant and dog friendly. My dog really enjoyed the visit.

The service I received was fantastic! My service advisor AJ was a pleasure to deal with as was the rental company! I picked up my Jeep yesterday and everything is running great so far! The work to fix the problem was fine. The cost associated with replacing the E-V control(thermostat) was extremely high. Most of the thermostat charges should have been covered under the water pump replacement. The 2 repairs should have been combined.

I really enjoy bringing my car here for service. I recently traded and upgraded my vehicle at that location as well. The attention and customer service is top notch. My favorite thing has to be the cafe inside and the awesome lady who works there, she s always so kind. The comfortable atmosphere and great overall customer service makes the bill a little easier to bare. Every person in the service department is on the ball from the moment you pull in. It s nice to be able to bring your car to Toyota of Scranton for service and I don t plan on going anywhere else.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

I visited this establishment on December 11, 2020 for routine maintenance on my 2012 Toyota Prius V. Toyota Scranton is receiving a score of 5/5 because: 1. I initially scheduled my appointment online with the chat bot. This was a very easy process but I didn t receive a confirmation email. I called to confirm my appointment the day of but was told they had no record of my appointment. This is where they get an A+ in customer service. I answered a few simple questions and my appointment was all set. A confirmation text was promptly sent. 2. Upon arrival I received a friendly greeting and was promptly attended to. 3. They were in compliance with COVID-19 protocols. 4. The guest accommodations were top notch: clean restrooms, spacious waiting area with cozy seats, tv, charging stations, free WiFi, and a cafe. I had a tuna wrap. It was very good. Next time I ll try the soup. 5. Alan, the Assistant Service Manager, was the best. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was not surprised when I received the bill because pricing was discussed beforehand. I recommended Toyota of Scranton and will be back again.

The advisor Chris Ellis was fantastic as always when we arrived. He made sure to go everything with us that was being done when we brought our highlander in for service. The staff throughout Toyota of Scranton are awesome. Love the cafe and the kid zone. The kid zone is huge for this mom to have a safe place for the kids to unwind while we waited. Thank you for keeping us going places and as always including the whole family.

The service visit was great and Ashley the service advisor did a great job keeping me informed on progress as the alignment on my truck was an issue. Even with the delay she ensure I was comfortable and I got anything I needed. The facility also has a clean and comfortable waiting area along with an amazing full service food area. My experience with Scranton Toyota has always been great. The entire staff treats me well. My last visit I worked with Service Advisor Kacie. She kept me informed as repairs progressed. She was knowledgeable and responsive when I did have questions. Very professional and welcoming. Purchased my vehicle here and the scheduling for maintenance and oil changes is seamless and thorough. Brain was extremely helpful, proactive, and made the process of buying my Corolla just perfect. As for the rude financing manager, I was the opposite of thankful. I tried to ask questions and see what we could do about the price and rate, but I was ultimately talked down to by him when I decided to finance through my own bank. Everything here was picture perfect and I will definitely be back for my next car. Thank you Brian!

My regular service advisor is very pleasant to talk to.Went for a wheel rotation.Was recommended brake and rotor change, air and cabin filters be changed, and a fuel injector cleaning based off of my mileage.Waited and got a second opinion. Saved almost 10,000 miles of unnecessary maintenance.It s not always about the mileage of the car, it s also how well it s driven. Check the condition and follow up with the customers on their driving tendencies.

The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant. They make the whole process of buying a vehicle very easy from start to finish. If there are any issues with the vehicle afterwards they take care of the matter promptly.
