Had sons car towed to nearby auto shop since it wouldn't start. Called Muldoon's, had somebody there within half hour and car dropped off to be repaired. Dispatcher was friendly, kept me in the loop on when the truck was arriving. Driver was great too, prices fair enough, will do business with them again if needed

I called AAA at 1:10pm on Christmas Eve 2023 and they said Muldoon's would arrive at Bartonsville Giant parking lot in 45 minutes. Jason arrived early and at 1:47 pm my car was already on the flatbed. Jason was polite and professional even though he had to tow my car nearly 23 miles to Bath, PA.

I hit a pipe on I80 during rush hour. It was all I could do to make it to the shoulder. I called Muldoon's and got a fast quote and they dispatched a truck. I waited less than 20 minutes! The man was very quick and had my spare on in minutes. I was only 2' into the shoulder and the guy was working on the traffic side. I was very grateful for him. Highly recommended!

We hit a wicked pothole on I80 and figured we'd be stranded for hours. AAA put us in touch with J&B/Muldoon's and they were there to load up the car and take us to a tire shop in under 30 minutes. Junior worked efficiently and professionally and was a huge help. Big thanks for helping turn a crisis into a minor inconvenience!Service: Car towing

Terrible. These guys are a scam and a half. They are literally across the street from where I broke down and they want to charge me $300 to drive up the hill. 1 mile ...I can call a company from Philadelphia for cheaper.Ended up going with a company in East Stroudsburg. They will be here in 15 min for $100

I m so grateful to have been recommended Muldoon s for tow and repair service. I called around 9:30 am on a Monday. Had the truck towed, repaired, oil changed, safety inspected, and back in my garage by 4:30 pm, same day! The price was surprisingly reasonable. I will use Muldoon s exclusively in the future for sure. Marsha was really on the ball and saw everything went smoothly from start to finish. The expedited experience saved us a few hundred dollars in rental car fees, thank you so much, Marsha! And, everyone at Muldoon s!!Services: Battery service, Car towing

This guy has been working on our cars for thirty years. I've rammed in there telling him what i think is wrong several times. He laughs and tells me i am way off on my guess. He's usually right. You can't bring something in he hasn't seen a million times. He's a good guy and his pricing is reasonable. He hired an alpha female to run the office and she's whipped all of them right into shape. Came by the shop the other day to have both control arms and few more components installed on my minivan. Some Billy Bob looking guy that works there told me they don't install customer brought parts. Couldn't give me a straight answer why. Makes me think they're the type to charge you high end price for a cheap part. Congratulations, you lost a customer, I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

If only the rating scale had less than one star - I would rate this business as low as possible. Avoid at all costs.The owners are only interested in getting as much money out of a situation as possible and have showed no humanity or caring in the way they run their business.My son had a major accident and had to be transported to a hospital, and his car was towed by this business to their garage. The accident was bad and he had to be taken from the scene without the ability to take any of his belongings. He had medicines, his phone, and other things that were vital (life affecting) if he could not get them. It was a Saturday and the owner (a woman) refused to help and made NO EFFORT to help me or my son - even after she was told how critical it was to get things from the car and that there were some life changing things in play. She said she wanted to spend time with her kids instead of RESCUING my son from the dire situation he was in. She complained about having to give time to the business. Its amazing that this business owner was so cavaler about dismissing the situation and leaving us with no alternatives.I went to the shop to find that she lied. She said nobody else was at the garage to help me, but there were three men working. And the owner had called and warned them that I may be coming at that I was a problem . In the end, it was about money and making sure they would get paid as much as possible for their tow job. They did not care at all about how their decisions affected my son their customer.Again, the owners of this place held back crucial medicine and vital communications (my sons phone) until I paid them almost a thousand dollars for the tow job. It is not only highway robbery; it is an example of zero customer service or caring about anybody. All they want is your money.When a business strategy is screw every customer out of as much money as possible, you can t trust their work, so again avoid Muldoon s towing at all costs.

I can praise this business enough. I recently broke down at a local waterpark. After a back and forth conversation about towing and repair I decided to have the work done here. I AM SO GLAD I DID! They had the work done in a day. Got the estimate a half hour after dropping off and a call back 3 hours later that the work was done other then a minor thing that would be taken care of in the morning. The owner even came in on his day off to finish the work. Very honest and courteous. I wish they were located closer to my home as i would use them as my normal mechanic. Very happy with this business

At first they told me AAA would only cover $25 for my tow. When I told them AAA said they would cover up to $150 they then billed $400. When I went to pay the balance of $250, I was told ther was a 10% fee for credit cards. Gave them my debit card after the driver assured me he was just going to scan the card only to realize later that he had written the full card number and expiration date on the receipt. I had to freeze my bank card and get another one issued. They also charged me $150 for "clean up of the scene." The next day my husband and I went back and picked up MANY car parts left in the road. ..roof racks, tail light, front end springs, car mats and more. AAA should be ashamed to deal with this business. They certainly take advantage of people.

Muldoon s came right out to help on a couple of occasions. Being on the road in sales all the time breakdowns whether it s flat tires or other mechanical issues happen to me! I have done business with Muldoon s Towing as well as J&B Auto Repair which are under one roof and have had only GREAT experiences. Never felt overcharged or that we waited too long for help to arrive! I pulled into their shop with a pretty flat tire recently after taking my son s truck out for a drive after sitting since he left for the military last December. An employee came right out and said let me fix that for you! Honestly it was maybe 15-20 minutes? and I was on my way! I wasn t 5 miles from my house when this one happened and they are right off the highway (rt 80@Scotrun) and Rt 611 so I made it there thankfully without having to have a bigger problem. Thanks for the great service!

Called AAA and they contacted muldoons. Muldoons called me said would be there within the hour. An hour and a half later. I call them for eta and they said they cancelled but didn't bother to inform me they weren't coming. When I called them the guy was like oh well, what are you going to do about it. Do not use this towing service. They will leave you high and dry just because they don't feel like going on a call.

Great car mechanics at a fair price. They get the job done quickly and professionally and don't try to upsell or scare you into work you just don't need. Trust worthy Auto mechanic....what a novel idea that is.

Muldoon's tried ripping me off 200$ for an upper radiator hose replacement!! SMD it was 11$ at CarQuest 2 mins down the road and I spent 35$ doing it myself. FOH Margie

Driver Charged me 40$ because he drove 5 minutes to my location to tell me he couldn t tow it. After i gave the dispatcher the exact problem and they sent him out anyway.I gave it to him out of disgust. Came to my window with his hand out like I owed him.Just use Schliers towing.

I have a sloping druveway and recently had new gravel dropped. Well my car which always made it up the slope was sliding on the new gravel. Muldoond came and they friendly and efficent. Would recommend.

Friday May 18th 10:30 am route 33 north bound- Muldoon's truck driving 80mph in a 55 EXTREMELY erratically, tail gating, weaving in and out of traffic cutting people off, changing lanes without a signal (one handedly with his hand behind his head no less).
