Customer service wasn't horrible but when I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick up and was all done when I arrived found my truck was missing parts and my engine light was on and it was not when they received it and the paint job in my opinion I could have had better results with a rattle can. Runs down the entire site of the bed and on the other side it's like they decided to go for a more textured feel dirt all in the paint and not to mention the orange peel very disappointed was recommended by a few people I know and wish I honestly brought it somewhere else

Scheduled an appointment for a large dent on the side of my van. In less than a week the van was finished and looked amazing. I was pleased with the exceptional service at Kelly's. They worked around my schedule and I received a great price for the fix. Thank you Kelly's Collision!

Highly recommend this facility for your vehicles! Josh and Joe were great to deal with. Timely service, affordable pricing. Overall, it is a great team to deal with, especially when going through insurance claims. Even washed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle. A surprise mug was waiting in the center console. A++. Stay local and support a veteran. Shop Kelly's collision.

I have had service done on my car 4 times in the last 15 years. The staff has always been very courteous and professional. The prices have always been very reasonable. They didn t try to overcharge me just because I am a senior citizen. Have recommend them to several peopleService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Joe and Josh were not pleasant to deal with, someone hit the side of my car and i needed some fixing. I was told all of my damage may not be covered because the insurance is hard to deal with, I ve been jerked around back and forth just to get scheduled in. Numerous times i was suppose to get a call back and never received one. Overall don t feel comfortable bringing my car to this shop.

I took my car to Kelly s for repair, and not only did they do a fantastic job on the bodywork, but their timeliness and customer service were superb! They are quick and courteous. I have used them more than once and everytime I was very satisfied with the quality of work. The only thing that slightly annoyed me was the fact I had to wait about 3 weeks to get my vehicle in but I got over it. They are worth the wait. It just is a reflection on how good they are.

I was there a few weeks ago, and they are honest, they helped me out when minooka subaru damaged where the bumper and the fender connect, i would highly recomend kellys collision

Such nice well rounded people that take care of you and can trust!! They go above and beyond for you and do not expect anything in return. I can t thank them enough for helping me out with my car! Definitely recommend! This is the best auto shop around here!!

I've dealt with numerous collision repair shops over the years.Joe Kelly & family easily top my list of qualified collision repair specialists. My vehicle was completed on time,car was cleaned and looked like new plus Joe was very through,professional and friendly.No stress or nonsense.Honest folks get my business everytime. I had work done on my car in june. My car had a tree fall in it an joe told me he would take care of it and it would be done right. I then proceeded to have him do the work. When car was done it was raining so I couldn t totally check their work so I paid him. I noticed the red dot in the passenger side and rear quarter panel had a blotchy paint job. So I went to him on two occasions for him to fix the problem because they say their work is guaranteed. He on both occasions refused to fix his shorty work and was pretty rude about it. I would tell people don t trust this shop they are liars and do not care about their customers. The bottom line is don t go here if u want to have a professional quality job.

Excellent service! Told them I had a deadline for when I needed my car, and they got it done! They even washed it for me, which was a very nice surprise. Would definitely come back here.

Stopped in too have Joe look at a few scratches on my driver side door to get a price to have him fix it. It's a 2018 BMW that I just bought the other day. He stopped what he was doing, came over looked at it, put some buffing compound on it and it came right out! And I went to give him some money and he said No. No charge, now there is a gentleman and the reason my Father ( my he R.I.P) always take our vehicles there, well Dad always did and me too. He does impeccable work, is always polite, professional as is his staff! Will never take my vehicles anywhere other than Kelly's Collison, they are the best hands down!. Thanks again Joe, you made my day! Bob McHugh

Joe Kelly is the best in the business. He treats each car as if it were his own. Even if it s been years since you needed body work, Joe remembers you and the work performed. Worst customer service, didnt return my car on time, car front driving side strut made noise ,alignment was all out tires got damaged in 2 months had to spend additional for repairs. When I approach the owner he was not helpful became defensive and refuse to fix it.

Dropped car off after hitting a deer and going through progressive. I have a very exspensive subwoofer system in my vehicle that i know what gone through and played. Might sound stupid but anyone whos reading this knows the smell of new woofers after there played. And trust me when i tell you my car stunk. They've been beat. I only use bluetooth for my music, i get in the car and the stereo opens on the app that openes when a cell is played on the radios through usb. Again, someone connected there phone via cable to play music on my radio. And the parts/quality of the work that was done was absolute nonsense. They dont line up, and were put back together in wrong order. The fender liner isnt even under the mud flap and it still has the damn broken mud flap on it!! I have ton of pictures i wish i can post

They did work on my car that was horrible . The fender did not fit . It was not aligned correctly . I had to take it back 2 times . I popped the hood a week later to add windshield wiper fluid and half of the bolds were not put back on the car . The work they did was horrible ! I would not recommend this place to anyone !
