This is one of the most amazing shops I think I've ever been to. I'm hesitant to trust most mechanic shops because I'm a female. Chris not only took care of my oil change super fast but he noticed my serpentine belt was squealing from a few months ago when I had watched YouTube to work on my own vehicle. I'm not a mechanic but I had done the best I can. Chris and his handsome coworker (I did not get his name) took their personal time to get my alternator bolts put in correctly and literally repaired my car so I could drive back to Ohio safely. The price for the oil change was excellent and he really took such good care of me I still feel guilty for receiving such kindness without it breaking the bank. All I can say is God blessed me today with these beautiful men and I highly recommend, if your looking for a reliable, honest shop with pleasant kind souls, go to laser lube in Scranton, PA.v

Although Chris Is very respectful, I do not recommend his services. I found the business to be in what seems like a money scheme. I felt pressured to get more work done than needed and they fixed everything but the initial issue. Instead of notifying me that the job couldn t be done or that he didn t have the proper knowledge, he continued to repair other things and run the price up. Overall after getting 900 dollars from me, my car s initial problem was never fixed. I brought a second car to him thinking he ll do a better job but my truck just sat there for two weeks, he always says he ll give u a call then seems to get distracted. I m now picking up my truck which haven t been touched in two weeks and he s just notifying me that he s not able to do the job because he doesn t have the knowledge. 1 out of 10 Car repair experience .

Agreed upon thousand dollars for a repair that was going to take 2 or 3 days chris had car for a month giving more stories than mother goose why it wasn t ready 31 days later bill was nearly three thousand dollars and he refused to let me test drive car without paying first even with him in car. Who would give someone 3k? Without knowing what they are buying. Filed a lawsuit Judge clearly seen laser lube was manipulating me and has a history of theft of service. I won lawsuit. Police escorted myself and car off property and car doesn t even run. And this was what I was supposed to pay 3k for? He tried to steal my Mercedes by inflating bill and holding car on a mechanic lien and hopefully getting the ability to re sell it. Well it didn t work court seen right through you. Cv 0000149 look it up people Chris and Barry are thieves andcourts laser lube has an judgement against them and more to come. Courts are fully aware of the deception tactics with this business. It s all true look it up.

Got an oil change here and waited around an hour and a half just to find out they never put gasket on drain cap and there was oil everywhere .

I've been here a few times to get oil changes and inspections done on a couple of my vehicles. Always thought they seemed trustworthy until This last visit it definitely seems like they try to squeeze more money out of you then is necessary. Last time I was there to get an inspection he said I needed a Right front lower ball joint this time he's telling me the whole control arm needs to Be replaced. Amongst other things it just seemed like the guy didn't want to be bothered and is just trying to get More money.Service: Oil change

Went there for the first time today for an oil change. The price was exactly as advertised on the sign, and they even checked my tires, topped them off, and refilled my other fluids, for no extra cost. Friendly, affordable, and fast. Whole thing took about 10 minutes.

My husband and I both had our oil changed within a couple of months of each other. Both oil changes were promised to last for 5000 miles. Both of them lasted less than half that. Despite going into let them know something was wrong, we left with nothing to report except a bad attitude on the part of the staff. A word to the wise, if you have a good mechanic like we do, don't choose what we thought might be convenience over reliability. The lesson is always the same, loyalty to good service is cheaper and easier than going on a fast ride down a short road. Never again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Every time I come it's a good experience. Sometimes a bit of a wait due to being busy, but they always do a nice job here. I needed to get my car inspection and oil change. Chris was super accommodating, good prices, and great service! People have to understand that all these shops are super busy! A lot of workers are fighting to go back to work because, they are collecting the stimulus unemployment. I think that we all must have a little patience in these times Ty Chris !

These guys were fantastic. I have never gone to the same place twice for an oil change, but I will be going here forever now that I've found them. They didn't try to upsell me at all. The price on their sign was the price I paid. And I went in knowing that I needed a light replaced, but they came to me with the (incredibly fair, even low) price before doing anything, to get the okay. I really appreciate the simple fact that they do business the way it should be done, and they do it quickly! My grandfather raised me and was a mechanic, as well as a perfectionist. I'm very judgemental when it comes to these things, but this small business now has my heart haha.

Upon state inspection They found my brake rotors were rusted and originally told me need to be replaced. So i agreed to the estimate. Upon pick up however they said after removing old rotors for replacement they noticed the rust was just surface rust from car not being driven they took the time to clean them up and did not install the new ones. Been going here for yrs for old changes and inspections. Seems lately he's been a little rude. Tried to inspect my car and was failed for a missing bolt on a wheel that I knew was there because just changed my tires b4 I went. They tried over charging her to put a bolt on. They told her fix it then and come back and all we have to do it pay $8 for the sticker. He tried charging us again and had an attitude. Another time with another car I was getting inspected, they said I needed a gas cap that I already had changed but supposedly I needed another one.. will not go again.

I will never go anywhere else from now on. They know there stuff better than anyone and are so fast with oil changes I couldn t believe it. The employees are knowledgeable and they charge so little I wanted to give them more money than they asked for lol!

The Mechanics have integrity, searched for the problems in my Car, found the real issues, and this honestly is a great 1st class place , reasonable, honest and gets the job done ! The man at the counter was prompt & explained all doings before hand, LOVE IT .I trust in Laser Lube & will be returning. KIND service was a plus!! Highly recommended

Every since the big guy from up front passed,its been bad prices are high.They look and make stuff up ,so they can get more money.Chris told me I had a problem, with my muffler but couldn't show me where.Since the pandemic they only let people with who need oil changes in.My inspection, which my admission was except toak 4 hours. #NEVER_AGAIN

I my oil changed before work when finished I realized I forgot my wallet.The young man that changed the oil said its ok iam sure you will be back it happens to the best of us..I ended up finding my debt card before leaving..Just want to say Thank you again

Couple years ago they didn t change the oil filter. I was there again today, they didn t wait for the oil to leak and they were very rude. I asked them to wait until all the oil leaked out but they refused.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
