Today I found myself having a flat tire So I called Jack Williams tire located onWyoming Ave Scranton pa. Stephen and he found the correct tire for me. Very helpful and fast excellent service. Highly recommend.

Really didn t have the best experience there. The staff has minimal knowledge about tire warranty information and really isn t helpful nor responsive. I spent a good amount of time standing there and baby sitting the entire process and my issue still wasn t resolved. When I lived in Scranton, I used to come here all the time. I even sent family members here. Ever since the Mavis transition, it s gone down hill. I had a bad feeling when I pulled in and didn t see any customers in the parking lot. This was confirmed upon entry and working with the staff. It s now the cliche movie automobile repair shop experience from a tv show. Like Seinfeld, but not in a funny way because it s happening to you. Don t take my word for it, go check it out. I will never do business with ANY Jack Williams or Mavis after this issue is resolved. I d rather spend my money at a locally owned location that I can trust and cares about my business.

Certainly the best experience I have ever had working with auto services. Was pulled over by a cop for expired inspection, called to see if they had any openings and they took me right away. Joe was incredibly helpful, understanding, and genuine. Joe went above and beyond to make my experience stress-free (despite the stress I was feeling from earlier in the day!!). Thank you thank you thank you - only service I will be using from here on out.

Ryan and Travis are amazing they took time and care and even stayed past there time to make sure I was satisfied with my car. They are very hard working guys and efficient if I was rich I would higher both of them as my own personal mechanics. Best in the area so if you have a issue with the vehicle hit up this jack and Williams and ask for Travis or Ryan won t regret it trust me.

Came in today with a bad tire. Thought I was going to need an entire full set but they found the hole, was able to patch it and saved me a ton of money. Extremely fast and friendly service along with unbeatable prices. Highly recommend Jack Williams

We truly appreciate the time and effort this crew put into our vehicle! My husband's truck really needed new brakes, and John specifically was amazing, when it came to helping us out when we were in a tight spot,Thank you again to everyone!Highly recommend them :)

Not great. Three visits this week. I was told told that it would be done the first day, but it wasn t. Then some called on the second day that it was done, realizing it wasn t done even after waiting on the third day for hours. $770 later. Waiting at the store for a total of 5.5 hours throughout the week they weren t able to inspect it because the inspector was out. One day, 2 of the managers were in and they didn t look happy.. I don t know about anyone else but in the past 6 months I ve noticed a significant drop in quality in the area and can t help but notice Mavis has bought out most of the locations also. It seems to be, in part, a systematic failure of training, scheduling, and communication. When returned the driver side interior handle (which was loose) wasn t functional at all. They did replace the battery free of charge after they forgot to turn off the car inside the garage. Not sure what s going on but we won t be back.

I stopped in today to get a vehicle inspection for a car I am potentially buying. I made an appointment and unfortunately I made the appointment at the wrong store, however Ryan was gracious enough to work with me and get me in right then and there. I can't overstate how wonderful the customer service was today throughout this process. Thank you Ryan and the rest of the team here at Jack Williams on Wyoming Ave!

I needed to get tires put on my vehicle. So I went to Jack Williams on Wyoming Ave in Scranton. As soon as I walked in they were very attentive. They immediately took me in and the service was great. I have gotten tires put on here before and I came back for the great service.

Had a slow leak with my tire, so I called JW on Wyoming Ave in Scranton to investigate. They were able to take my SUV right in and fix it. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! I was in & out within an hour. Highly recommend.

Been coming for over 10 years to this location. The guys are always welcoming, helpful and efficient. Last service, Ryan was very helpful with giving me estimates on what I needed and explained everything to me. I recommend this location to everyone I know.

The manager ryan and his crew especially Kirk were awesome. Worked with us to make my vehicle safe for my children to ride in with me. I recommend them over anyone else in the area

I took my vehicle in for service. I dealt with Ryan at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable about what my vehicle needed and what was wrong with the vehicle. I will definitely bring my other vehicles in for service from now on.

Went in with a problem with my rear tire deflating. The staff did everything possible to diagnose the problem and informed me every step of the way on what they were doing and looking for. They found the problem quickly and did fix the problem. It turned out that my valve stem was loose. They then went above just finding the problem and double checked everything to make sure the minor problem did not cause something worse. Turns out it did, and I m grateful they doubled checked. They found a serious problem with the inside of the tire from the rim cutting the inside of the tire, which could have led me to having future problems and even an accident. They installed my full size spare to keep me safe at absolutely no cost to me and sent me on my way. Well deserved 5 out of 5!

We were in a bit of a bind trying to get back home and being almost a hour away we needed an emergency tire patch. Stephan was awesome! He took such great care of us!Kind staff and amazing work ! Had to come in for a tire repair we got while out here and they fixed it no problem! Fast, effective and great people!

This is the place to go! I got a flat on wyoming and luckily these guys got me in an out fast! They were very kind to me and patient. I recommend Jack Williams for everyone! Thank you guys agin! Also ,thank you Ryan as well.

Jack Williams is amazing!! I will definitley be coming here for all my car needs! Quick, responsive, & reliable work. I had a razor blade stuck in my tire & it was rapidly deflating, I called Jack Williams & was able to immediately come in to get seen & fixed. The entire staff is extremely helpful & kind, especially Stephan.Thank you to the whole team, you are life savers!! I would recommend Jack Williams to all my friends.

These guys are phenomenal!! Very attentive & helpful, I ve come in a couple times last minute with a tire issue and I had a cable sticking out the bottom of my car once & they were very quick to solve the issue and get me out of there in no time! I ve had bad experiences with other people handling my car in the past but these guys are more than trustworthy! Shoutout to the manager, STEVEN, he s the best ever!!!!

I came outside my house and noticed a flat. I called them up and they saw me immediately . Chris was the person that took care of me, the service was quick and efficient. I ve been there before and I will continue to go again . Thanks sooooo very much
