I definitely recommend this location on Market street in Scranton Pennsylvania every time i come to this location the techs take care of me and i don't ever leave here disappointed I've come here numerous times to get things done and they always get it right for me the techs are professional and answer any questions i have about the car and also explain in great details of the issues with my car and are honest hard workers. The people up front Josh and Rob are also very professional and give great prices and also answer any and all questions i come here and they never make me feel like I'm asking a dumb question they truly care and that is a great quality that you don't get from companies now a days the manager definitely run a tight ship great job and the tech Will has worked on my car numerous times and he is awesome at what he does so big shout out to the whole team proud to have them work on my vehicles

On Wednesday April 3rd I was on my break and noticed a flat tire on my car and I couldn't thank the staff at Mavis Discount tire enough for all there help they were polite, reasonable, and fast. I will be going there again in definitely for an oil change now that I know they do oil changes too not just tires. Thank you so much to the staff at Mavis Discount tire for helping me out tremendously. There's hope in the world after all with good constumer service that is Mavis Discount tire!!

The guys at Mavis did an excellent job for me when I needed service. Needed to buy 4 new tires and they found the ones I needed and got em there the same day. Recommended some continentals, switched em out, did a wheel alignment and got me up and running within the same day. They found a crack in my Rim so I ordered a new one off eBay, brought it back in and they switched it out. Good guys over there. Would definitely recommend.

I went to Mavis earlier today to get my two tires done and I had this gentleman Erik help me. He got me a great deal on my tires!! Out of all the employees, Erik was the one that helped me out the most. Not only did he get me a great deal, he got it done fast and I was out within a hour. Every time I go to this Mavis I am always waiting longer than a hour to get my tires done. I highly recommend Erik!

Will and the guys at Mavis Tire on W.Market St. Scranton are very professional and their customer service was excellent. They fixed a problem on my Jeep Liberty that another shop in Clarks Summit.Pa their name starts with a" T" lied to me about and left my vehicle unsafe. My family and I will use that repair facility in the future and I highly recommend to anyone.

The staff here at Mavis are so nice and welcoming. I noticed my tire pressure alert kept showing up in my car despite putting air in the tires. I went to them and explained the situation. They took my car in immediately, checked all the tires for a hole and refilled air in my tires. There was a nail in one of my tires which they took out and repaired for free in no time. They kept me in the loop each step of the way which I appreciated. I was so grateful to finally fix this tire situation. Thank you to all the wonderful staff members that helped me out!!! I highly recommend this mavis location for all your tire needs.

Had a nail in tire.. Rob got me right in ..15 minutes later camron had it plugged and I was back in business.. very efficient and honest.. would definitely recommend Rob and his crew. Thanks guys

After a flat tire 2 hours from home, Nef and Ravi did an excellent job repairing my flat. It was fast, around 20 minutes. They had comfy seats for me to sit in while we waited. They were super kind and helpful. Thank you!

AMAZING, PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!!!! The staff, especially the assistant manager Neff, were very attentive, accommodating and friendly. They were very quick to help and resolve my issues with my tires and other mechanical work. Very grateful for their hard work and will continue to give them my business, they treat you and your car like family!

I have an old lexus, this place has been the cheapest but most reliable brake, tire and oil place I've found. The guys are straightforward and show you everything you need to know about your vehicle. I would highly recommend them!

I had a flat while visiting the area from Florida. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. While I waited, I observed that they were not just nice to me but they treated everyone with courtesy, respect, and plain-spoken fair dealing.

Fantastic service by an extremely helpful ,and friendly staff. Fixed a flat tire within 10 minutes and we were on our way. Will use their services whenever I m in need. AAA+ service!

Went and got my tires changed and the guy at the front desk I think his name was Neff if I remember correctly was very helpful and quick to get everything done. Definitely going back for more work done on my car

I called this place to get my tires switched over to new rims at first they said absolutely then when I went they said they can t cause the tire were used there are 6 months old but anyway the place is trash the employees at Burger King know more about cars then these techs

Fast service with amazing staff. All the guys at the shop were patient with my questions over the phone and in person. Neff was extremely helpful with all the questions I had (as someone who doesn't know much about cars). Got a new tire in 20 minutes!
