This place is just horrible!! I do not even know where to start with this one! Went here to get two decent tires for my vehicle for inspection I literally told her when I called I needed good used tires and would pay extra if need be! Well go there after being told they had two in stock to get horribly dry rotted tires on my vehicle which had the front end of my car bouncing and sweying up the road horrible so I call them they tell me to bring it back and they will make it right so I did! They put a tire rotation backwards on my car and tires chipped paint all up drivers side from rocks and pebbles but also three out of 5 lug nuts were able to be taken off by hand! The Spanish man tells me there is no dry rot on picture showing either! This place is a chop shop that will steal your money and laugh in your face doing it!!! Stay the hell away from this place at all cost!!!!

I can't say how wonderful it was to get tires at this place everyone was so pleasant. I will go to this place for all my cars needs they are a ten stars. What a wonderful experience compared to other garages . Thank you all so very much

Unprofessional, very rude, not mindful, always a problem when you want your vehicle but no problem receiving the payments. I bet they couldn't last a day to walk everywhere you need to go in the winter. Customer services classes are needed for the secretary who don't know anything

I'm not going to bad mouth these guys. They are great and I know accidents happen and not every tire can be inspected thoroughly but a week ago today my wife and I got two tires and had to fill the passenger side up a few times since. I looked into the matter and found this. Now it's 9:22a.m. on 1-22-21 and are having a hard time getting an answer. How can we go about this matter? Your secretary didn't even give us a receipt for the purchase. Below is the tire and proof I checked in at your garage.

Very impressed with the women that waited on me.Didn't need appointment. Went for tire and have my whole car looked over..I hate going to garages because being a women I feel like we get ripped off at most places..She never made me feel that way.. Spoke to me where i understood ( me not knowing anything about cars) Missed my appointment hope they will see me again still need my tie rods done.. fair prices also

Got a used tire had to come back in an hour due to tire going flat they checked it said that they couldn't find anything wrong and they didn't have another tire to replace it was dead flat by the following morning. I called and let them know came down and got 4 used tires since they didn't have the stock size tire to replace just one. I was told the vehicle was ready and got in it to leave and didn't drive 5ft before I heard awful sounds of the tires rubbing bad. They refunded me my money back but the tire issue was never corrected and was just a huge waste of gas and more importantly my time I would not recommend doing business here. After 3 visits in 2 days and not once I can say I was satisfied with the work that was done

I will not go anywhere else for tires again. Beth went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Great prices, fast, and friendly...she made the hassle of tires absolutely pain free. I didnt mind the wait for them to be done!!It's always a blessing to meet a like minded soul in the universe!!

This place is awesome. They are so quick and excellent pricing! They saved my tire! I recommend this place times 1000. I'd go back here again for tire repair and for tires. It's definitely worth your time to check them out. They are also really nice people that run and own this place.

I highly recommend these guys to anyone with maybe an older or used car that s needs help installing parts. I ve been to them plenty of times and they have always been a huge help, reassuring me about the process of fixing a car. Beth, along with the guys in the shop, offer their experience for a fair price and have always been willing to go an extra mile to help me with any issues I may be having. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for a new shop to rely on. They don t just specialize in tires either. Water pumps, struts, control arms, anything..I trust they can do. They re located behind the Sunoco on S Keyser Ave.

Always the best tires the used tires are like new. Always fast service the nicest people and $25.00 is more than a bargain so grateful for this place. I have 6 children I need to be safe on the roads I dont go anywhere else since I found them in 2015. THE BEST TIRES BEST SERVICE, BEST PRICES.

Few weeks ago I called ahead to make sure they had 4 matching tires and was told yes. Arrived within 5 min of call. They put 2 of the same tire on front and 2 completely different on back. Stupid me I got taken over the coals!

I would give 10 if I could. I was in a pinch, needed tires ASAP because the metal wires were showing to say the least. My car was being worked on down the road, I work in WB till after 4:30 and live in Pittston. I wasn't sure I can make it to my car, then a tire place before closing. Beth was phenomenal and without me asking or anything, on her own countenance, offered to pick up my car, in which she did, and got amazing tires rocking rolling, nonetheless at a dicpunted price. She made a seemingly stressful situation nothing but a breeze. Great tires, great prices, with compassion and phenomenal customer service, guaranteed!

Sorry but the guy Alex is going to put the place under. I had 4 tires on in two days was back flat tire. Then in 9 days flats two he said I was over my 10 day warranty they give he reglued it. Same problem. He needed to polish the tire so it would seal could of had a accident sorryfor beth. Oh they didn't pass inspection either.

Very reasonable prices. Very friendly staff!! Im so glad i stopped in. This was the best mistake ive made. This will now be my place to get tires from now on.

Took my Nissan there on this rainy day they are very nice people to deal with the owner went out with her employee to pick out a almost new pair of tires I got 2 tires and newwipers for a really good price I will be going back there in the future their new shop on Keyser ave by McDonald's is very clean and pristine
