Since I moved to South Side, I have always used these guys because of location. They are usually very nice, but nearly every time I have gone, they do not take in my vehicle for service/work at my appt. time, sometimes waiting to start service until the next day. (Open at 10 and my vehicle is pulled inaround 5pm the next day!)Today, I was sick, and overslept. I realized it was late, so I drove up to the garage at 10:25am. Both Father and Son refused to do the inspection, stating they had at 10:30 appt. I said there is no way they would have finished an inspection in 30 min. They said they would have. I left after they refused business. I watched and waited. No one showed up and they turned off their business light, and closed.They just lost business for 4 cars. Probably more, because I will not recommend them ever again. They never call back when they tell you they will check on a price and give you a call. They only call about 50% of the time to tell you that the car is ready for pick up.Service: Vehicle Inspection

That people don have a responsable actitud the say they going to call you to give you apoitment and they never call you also they is all time bussy I don't like Morales Auto Service

First experience there was great with inspection. After that I don't know what happened to the customer service. Never calls back when says he will. Doesn't know the pricing and always says he will ask his dad and call back for almost anything you need done. I just don't understand. Is it favoritism with certain customers. It's rude. Trying to give you some business but I guess you don't want it.

If I Could give this place a 0 I'd give it a -20.. Had my truck for damn near 3 weeks for No reason. Tried to tell me it was busy when I was stopping by every couple days. His son had his personal vehicles in the garage while my truck sat outside. I had to spend over 400$ to get my wife and I back and forth to work everyday. Ridiculous

Any positive review is fake!!!! These people act funny when you try do business with them.. They act like i ordered a slice of pizza, like Im at wrong place!!!!!!

I always go here to get an honest opinion about my car, they are great up front and high quality work, will be taking my car here whenever I need it serviced
