Do not buy a vehicle or an extended warranty period from this dealership they will not honor any warranty been dealing with a bad transmission which I made them aware of afew months after purchasing the vehicle was in for service several times now I have a useless car and a overpriced payment

We were pleasantly surprised at the service received at Dickson City Hyundai!! Vinny was super fast and down to earth! Best sales guy we have ever had, wasn't pushy at all. I've never had such a quick positive experience. We weren't there all day! We were in and out so quick my toddler didn't get bored! Highly recommend Vinny if you need a car! Anthony was super great and fast also! Explained things and got through the paper work quickly and painlessly! We will definitely go back to work with Vinny every vehicle moving forward! Thanks so much guys!

Dickson CIty Hyundai could not have made it any easier to buy a vehicle. I saw a car I liked online, decided to go down and ask a few questions, then scheduled an appointment for 2 days later. Jon was amazing! He listened to our needs and wants. He was very personable and professional. I had been putting off getting a new car as I was a new time buyer and wasn t sure what to expect, but this whole process was a breeze! Kyle was also awesome, explaining all paperwork while keeping the process as easy and user friendly as possible.Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. From the second my husband and I walked through the door Johnathan made us feel comfortable. Our test drive was great. Johnathan was very knowledgeable. I suprised my young children with a new Santa Cruz. I made it seem like we were picking up a coworker that was dropping his car off. The staff there were fantastic. They played along and the process moved quickly. The sales staff were wonderful with my children, and the finance department was great and moved quickly. All the while playing along with me that I was doing some paperwork for my job while we waited for my coworker. When it was time to go, I said we waited long enough and they had to go eat. We walked outside to our new vehicle. My kids could not believe it. Dickson City Hyundai even had some surprises waiting in the vehicle. It is a great vehicle, but the staff were even better. I highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

Without a doubt, my worst experience ever with a dealership s service department. I was going to just let it go but they actually sent me a link to rate my service. I guess they re a glutton for punishment. Well, here goes The check engine light went on in my 2017 Tucson when I was out last Wednesday. Since I was only a few miles from the dealership and could still drive the car (mostly), I called the service department to see if I could drop it off. They said sure but it might take someone 2-3 weeks to look at it. Really? Since I ve purchased/leased a few vehicles there, I figured I would take it in and talk to the service manager. Same story - at least 2 weeks to get someone to even look at it. I guess this is how they treat returning customers. I even mentioned to the guy that we were looking to trade the car in the short term and potentially purchase a newer Tucson but it didn t change the timeline at all. At least they gave me a ride home - the only positive from this whole experience.I had to return the next day and retrieve some items from the car. They had time to move it but no time to even run a fairly simple diagnostics test. Being pretty frustrated, I wrote an email to the dealership manager. A week later, they have yet to respond - although I did receive several letters and emails with various sales/service offers. Again, really?Friday (2 days later) I retrieved the car and took it to a local garage where it was looked at and fixed THE SAME DAY for $100. Dealt with the same guy when I picked up the keys. He couldn t be bothered.Purchased a new vehicle this week - not from DC Hyundai, of course. We wouldn t even consider traveling to another Hyundai dealership if we had to take a new vehicle there to be serviced. You just lost yourself a potential sale and a repeat customer.

This dealer refused to replace four tires on my Hyundai Kona N. There s only 7,800 miles on these tires and they are worn out to the point they wouldn t pass inspection. I have two oil changes and 2 tire rotations owed to me along with 2 inspections. Just try to get an appointment; it s impossible. Hyundai should yank the franchise. I could write a book about how bad the dealership is. In 30 years, I purchased 13 new cars from various dealerships. This dealership by far is the worst one I ve ever had to deal with.

I bought a new vehicle here three years ago and I can t complain to this day with the overall service at this place!! The customer service is top notch and I ll keep recommending them to everyone looking for a good place to car shop etc The lady with the red hair is awesome!! I think her name is Lanny, forgive me is I forgot, but that lady is keeping this place to a standard with her exceptional way of work!!

My salesperson Nezir was very helpful, he went above and beyond for me. He made sure I was taken care of the whole time. Great experience. It was scary at first because I didn t know what to expect but he made my experience go smoothly. I told him what I wanted and he came through for me. I recommend this place. Alot of the people I met here today were nice.

Launi is awesome!! I had called another dealership and they had no idea what I was talking about when I told them about the warning light that came one, Launi knew exactly what was wrong. I had to drive farther but didn t mind at all. The service manager is also very nice! LOVE this service dept!!

Despite my very bad credit, Salesmember Mike took his time and showed how much he really cares! Within a few hours I was off in a nice SUV and very affordable insurance!! If you go to this branch be sure to ask for him!

Absolute worst place I have dealt with. Told me a number for my trade , agreed then manipulated the numbers with sales tax . Check your contract ! I trusted them . Very suspect finance guy and manager isn t much better. Definitely go to motorworld instead .

Jordan T was amazing! He was so personable and kind. He was very knowledgeable about the car. He made sure it was all set up before I drove it off the lot. Kyle drew up my paperwork and he was equally kind. I suffer from extreme anxiety and both of these gentleman made the situation so much more comfortable for me. First, my car sat at the dealership for approx a month waiting for an engine replacement. Less than 24 hours after picking up my car, the engine light came on. Back to the dealership where i was told my car needed the primary and secondary catalytic converters replaced. My car sat on the lot since last October waiting for parts. Once the parts arrived, it took about 2 days for the work to be completed. I just picked up the car on March 8. However, now the driver's side dome light isn't working, there's a hole in the center of the dashboard that looks like someone tried to fill with a clear epoxy and, worst of all, my back-up camera is malfunctioning!Update: I spoke with the service manager who advised that they deny that any of these issues are their fault. I was told that they could look at the problems but that the cost is mine to bear. This is the second time my car needs further repairs after leaving this dealership. I wouldn't bring a pedal bike to these people for repairs. Shoddy work and shady customer service. I'm reaching out to the Attorney General and the BBB
