If you want the highest quality without paying the highest prices, you cannot beat a1. Rich is the best and will always make sure you are taken care of. I cannot recommend A1 enough!

I'm an insurance agent, and a lot my customers have used A1 for body work and have always had amazing things to say about them. So when my car was hit in front of my office, I decided to use them because my customers always gave great reports back to me about them, and I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired correctly and as fast as possible. Because the extent of the damage (my Jeep was rear-ended and was about 25k in damages) it took longer than usual because of the availability of parts and just the amount of actual work that was needed, and Rich, I believe the owner, offered to help me out with a rental when I didn't even ask for it nor was complaining at all about it; he just genuinely wanted me to have a good experience with his company. He also updated me on the status of the vehicle quicker than any other shop would have, and I work with a lot of shops because of me being an insurance agent. Even though I live a half hour away from Scranton, I would use A1 again no questions asked. Thank you!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Absolutely fantastic! Came highly recommended by my insurance company. Rich and my insurance company made the experience seamless and easy. Can't stop staring at the amazing work they did to my car. Highly recommended!

Absolutely have had the best experience with them. I was backed into and my entire back was smashed. It was November and NO ONE could get me in wishing a couple weeks ( I was literally 9 months pregnant) they gotMe in within a week! I was able to bring my baby home in our own car which was a big deal to me. They are timely and do a perfect job. I went there to have a bumper replaced on my Toyota RAV4, very pleased with the job they did. They actually worked on my vehicle a month sooner than they had said. Mike was very knowledgeable and a nice guy. Rich & Mike were such a pleasure to do business with. They answered all questions in detail and did a phenomenal job on repairing my 2013 Chevy Malibu after I was rear ended by a drunk driver. Would highly recommend thier shop a thousand times over.

We were hit by a young lady driving my wife's new car. They accepted responsibility and Allstate (they suck) their insurance uses A-1. Bit of a drive for us, but they did a great job.

Our van was struck by a metal bar on the highway, which puncture the radiator and shattered the fan. Triple A towed our vehicle to A1 Auto and the mechanics there did a fantastic job at repairing all the damage done. Our vehicle looks brand new and runs like a charm!
