From the start of shopping around for tires, brakes, rotors and an oil change the staff at Steve Shannon s were extremely helpful. Mike greeted me with a friendly smile and ask how he can help. I explained what I needed and was unsure or whether or not brakes and rotors needed to be done. He provided me with a quote with and without brakes and helped me shop for the best tires for my vehicle. My car is definitely gets a lot of miles put on it so I was looking for the best tires for my commute. Mike had asked what tire level I was looking for and gave me quotes for several different tires. After placing the order for my tires I had planned on returning the next day. Unfortunately my car had broke down and was sent to a garage where they held been fixing it for a few weeks. I had called the store and told them I hadn t forgotten but my car was currently out of commission and I would be in as soon as I could. A month later my car was finally fixed and everything was ready for me to have the tires placed on along with the other several things that I had needed. Mike helped me at the start of services and at the end along with several other staff members (forget their names). Highly recommend!

I brought my 2013 Chevy equinox here to get my exhaust manifold fixed about two years ago. During this time I was going through a very rough financial year luckily the amazing folks here were able to work with me and give me a price that was in my budget and even though I had a wait about a month to go back and pick up my car just due to financial issues They are very kind and very sweet to me, even though I m sure I was a pain in the butt.

Walked in and was immediately greeted,helped. Very kind and helpful staff. Got an oil change and tires rotated. The staff went out of their way helping all customers. Highly recommend and won't hesitate to use all of the services offered. Thanks for the great experience!

The service was excellent. I was actually able to save my tire and seal it rather than having to buy a new one which helps out a lot right before Christmas. I was in there for less than 45 minutes total thank you guys.

Outstanding service! I went in for an oil change and inspection. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Waiting area is comfortable with free WiFi. I will be back!

The store on Wyoming Avenue in scranton was excellent. I got new tires and aliment and other work done to my wife's car. The person I delt with was no pressure sale and went out of his way to help me and made sure everything was okay when I picked up my suv. The employee's that worked on my suv we also Excellent

We purchased our tires for two cars and rcvd great service, Perry caught a broken spring that was missed by our previous mechanic as well. We are a satisfied customer. Great customer service and very friendly.

This is not the first time to this location. The service was honest and forthcoming. The staff took the time to explain any problems that needed repair and their knowledge is much appreciated. This location is highly recommended.

I could not have asked for better service! I called and asked if they could mount my snow tires and change my TPMS sensors. Mike Linehan told me they could get me right away.I checked in and my truck was on the lift in less than 5 mins. Mike also informed me that my sensors were perfectly fine and I only needed a new valve stem. I truly appreciate his honesty. I will be a customer with excellent customer service like this. Well done Steve Shannon!!

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS. Don't waste your time with these clowns. They have ZERO ability to do the really tough jobs! "We aren't comfortable doing the repair." What a crock of absolute nonsense.These guys should just advertise themselves as oil change, tire rotation, and if we are confident that day, tune-ups. I wouldn't trust these guys to inflate my tires, much less sell me new ones.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU GO THERE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND EXPENSE. They'll tell you to have it towed in, so you incur that expense, and then WASTE YOUR TIME BECAUSE NONE OF THEM ARE COMPETENT!!This is my opinion. And by stating such, I am absolved of all liability of false legal action as the above is based on MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. Your experience may vary. It could very well be worse. You are forwarned.You can read their reply, it is a lie, they had me tow the vehicle in under FALSE PRETENSES, CLAIMING THEY COULD HANDLE IT AND BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T LIKE THE AGE OF THE VEHICLE, ARE PULLING THIS TWO-FACED, UNPROFESSIONAL NONSENSE. This only proves their irresponsibility.

I would be very careful when you have your car serviced here they are not a very honest shop. Brought my car to have the tires rotated and an oil change and ended up with a grind mark on the inside side wall of one of my tires. gee how did that happen, took it to another shop and was told it was from a grind tool gee how did that happen and it was a fresh mark because the cords on the tire was white, if it was an old mark the cords would have been dirty. They tried to sell me a new tire, but this car is an AWD so you have to replace all 4 tires. Wow what an experience, dishonest people (unbelievable) So don't go to this shop

Exceptional experience. On our way back to Canada, the check engine came on. They checked, found and repaired in record time and in a professional and friendly manner. And at a minimum cost. Too bad you are 400 miles from us! Thank you so much!

Needed a new rismm to replace my cracked one. Went to Tom Hesser at 1st since they're a chevy dealer. Lady was rude and unhelpfull. So I went to Jack Williams, they don't do rims, so they called around for me and sent me here. The staff here was very nice and respectful. Most importantly, they were able to order my replacement rim! So glad I don't have to deal with Tom Hesser.
