Had a wonderful experience with today. The rim on my spare tire had rotted out and was no longer holding air. I brough both the new rim and the old wheel for them to swap the tire on. The service manager, Steve had the shop technicians take care of it immediately for no charge. I'll definitely be coming back for new tires very soon.

This is the second car I've brought here and both times it was exceptional service and the workers do what they can to work with you and save you as much money as possible. They also priced match for me on some things and discounted other parts which save me a great deal of money. Would definitely recommend them to others.

I m from out of state and somewhere along the line I picked up a nail in my tire. Called and Steve said bring it right in. Within minutes of arriving they had my vehicle in the shop and tires repaired. Friendly professional and excellent rates. Let s face it being out of state they could have charged anything.

Not to happy with this company. I took my car into get fixed because something in front end was rattling and making a thud noise when going over a bump . First attempt $300 and 4 hours. Was told good to go. They didn't test ride it . I pulled out within 200 foot I heard the noise. Called went back Friday. Second attempt....This time $800 later and hours waiting. They test ride it handed my keys and was told good to go. I pull out of their parking lot and the noise was still there. ...Third attempt I just wanted an answer to what was making this noise........THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS MAKING THE NOISE AFTER LOOKING AT IT FOR ALMOST AN HOUR .So they got $1000 bucks and it still has the same noise as it did when I bought it in.

Mike was absolutely wonderful and very kindly helped me with everything I needed. The whole team was very fair with pricing and respectful of my time. I was helped with more than I even asked for and I am extremely grateful for the experience that I had. I will be returning in the future for any needs I may have with my vehicle.

Seldom have I been at a loss for words describing my experience with an automobile repair shop. Mike is a God-send. My fianc� was in a very rough car wreck today, and in our state of desperation, Mike and his phenomenally kind, compassionate, and swift team got us right in. Empathy is typically not on the list of required qualifications for a car mechanic, however, Jack Williams team excels in it. Mike volunteered to be the place we sent our last-minute tow, and when we pulled up, he was nothing but welcoming, succinct in his technical explanations, and emotionally supportive. Once we re back on the road, Jack Williams in Scranton will be the ONLY place we go. Thank you a million times over. Everyone there deserves a raise.

I had a slow leak on my rear tire (I may have purchased from them, I didn't know for sure) I brought it in this morning a Saturday post Thanksgiving and they were very busy. They told me that I had purchased the tire from them and they could get me in. I waited about 30 minutes and they came out and showed me the screw that they took out and plugged and they reset the "low pressure sensor" on my car. They were great everytime I have used them.

Mike was super helpful and got us right in for a truck inspection on short notice. He was knowledgeable and spent time discussing pricing and different options for future tire purchases. Very impressed!

Great service, the staff Great to. Always keep me informed of what was going on. Went in today for a tire sensor light,found out it was the bead wasn't sealed properly, they said they could charge me to fix it, but Mike the manager told me it was free, thank you Mike the manager. Made my day. The card says Jack Williams, but Mavis brought them out.

Recently got my Tesla s tire rotated at this place and the service was fabulous. Shane and Mike were great help and very professional. Highly recommended this place if you need your car serviced.

Went in for state inspection 9/18/23. Passed the inspection, as I maintain my cars in top condition. Mechanic that did inspection told me that my driver side outer CV boot was leaking and showed me the grey grease that had already "leaked" out onto the lower control arm. So, today, 9/19/23, I replaced the entire CV shaft assembly. Lo and behold, no holes or tears in the boot. If you go to this shop, be careful. If they tell you that you need major repairs, just tell them " put it back together for now, and I'll take my chances" then go somewhere else for a second opinion! This place has gone downhill badly since Mavis bought out Jack Williams. Oh, and the manager is constantly griping about the main office and how there's no training provided and "piss poor communication within the company." YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
