By far the best mechanic I ve ever had!! For someone who doesn t know much about cars, I always feel included as Jeff makes time to explain the work that may need to be done on my car. The service is absolutely fantastic and efficient. Labrosky Auto is so flexible with my crazy work schedule and always makes time to ensure my car is running well and is safe! I wouldn t trust anyone else with my entire family s cars. I am always greeted with a friendly face and feel I can call if I ever need anything or have any questions about my car. I would highly recommend taking your car to Labrosky Auto!!

Jeff is hands down the absolute best mechanic that has ever serviced my vehicles. With the way I drive for work I can put anywhere from 50k-60k a year in mileage so my car needs to get serviced often. Jeff is the only one I trust to do that. He s honest, reliable, and respectable with people s time. I feel blessed to have him as my mechanic and unless he decides to close his shop and retire I won t be taking my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks Jeff for the great work you do and for being a staple to the local community!

BEST place to take your car!! Jeff is an awesome mechanic. They are very flexible with your schedule as well. I have gone to this garage for years and will never go anywhere else! Lynn (his wife) is a sweetheart behind the desk.I highly recommend Labrosky s Auto

From the second I walked in I felt like I was going to really be taken care of and not given the run around. Most places only care about the money and treat women like there just dumb and they can take advantage of them. If you want good honest people to take care of your automotive needs this is the place to go !

Great and knowledge mechanic with very reasonable prices. My car was having some starting issues, and AutoZone told me it was the alternator, but Labrosky's correctly determined it was the battery and had me back on the road all in the same day for a great price. I would highly recommend this place.

My car broke down Tuesday morning with an alternator issue. I couldn t afford to get a tow truck back home and I found Jeff s shop on Google. Jeff was kind, courteous and extremely professional with me and being that money was tight. Jeff and his business offered the best price I was given out of any other auto shop I called. Not to mention the fact that it was done in less than 12 hours from when they opened.If you read the negative review about this place, I truthfully have no idea what they re talking about. I would recommend this place 10 more times to anyone else.

There aren't enough positive things I can say about Labrosky's Automotive! The owner and his wife went out of their way to help me. They arranged for a tow and fixed my daughter's car and were incredibly reasonable. I also own an auto repair shop and we pride ourselves on being honest and dependable. It's so great to see that there are other shops that do the same. From start to finish, Mr. and Mrs. Labrosky were so kind and professional. There isn't another shop I would recommend over Labrosky's Automotive. You really put my mind at ease. Terrific customer service. I got the car inspected with them and a week or so later requested to bring it back in because of a noise I was unsure of. They happily looked at it thoroughly at no charge. I get good vibes from this business and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. Jeff impressed me from the very first time I brought one of my vehicles there expecting to pay hundreds for repair and found out that all I needed was some fuel injector cleaner. He's honest, accommdating and does great work at very reasonable rates. I recently killed my battery by leaving the dome light on and Jeff was good enough to drive up and give me a jump start within 2 minutes of the phone call. Needless to say, I will be ever grateful and happy to bring my vehicle there again. This kind of goodwill is priceless! I would recommend him to anyone.

I'm deducting a star for every $100 I wasted here on unnecessary repairs. I will not be bringing my vehicle here again. The first experience here was amazing, $100 to replace my wife's muffler was a fair price. When I took my van he wanted $450 to replace the muffler on it, come to find out it didn't need to be replaced after taking it to another shop whom charged me $60 for universal clamps to pull the exhaust back up onto the frame. I took my car here last year and lost another $450 on replacing the entire front end suspension which didn't need to be done also. I still have the perfectly good parts sitting in a bucket in my basement. Left his shop with the same problem I went in for. Turned out a bolt was loose connecting my steering coulomb which made a soft clunk every time I turned to the right. Another problem solved by a completely different mechanic who actually took the time to find the issue. Finding trustworthy mechanics is like finding gold in your backyard.

Jeff and his wife run the very best garage in Scranton. Their prices are fair, their work is superb, and the service is second to none. Very few garage proprietors hold their business to that high ideal and that idea that business can be an artform.

We were on the first day of our honeymoon road trip when our car broke down in Scranton! Labrosky Auto had us back on the road in 24 hours, and were very affordable for the service they provided. They explained what had gone wrong and gave us the broken part so that we can give it to our auto shop when we get back home, as well. Thank you SO MUCH you saved the rest of our trip!

We took our van in to have the manifold gasket replaced they did not touch that and came out with a bad starter we ended up paying 450.00 for something that wasn't bad to start with and still need the gasket I would not recommend them rip off

Went to get my alternator fixed he said $450 plus tax when the piece was only $40 i found it for he tried to charge $230 for a used one and the labor shouldn't be more then $100 bucks i asked can i bring my own piece and yu install he refused said he didn't want to install other people's parts cause it can be faulty basically forcing me to buy the service from him very bad service complete rip-off
