I recently purchased my third Cadillac from Dave Wert and the team at RJ Burne Cadillac, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Dave and the team continue to go above and beyond to help find the vehicle and best financing options to meet your situation and help troubleshoot any issues you may have as a part of your buying experience.Darren and the services team always treat us well and provide personalized service whenever we require any update (which is rare).I can't recommend RJ Burne Cadillac enough. They offer a great mix of doing business 'the old way' while remaining progressive.

Data sheets do not show details of inspection findings. Other places have provided a detailed sheet of what they checked as well as parameters of good recommended replacement needs replacement. This often allowed customers to plan out how to maintain the car. That lack of transparency is not okay.This has lead to many strange repair suggestions over the time I went to this franchisee. Suggestions that just don t make sense such as replacing a part that was only months ago replaced. Suggestions that second opinions blatantly disagree with. They also suggested I replace my AC unit when I asked for a bumper even though the AC unit worked fine despite a dent. They refused to give me the cost of just the bumper because it was an all inclusive quote. IF I agreed to this job they could ve charged me ANYTHING within that quote and then claimed it was only the cost of the bumper.It was very shady.Lastly, for a long time before I decided to stop going here for repairs, I ve asked them to identity a sound the front right wheel house makes. They offered suggestions but none worked. Nor could they explain the sound. I gave up and went to a new shop. There they were able to find the problem It was a part that was deliberately bent in such a way to create noise.So take what you want from that information.

I had my XT4 in for service. Wanted to give a very big thank you to Darren in service and making sure I had a vehicle while my Cadillac was in for service, and was waiting on parts due to the GM strike. Thank you to Joey for getting me right in for service when I'd call and Rose for making the paperwork for the service car easy. Your team took good care of me. I'll only be in for service at your dealership and when I'm ready for a new Cadillac I'll be in for the sales experience.

Had my Cadillac serviced at Burne for the very first time. I got my Cadillac second hand, I did not buy it here. EVERYONE Darren, Pete, Mark, to the tech that worked on my car, Allen, were wonderful and couldn t do enough for me. They treated me like I just bought a brand new car from them!! It was a very enjoyable and pleasant experience, something you don t see a lot of today. They do it right here, old time customer service the way it should be. Please don t change Burne, you have a customer in me for life!

I have been wanting to upgrade my car for some time now always putting it on the back burner. My husband was relentless in wanting to get me in a Cadillac again. ( it has been years since we ve had one) We currently live part time in NY and most of the time in PA. We have always purchased our cars in NY. He found this dealership on google and insisted we give it a try. Honestly I have never seen a dealership with such good reviews and it sparked my interest. Purchasing cars in the past has always been a hassle. Sitting in the dealership for hours and always paying more then was in our budget.Not here!Ok so we walk in and we re greeted by A friendly outgoing salesman named David Wert. Here comes the pressure.Nope!We told him what we were looking for and he listened! What?! Can this be true?We purchased an absolutely beautiful car we were approved in no time and the number he quoted us was within a few cents! Yes cents not thousands!On pick up the finance guy Steve Mariani was so organized and knowledgeable and again No Pressure to buy anything! Then as we are signing RJ Burnes comes in and personally thanks us. Like where am I?This was the easiest fastest and most relaxing car purchase we have ever made and let me tell you this has got to be at least the 15th car I ve owned.The price was reasonable, the car beautiful. I would recommend them highly! You won t be disappointed!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. The Sales Representative asked me what I was looking for and led me right to the perfect vehicle for me. He didn't try to up-sell me and there was absolutely no pressure. When I was signing my purchase papers Mr. Burne came into the office to thank me personally for my business. I love my "new" to me Cadillac and I will definitely be back for future purchases and to service my car. I feel that I can trust them. I whole heartedly recommend RJ Burne Cadillac.

Looked up Cadillac dealers near me, an had my choice of several to choose from. Thank the powers to be that I chose R J Burne Cadillac!! Am thinking ah am tried of the car am driving, Al though it was a nice vehicle to have but am ready for a new one. From the first contact with David Wert, I was sold ! Didn t matter am buying a car from him. Polite, soft spoken, polished period. From there his knowledge of the vehicles was impressive to say the least. He actually listened to what my wife desired in a car Bam! Color, options, an silly things like heated seats were there. Delivery and financing were for the first time a breeze. Can it be? R.J. Burne Cadillac definitely deserves a 5 Star rating as far as I'm concerned. We were met with with a warm welcome and a very professional staff. Buying a slightly driven Cadillac we shopped the internet before purchasing so we also know we were offered a very fail deal. Dave, RJ and the staff at RJ Burne made buying a new Cadillac easy. I told Dave what I could afford and he worked with me to find the right SUV for me. This is the second vehicle which I have purchased from the dealership. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and professional. David Wert, my sales representative, was extremely sensitive to my needs, as was Mr. R.J. Burne. Together they made the deal happen. Steve in finance was also very helpful and knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions we had. From the moment you enter the dealership, be it for sales or service, you feel that you are special, and there is never a sense of "sales pressure" for you to make a purchase. I would not hesitate to patronize the dealership again on my next purchase, or to recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about RJ Burne's hospitality. Everyone was down to earth and friendly, a great place to do business. A few weeks ago we worked with Dave for the purchase of our 2017 Cadillac XT5. He made the experience hassle free and painless. He treated us like friends instead of customers. We took a leap and drove the 70 miles from our home to look at a Cadillac and Dave helped us decide on the XT5 which we are in love with. We are happy we gave RJ Burne a shot. I have done business with RJ Burne many times. I have found them to be totally professional and friendly. They make the decision to buy from them very easy. Their service dept. is great, they go the extra distance to make the service as easy as possible and convenient for you. I would recommend RJ Burne to anyone and have to many of my friends and family.

Great sales team. Answered all questions we had and were very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once we purchased the XT5, Mark was very thorough in his explanation of all vehicle options. He even went back through everything that we weren t sure on. Would definitely recommend speaking with Steve and Mark when you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I have purchased many vehicles in my 60 + years and never had the exceptional experiences I have had with the RJ Burne Cadillac Dealership. Dave Wert and RJ Burne made my purchasing of a used SRX east and with out any pressure I will never forget it. As with any new or used vehicle you can have an issue after the warranty has ran out. I stopped in to see Dave and RJ to discuss my situation and with out hesitation, they took the ball and ran to the end zone and repaired it at their expense. Joey Polovitch the service manager called the day (less then a week) the part arrived and had the part installed in my SRX the same day. I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else then RJ Burne Cadillac Dealership.

No other place I'd rather take my Cadillac to for service. Friendly, professional staff. Call me with updates on what needs to be done to my car, with prices. No waiting for a month for an oil change like some other local dealerships. Would recommend!

This is only for the service dept. Sales is exceptional. Inconsiderate of my time! Wanted to see about a rim that might need to be replaced. Told them that when I came in along with needing an inspection, oil change, and recall issue. When they said I was done, the state inspection wasn t done and the woman that looks at the rims was gone. Now I have to return for her to look at it and then return to have it put on. I live in mountain Top so it isn t close. I stopped in at McCarthy tire and had them look at the rim. Took him 30 seconds to tell me I need a new rim. Unfortunately I have to go back because it is under warranty, but it will be a closer dealer. When I get a new escalade I ll probably stay closer also.

absolute best dealership yet. A+!service and staff. Never make me wait and do anything they can to keep the customer satisfied. I am a self described difficult customer and they score only the highest with me. As long as I drive Cadillac it will be from Burne!
