Really great service center - I was up visiting my mom (I live in NJ) and was loosing air in my tire. On a Sunday, New Years Eve, I called to see if they d give me a patch. I called about 8 other local places before here and no one would even see me. I spoke to the manager and he told me to stop in, it d be a wait but they d squeeze me in because they didn t want me to travel back to NJ with an unsafe tire.I dropped off my car and walked the mall while I waited, I figured they d likely up charge me to make this worth their time.Well a few hours later my car was ready and when I went to pay it was only $20. I was stunned! They were super honest and went out of their way to help.They were so sweet to take my car in on a SUPER busy day. I m not a regular customer and not from the area anymore. They were honest and accommodating. When I was leaving the manager wished me safe travels again.Thank you, Firestone team!

25 years ago, I said to myself I would never return to Firestone. However, I decided to give them another try after many years. To say the least they were excellent. David Oberheu, the manager was very thorough in explaining everything, and between Dave and Chad the mechanic, they showed me exactly what is wrong and what honestly needs to be done to fix it. As a result of their system of showing me exactly what s wrong instead of just telling me, I never thought they were trying to pull a fast one on me. When they told me how much it would cost, I realized that their price is fair. And the work they did is very good and clean and timely. Kenny was also very helpful and friendly like the rest of the staff. I would recommend them to all my friends because of their honesty and clean work, which is hard to find nowadays.

Great service over the past 15 years that I and my wife have been bringing our cars there. Love the warranty on tire purchases. Scored 2 free replacements that were unpatchable plus a few free flats fixed. Expensive but worth it in the long run.

My suburu was worked on 3 different times, I had to bring it back once because the last job, they added a new part for the steering wheel, and it broke a day later, they paid for me to rent a car for a day until it was fixed. They were very concerned with the situation and made sure I was taken care of. They are all super nice people. My hats off to the manager Quinn he was in contact with me the whole time.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a service garage.Needed a new tire and with an appointment, the car was there for 4 hours. The car was dropped off and I walked over to the mall. I called when I hadn't heard anything in well over the hour it would take to change the tire. Then I was told another 45 minutes. Went back in 45 min and waited another 1 1/2 hrs. To change a tire. And that's not the best part. They put a used tire on my car. You could barely see the Firestone imprint on the tire. The mechanic who did the job came out to the car when he saw my friend and I looking at the tire and asked if something was wrong. Dead giveaway that he knew for certain what was wrong. I told him the tire looked used and he became rude and belligerent. At that point I realized I didn't get a receipt for the work so went back inside to get it and the guy at the desk fished it out of the trash can and handed it to me. I reported it to corporate and of course, they turfed it to the local office and I never heard anything.Very shady, unprofessional people. I would never go there again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Today my young daughter took her car up because her tire pressure light was on I am out of town on vacation I told her to take it there I know they always take care of you and they went out of their way and fixed the tire pressure light and filled her tires got her back on the road I just want to thank them up there for doing that and going above and beyond! I would recommend this store so much!

12:00 appointment I was told would take 2-3 hours took 7 hours. I returned at 3:30 to see my vehicle sitting with no one working on it. I sat where I could see it and when it finally went on the lift it started falling! They crushed and tore through the pinch welds under the rear of vehicle. Nothing was ever said about it. Not sure how to proceed, but I will not recommend them or ever give them business again. If this had been my car and not a winter vehicle I would be filing charges of some sort.

On my first visit for tire service they were good and sold me a lifetime alignment service. Schedule an appointment a year later for an alignment they called to reschedule the original appointment. Show up for appointment 2 hrs in waiting and they're taking other cars in front of me for alignment because they're paying. Needless to say this would be my last visit here .I don't have time to waste sitting around if you can't honor appointment.

Immediately upon leaving the shop my car started smoking and smelled of coolant. Turns out they busted the radiator hose. Told us it was a small coolant leak and should be ok but to take care of it at home. My suspicion is they broke the tubing and instead of being forthright told us we had a small leak. Mind you, we just came in for tires!!! Very disappointed at the shoddy workmanship

Had made an appointment a few days prior to get brand new snow tires installed on my vehicle. Was told that they weren t even sure if the tires were in half hour past my expected appointment time. Told them I couldnt hangout and was interested in rescheduling, and was told they would get an estimated time for me. By the time tech returned wheels were off the vehicle, thus trapping me there for the next three hours. Then surprise cost for alignment was added without explaining the cost. Finally, sealant for new tires was sloppily placed all over my wheels, making them look scratched. No attention to detail. Complete waste of my time. Will not be returning.

I spent nearly three hours in the lobby for a vehicle inspection. The receptionist was nice but be careful . . . It looks to me that some of their technicians are careless with their customers vehicles. They returned my vehicle to me with a damaged wheel and didn t even have the courtesy to inform me. As if I wouldn t notice damage to my own vehicle.I also asked them to place wheel locks on my vehicle, to which they stated, Sure! They did not. I placed them myself no problem, but it s the principle of the situation. Why say you ll do something but not do it?My visit left much to be desired.

I made an appointment 4 days in advance for a tire rotation and lifetime wheel alignment. Upon arrival, I asked for the warranty battery to be checked as it was leaking acid onto the terminals. I was told to give them at least 2 hours to complete the services. I was okay with that because I asked for an additional service performed. I show up 2 hours later, and my vehicle's on the lift. I'm thinking the service is being done. No, they were performing a complimentary vehicle inspection, which I did not ask to be done. The report stated I needed new front and rear brakes and rotors. The brakes were checked the day before by my mechanic and have a few more months before they need to be replaced. The report said I needed new tires as well. I did not ask for the vehicle inspection to be performed and declined to have the additional services performed. I only want the services for which I already paid to be performed. I still waited another 2 hours before the battery check, tire rotation and wheel alignment were completed. Waiting 4 hours to have a service performed is unreasonable when you make an appointment. The manager gave me a complimentary oil change when I voiced my displeasure about the wait time. I won't use the complimentary oil change, as Firestone will inspect my vehicle again to sell me services I don't need.Service: Wheel alignment

Great service but extremely low staff. I've had a few issues with the one worker Mark , he seems to talk a lot about nothing and has yelled at me and hung up on me on the phone a few times. I'm unsure if he doesn't respect women or thinks I don't know about my car but I recommend avoiding him if you happen to go here. Everyone else is super nice and helpful though. He just put a terrible taste in my mouth.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I came into the Dickson City store today. I had a tire where the sensor was no good. The sales Manager, Mark, went up and beyond to help me. He was EXTREMELY Courteous and Professional. I recommend you to ask for Mark for all your service needs. A++++++

i wish i had asked the name of the guy who helped us because he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! could have easily upsold us on replacing all our tire sensors but gave us options and i really felt like he gave us all the info we needed to make a decision. in and out in under 10 min, highly recommend!

Had a good time at Firestone. David was on point and had my appointment ready to go. My tires had been delivered and took about an hour to mount. They even performed an inspection at the same time. David was helpful renewing my registration and printing the documents. The mechanic was also knowledgeable about my brake wear and alignment. Would definitely go back. Thanks!Service: Tires

This place is very efficient. It was so simple to make the appointment online. I was able to choose; curbside dropoff, or just go in. Everyone here was friendly and they seemed to have done good work. I went in today for the lifetime alignment, living in this area you need it!

Dave is an excellent manager; he took the time to explain everything that needed to be done to my van. The repairs were completed the same day. Mark was also very helpful at completing the checkout smoothly and quickly. Will definitely go back for service in the future.

My car is still there because they won't accept payment. First the signer of the business check needed to be present (my boss was super thrilled about that). So finally after a few days and when she was free she brought me to pick up my car. They use some sort of weird check verification company and the guy told us he would not be able to accept payment. There is no other method of payment for a $1,500 bill that needs to be deducted from the business as a business expense. My boss does not allow that amount to be processed on any of her cards due to losing thousands of dollars due to fraud. She was clearly upset and left quickly as the guy behind the counter screamed the 1800 number for her to call. At no point did anyone tell us that this might be an issue and to bring another form of payment. Extremely inconvenient and super rude. Will never bring a vehicle here again and I'll make sure to let others know about their poor customer service and communication skills.

I ve been a customer at this Firestone location numerous times over the past 7 years, with three different vehicles, and they ve exceeded my expectations every time. Great customer service, fair pricing, and quick service have been consistent characteristics over that period of time. I highly recommend them. I just showed up randomly today Friday afternoon(6/2/23) because I was freaking out about the way my car was acting and had a feeling there was not enough oil in my car. I went inside and asked the man if he could sell me a quart of oil and he said he could not, but then proceeded to do everything in his power to help me, including teaching me how to check my oil, naming the closest place to buy said oil, exactly how to fill it, and so much more! He may not have been able to physically give me the oil, but this man set me up for success today! I am on my way to an animal rescue that I volunteer at with an AC unit because the one in the Rabbitat broke . so if my car would ve broken down, we would ve had some seriously sick bunnies at the rescue. I couldn t thank this man enough. I did not get his name unfortunately but that s why I m putting the date and the time oh yeah! . Andddd at the end of our encounter, I tried to hand him a five dollar bill(I know that s not much but that s all the cash I had on me) and he absolutely refused. He was just happy to send me on my way with as much knowledge as I could possibly need! I hope you know you have yourself a great employee fire stone
