Ended up having Moyers tow my car after being connected by AAA, the guy who showed up to tow (on a Saturday morning) was very pleasant & helpful, I was able to not miss anytime from my grandsons birthday party! Much appreciated! The work was done in 1 day, the price was reasonable & I got the car back in good condition. Would highly recommend this business. I would use them again if I lived closerNext day update: Found out today that my bill was incorrect (they undercharged me for labor, not that I know how much labor should actually have gone into the job so I am taking their word for it) so I would recommend paying attention to your billingServices: Electrical repair, Car towing

This is my go to for all my mechanic needs , Frank has taken very good care of me and my family going on 5 years now. Thanks to all the workers at Moyer's for a great experience and quality work. Even if something doesn't go as planned Moyer's finds a way to make it right and get the job done .....

Our engine died while going 80 on route 81. We picked this garage as AAA recommended them on their App. Their communication was great and the mechanic remembered that there was a recall on this type of engine failure in my SantaFe. They went over and above and called Hyundai and helped me transfer my car to a nearby dealer.

We were in a bind as our car needed to be inspected before the end of the month - 4 days away. We called Moyers, explained our situation and they got us into the schedule so our inspection did not run out. Appreciate their efforts!

On-Call driver from triple A called and was very polite. I had canceled the order from triple A due to issues saying they could not jumpstart nor replace a battery for Jeep Renegades specifically. However this driver (have forgotten his name sorry) told us he could have jumped the battery no problem. Again was very polite. Wish we didn't cancel the service but we had already found someone else to take care of us.

Kyle (the tow truck driver) was a very courteous, respectful young man that answered all of my questions, I received very quick service that was affordable. I will definitely use Moyer s again in the future if their services are needed.

Cherokee in for head replacement and ball joints. Good turnaround considering they had to source a head. Cost was less than expected and they had the customers pocket book in mind when replacing parts. I normally do my own work but this was a job I had no time for. Engine compartment was nice and tidy, didn't even look like it was apart. I will be a repeat customer.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

I have an Audi A4. I have been taking my car into Reading. Holmer, Nush all the ladies that checked me out Were wonderful. Dropped my car off 11/08/22 request it be ready at 10:00am. I had it at 9:30. That's good service!! Thank you.

While out doing errands I noticed one of my tires was low on air. Stopped in &asked if they could check & repair now. Was next in line. Technician did an excellent and expeditious repair of a screw I had picked up somewhere. Would highly recommend thier services.Service: TiresService: Tires

We are so happy with the service we received right from the car being towed through fixing our vehicle. Since the vehicle was towed in, we did not have an appointment but they fit us an and had an answer for us that day and promptly had the parts ordered. They went above and beyond to get them asap and had our vehicle fixed in 2 days instead of the original 5 days they thought. They were so friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Set up time for service while I waited. They took my vehicle in on time as planned. Performed the inspection and applied the new state inspection sticker and had me on my way in a very timely manner. I trust their work and their rates are reasonable especially when compared to the big dealerships. My tire suddenly lost pressure as I was driving. I had been out running errands for two hours,was already frazzled from a long day that started at 5am and there was no way the tire could be salavaged. I pulled into Moyers and they took care of everything in 15 minutes. The replacement was reasonably priced and the labor costs fair. The staff was polite, understanding, and so helpful.Service: Tires

BEWARE - give you estimate then after repairs change the prices and then on other pricing they don't tell you everything that it will cost. They also gave us a coupon and didn't honor the coupon. They say to bring it in on your birthday but if they are closed on that day to us it they don't honor it even states 10% off parts and services and then the manager says that not what it really means. And refused to honor there own coupon.If you looking to pay double of what your given on a an estimate take it to here. Other wise make sure you bring double of funds.I also was suppose to have my car alignment done they said they did it but yet the car still pulls they didn't fix it and now have to take it to another shop. They gave me one price before scheduling my vehicle which was 70 and then told me if I got 4 new tires of a certain brand they would take off 50 of my alignment making my alignment 30 I bought the tires they told me too to get the discount then when it was all done they raised the price of the alignment another 10 making it now 79.99 and then said they never said any of that.Don't recommend! Shop around. You will definitely find a better deal elsewhere. Very dishonest people ! First time I went here and my last. Go to WH Auto in Ashland !You have warned.

On a recent multiple state trip, we ended up with a flat tire. This business was dispatched through the AAA and we were towed to their service center. The tow truck driver was efficient, courteous, warm and helpful. We were brought to their business where they were waiting for us. The service, information, selections, etc was wonderful. We are safely back on the road with great appreciation.Service: Tires

I called to make an appointment to have a slow leak in one of my tire repaired. I asked if they could repair it on short notice while I waited. They agreed and repaired my tire pretty quickly. I received good service on short notice at reasonable price. It simply doesn't get any better than that - an excellent experience.

I stopped in with a slow leak in one of my tires. The gentleman at the parts counter was extremely pleasant and helpful. In a little over half an hour they repaired the tire at a good price and I was on my way. I will use this service center again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very unprofessional at car care counter. Was in a verbal argument because I'm not a car guy and can't explain things clearly about issues with a tire I had. And after a very long wait, quite different than the half hour I was told it would be, my tire was mounted wrong because I was never asked which side I wanted facing the street. I won't be using their car care center again, that's for sure. Were they not so much in a rush to get my tire mounted, they would have allowed me to show them what I needed done instead of trying to explain it. I would still recommend this place. Most staff here are very polite and respectful. But there is 1 that's is not so respectful.And doesn't handle stress of a busy shop well at all. I could tell as soon as he spoke to me he was already aggravated. And I'm guessing I aggravated him more, and we both had to raise our voices.Service: Tires

Had our vehicle inspected there and the service is excellent. I waited for the car and it only took less than an hour to complete the service. 5 stars to the staff!!
