I'm in love with my car. They went beyond our expectations. Jon got us a low price for monthly payments while still keeping my 2018 trax. Taylor was such a sweetheart and she knew her stuff. Thank you everyone who helped us.

I was at R and R body shop for an insurance estimate, Steve was very helpful and took care of the estimate very quickly. Imy car will not be fixed until February so I cannot comment on service level yet. But Steve is very knowledgeable with body work, so my expectations are very high.

Went here to get body work done. Just got the estimate and the guy at the time, promised my husband a courtesy car being he was booked for about 6 weeks. Having a courtesy car was ideal cause we didn't have rental coverage on our auto policy. We called 2 days before the appointment to get the work done, to confirm about the courtesy car. He said he didn't have one available. Needless to say, we never got the work done because of that reason. My husband had no way of getting to work.

My salesman (Kevin) was a super nice guy and very helpful. No pressure to buy, but they did all they could to get me into a vehicle. In about 3 hrs time I was driving off the lot with my new car! Can't say enough to express how happy I am that they were so helpful with no pressure! I DEFINITELY will refer people to them!

So I am in the Lions Club and went in to ask for support for our golf outing. Bob was such a gentleman and eager to help our community. He donated a vehicle for a hole in one and was so happy to do so. Thank you Mr. Rinaldi for your service to our community.

Friendly staff. Got disconnected in transfer and the receptionist called me back ASAP and transferred me again. Did not use any services but will be on my list for futyneeds

They haven't any prices in their used car section. When the eager salesman approached me and I asked questions, they said that they didn't know but I could look everything up online.A month later I called about a vehicle that they had front and center.They said that they didn't have any information but took my name and number and said they will call me back with information.That was two months ago and I've yet to hear from them.

I ve bought multiple cars from the dealership and have always had a good experience with that so after an accident I decided to go with there body shop well never again first when I picked up my truck I noticed they had discarded there trash from empty cigarette packs to the packing from the parts in the back of my truck after I left I noticed my turn signal wasn t working when I got home I checked and somehow they had broken the bulb. while replacing the bulb I noticed that they had left the masking tape on the tailgate alsoService: Painting

They have been very attentive to my questions so far,but I haven't had the opportunity to visit them in person and discuss anything in detail...I will re-rate them after I have more interaction with the sales and finance team

When I got there the first four people just walk past me like I wasn't good enough then when I was help there was a very nice lady there that help me I forget her name kind of look like she was in high school but she was extremely helpful and nice and kind and courteous everybody else can just kiss my butt
